5 years has past since the Snap, and things were barely the same. Goku has recovered from his depression, to the relief of everyone, and now he calls Natasha mom and has regain to who he was. But that day, the day when he let out his Saiyan power was something he never experienced, including the new form he had until he lost it due to using up all of his energy.

Goku grew up during those years, training again in case if any other threat would arrive one day, he'll be there to help. Not only that, he took down any threat that was on Earth to protect what's left of its population.

What surprised Natasha and Steve was when the day of his 16th birthday, they prepared a small celebration for Goku, as he left to do some training that early morning. When he came back a couple of hours later, Goku grew taller than before. Not as tall as Steve or Thor, but tall enough. The others don't know about his new height as of now, he's 17 years old and is now 5'7 in a half.

Now, Goku is a young man who's more wiser than he was as a kid. Inside him however, he still have some self-blame for what happened, but he put that aside and focus on bigger things. He also entered high school, and he did very well as was more smarter than before.

At the compound, Natasha learned about what's going on with Clint, as he left a scene of carnage with every criminal gang. It made her drop a few tears for hearing about what Clint has been doing. She tries to hold it back, until Steve came out of nowhere.

Steve: You know I'd offer to cook you dinner but you seem pretty miserable already.

Natasha: *wipes a few tears of her face* You here to do laundry?

Steve: To see a friend.

Nat: Clearly, your friend is fine.

Steve: You know I saw a pod of whales when I was coming up the bridge.

Nat: In the Hudson?

Steve: There's fewer ships, cleaner water.

Nat: You know, if you're about to tell me to look on the bright side. Um... I'm about to hit you in the head with a peanut butter sandwich.

Steve: Sorry. Force of habit.

Goku, now teen, goes up to them.

Goku: Is everything alright?

Nat: Yes, sweety. Everything is okay.

Goku have three coffees, two on his hands and one on his tail.

Goku: I made you guys some coffee if you want some.

He puts two of the cups on the table as he drinks the one he has. Steve and Natasha drank theirs as Nat gave Goku a look.

Nat: So, how's your time in school?

Goku: Eh, average. Not much. Boring as ever.

Steve: You know, I keep telling everyone they should move on and... grow. Some do. But not us.

Nat: If I move on, who does this?

Steve: Maybe it doesn't need to be done.

Nat: I used to have nothing. Then I got this. This job.. this family. And I was... I was better because of it. And even though... they're gone... I'm still trying to be better.

Steve: We all need to get a life.

Nat: You first.

Goku chuckles abit from that, until he sensed something.

Goku: Someone's here.

Then, footage popped up, it's Scott Lang with a van behind him. They see the footage.

Scott: Uh... Oh! Hi. Hi! Is anyone home? This is Scott Lang. We met a few years ago, at the airport? In Germany? I got really big, and I had my mask on. You wouldn't recognize me.

Goku: Is this old footage or recent?

Nat: It's the front gate.

Scott: Ant-man? Ant-Man, I know you know that. I need to talk to you guys.

They later let Scott in the compound.

Steve: Scott, Are you okay?

Scott: Yeah, I'm fine.

He sees Goku and has a surprised on his face.

Goku: What?

Scott: Y-Your the kid that knocked me out back in Germany!

Goku: Wait, you're the Giant Dude turn tiny dude? Never seen this coming. By the way, I'm Goku Rogers. Nice to meet ya, Scott.

He shakes his hand, as Scott looks at him again.

Scott: Wait, you're the son of Captain America?

Goku: Yep. He found me when I was around 8 and took me in. So, what brings you here, Scott?

Scott: Okay. Sorry. Um, have any of you ever studied Quantum Physics?

Goku: I heard it while in science class.

Nat: Only to make a conversation.

Scott: Alright. So... five years ago, right before Thanos, I was in a place called the Quantum Realm. The Quantum Realm is like its own microscopic universe. To get in there, you have to be incredibly small. Hope, she's my... she was my... She was supposed to pull me out. And then Thanos happened, and I got stuck in there.

Goku: Geez. Sorry that happened to you, man. Must've been a long 5 years in there.

Scott: Yeah, but that's just it. For me, it was five hours. See, the rules of the Quantum Realm aren't like they are up here. Everything is unpredictable. Is that anybody's sandwich? I'm starving.

He grabs the sandwich and eats it.

Steve: Scott, what are you talking about?

Scott: What I'm saying is, time works differently in the Quantum Realm. The only problem is right now, we don't have a way to navigate it. But what if we did? I can't stop thinking about it. What if, we could somehow control the chaos, and we could navigate it? What if there was a way to enter the Quantum Realm at a certain point in time but then exit at another point in time? Like... Like before Thanos.

Goku: Wait. Hold on a second. Are you talking about time travel?

Scott: No, no, of course not. No, not time travel. It's more like a... Yeah, it's time travel. I know it's crazy. But I can't stop thinking about it. There's gotta be some way.. No, it's crazy.

Goku: Hey, I'm an alien from another planet that has powers beyond my knowledge.

Nat: And I get emails from a raccoon, so nothing sounds crazy anymore.

Steve: I think we should do it. But we can't do it alone. We're gonna need help.

Scott: So who do we talk to about this?

For the first time in 5 long years, there is hope.

*later*

At a cabin, Tony and his daughter Morgan see Steve, Natasha, and Scott get out of the car. Goku decends down, with Tony shocked to see Goku grown than much. Scott was able to explain everything to Tony.

Scott: Now, we know what it sounds like-

Steve: Tony, after everything you've seen, in anything really impossible?

Tony: Quantum fluctuation messes with the Planck scale, which then triggers the Deutsch proposition. Can we agree on that?

Scott, Steve, and Natasha looked clueless, except Goku who has some knowledge.

Tony: In Layman's terms, it means you're not coming home.

Scott: I did.

Tony: No, you accidentally survived. It's a billion to one cosmic fluke. And now you wanna pull of a... What do you call it?

Scott: A time heist?

Tony: Yeah, a time heist. Of course, why didn't we think of this before? Oh, because it's laughable? Because it's a pipedream?

Scott: The stones are in the past. We can go back and get them.

Goku: We can snap our own fingers. We can bring everyone back.

Tony: Or screw it up worse than we already have, right?

Steve: I don't believe we would.

Tony: Gotta say, sometimes I miss that giddy optimism. However, high hopes won't help if there's no logical, tangible way for me to safely execute said time heist. I believe the most likely outcome would be our collective demise.

Scott: Not if we strictly follow the rules of time travel. That means on talking to our past selves, no betting on sport events-

Tony: I'm gonna stop you right there, Scott. Are you seriously telling that you plan to save the universe based on Back to the Future?

Scott: No.

Tony: Good. You had me worried there, cause that'd be horse shit. That's not how quantum physics works.

Goku: Tony... We have to take a stand.

Tony: We did stand, and yet here we are. I thought you would have moved on from this life. You recovered from your depression and you've gone back to who you are.

Goku: That doesn't take away the fact I still have some blame within me. Besides we have a chance to get everyone back, everyone we ever lost. Now, you're telling me that you won't even-

Tony: That's right, kid. I won't. I'm sorry.

Morgan goes up to her dad and he picks her up. This made Goku have flashbacks on him and Steve from the scene and was pleased that Tony's being a father.

Morgan: Mommy told me to come and save you.

Tony: Good job. I'm saved.

He turns his attention towards Goku, Scott, Steve, and Nat.

Tony: I wish you'd come here to ask me something else. Anything. Honestly, I... I missed you guys, it was... Oh, and table's set for seven.

Steve: Tony, I get it. And I'm happy for you, I really am. But this is a second chance.

Tony: I got my second chance right here, Cap. I can't roll the dice again. If you don't talk shop, you can stay for lunch.

Later, Goku, Steve, Scott and Nat walks back to the car.

Nat: He's scared.

Steve: He's not wrong.

Goku: Can't blame him, though. Since Tony is not going to help us.

He turns around and cross his arms around his chest.

Goku: There's someone else that can help us.

Steve and Natasha knew who he's talking about as Scott was confused.

Scott: Who?
