(You)
So cold......

So alone......

Where was Masky?.....

Why wasn't he with you.....?

Did he not like you anymore.....?

What did you do so wrong....?

Everything, so cold....

So cold, and so wet.....

Slowly, you open your eyes, feeling the strong stinging of chlorine fill them. You try pulling in a gasp from shock, only to inhale a mouthful of liquid, making you start gagging. But without any air to breath, you just breath in more and more water.

Jerking up into a sitting position, you begin coughing up water, your lungs burning with the need for oxygen. You feel a hand start smacking your wet back strongly, making it sting. But it was helping get the water out of your lungs. After a few more strong and painful smacks to your back, right as your face starts turning blue, you begin gasping for breath. Each breath you inhaled was shaky, and everything around you was blurry.

The chlorine still burned in your eyes, making everything hard to see. "Can you breath okay?" the owner of the hand asks you. You nod weakly, taking breaths more and more closer to a normal breathing rate. That voice. You know that voice. You feel the hand leave your back, and you turn around to see Hoodie grabbing a blanket, his back turned to you.

Looking at you, he handed the blanket to you casually. Glancing down at yourself, you notice something that was missing. Your clothes. You yelp loudly, quickly snatching the blanket away from him and wrapping it around you. "Don't worry, I can give you the 100% Guarantee that I wasn't looking at your bare body, (y/n)," Hoodie said quietly, chuckling a bit. "Besides, you're not my type. I'm into guys." You stare at him, growling a bit but the action seriously hurting your throat. Reaching up to rub it, you feel a cloth wrapped around it, small hard lumps of stitching wire beneath it and a small plastic tube coming out of your neck. Your hand flies away, a tiny gasp ecaping your mouth. You look at Hoodie and pout a bit, ready to cry.

"Sorry about your neck," he said quietly, "Something infected your voice box, so right now you can't talk. The tube's there because it was letting you breath. You cover your face, breathing slowly. How did this happen to me? you think to yourself. What happened anyways? I cant be mute, I just can't! You feel your eyes start to water, but you quickly wash them away as that Steven Majick guy walked in. He had a bundle of clothes in his hand; in the bundle was a white tee, black hoodie, and normal blue jeans.

"You feeling okay kid?" he asks you, looking concerned. You nod a bit, forcing a small smile onto your face. Obviously fake. Suddenly curious as to why the hell you were laying in water, you look down, seeing that you were sitting on a metal raft submerged in clear teal water. "Get dressed," Steven told you, walking away from you after he sat the clothes down on the floor, "I'll explain everything. Hoodie, you know where my office is. Once she gets dressed, bring her there." Hoodie nods and turns away from you, saying, "I won't watch. Oh, and by the way, Steven set a spell on you so you're able to talk to people with your thoughts, (Y/n)." Okay, you think, getting off of the metal raft and drying off, grabbing the clothes Steven left for you and quickly getting dressed.

This is so weird. Does this mean that none of my thoughts are private? you think, to which Hoodie almost immediately responded, "You'll learn to control which of your thoughts can and can't be heard, in time." You nod, wrapping the blanket around your hair to dry it off. Lead the way, you think, and Hoodie nods, slowly leading the way out of the room and down a long hallway. A familiar hallway, one that looked like one in Slender Mansion. Looking around at the walls, floor, and ceiling, you realize that it is Slender Mansion.

Tapping Hoodie on the shoulder, you say, Is this in Slender Mansion? It looks so similar! He nods and laughs, saying, "Yeah. Here, it isn't called Slender Mansion though. It's pretty much an insult. It's called the Nightmare Mansion. You want the story as to what the hell happened?" You nod again, and Hoodie tells you the story.

"It happened not even three years ago, really. This group of scary people like us, who called themselves the Nightmare League, came in and attacked the mansion. There was this really big battle and stuff. Most of the pastas fled, but a few got stuck here. Me, Jeff, Jane, Rake, Smile, Grinny Cat, Masky, and a few others. Steven let them choose whether they wanted to "join the shadows" or go flee with the Creepypasta. Masky was always the loyal one, so he left. Smiledog and Grinny and about five of the fifteen stuck here left, but everyone else, like me Jeff Jane and Rake, stayed here." So basically, everyone split up? you ask, narrowing your eyes at Hoodie. "Yeah. Toby and Masky are still with Slender. I'm Steven's proxy now."

Dr. Smiley and Nurse Ann were my doctors at the hospital, you say bluntly, chuckling a bit in your mind. Hoodie nodded, saying, "A lot, if not all, of the creepypasta who fled all had to resort to human lifestyles." I'm confused. How could Slenderman or Lost Silver or Smiledog or people like them live normal lifestyles? "Well, Smile's at the pound, last time I checked. And Lost Silver stays in the woods. Slenderman is going to college to get a high-paying job. You know how he is, take care of everyone and stuff like that. He's not gonna let this end easily. He should really just give up, though."

Aren't you guys afraid they may try and take their mansion back? It seems so unguarded here, you mutter, looking around as Hoodie came to a halt. You were in front of a blood red door, one you recognized as Slenderman's old door. Hoodie raised his hand and knocked on the door, and it swung open to reveal a hideous creature. (((((It's Nothing, my weird O.C. I know......... I know lol I had to add him!))))) A clown face, snakes for hair, spider legs, one arm a claw machine arm and the other one on fire, a polka dot shirt and icicles pierced through his chest. You try to scream, but your voice box won't let you. Jumping away in fear and hiding behind Hoodie, you yell, WHAT IN THE FUCKING HELL IS THAT THING?!?

Hoodie chuckled, saying, "That's Nothing." That THING can't be nothing, you growl at him, clutching his shouders tightly. Prying your hands off of him, he muttered, "No, that's just his name. Go on in, Steven's in there." You walk in slowly, making sure not to touch that thing. Turning away from it, you see Steven at a desk in human form, yelling into a phone. "I DON'T CARE IF YOU SET THE PLACE ON FIRE," he yelled, "I'M NOT GIVING ANYTHING BACK WITHOUT A FIGHT!" He slammed the phone down onto the holder, looking pissed off. You and Hoodie stare at him, hearing Hoodie say, "Who called?"

"That god damned Slenderman again," Steven growled, pulling at his hair. "Think's I'll give him you old Pastas back." You see Hoodie flinch, knowing it hit him somewhere. The phone rings again and Hoodie lunges for it, answering it and saying, "Hello?" "Steven Majick," you hear from the phone, "This is war!"

(((((So, what do you Squirrels think of how I started book two?!? HAHAHA, go ahead and hate me for this, but I'm doing a spoiler in the next update! Unless you Squirrels say no? Like, comment, fan, AND USE DEM HASHTAGS!!!!!)))))
