Coffin

The Oracion Seis had now set up a temporary camp in a cave not too far from where they just defeated the Allied Forces. Wendy, Happy, and Katelyn were thrown against the rock wall of the cave.

"AHHH!"

"WAHH!"

"KYAA!"

"DON'T BE SO ROUGH WITH HER!!!" Happy protested. "SHE'S ONLY A GIRL!!!"

'I'm one too, Happy...' Katelyn thought. Brain grabbed Happy's face, and threw him to the ground. "HAPPY!!!" The girls yelled.

The rest of the Oracion Seis stood behind Brain. Midnight slept with his arms crossed on his flying magic carpet. Racer, who was leaning against a rock, said, "Brain... Who is this girl?"

"Does she have something to do with Nirvana?" Cobra asked. He was standing in the middle of the cave with his friend Cubellios, who stood at his shoulder.

Angel looked at Wendy questionably. "I can't see it myself."

Hoteye sat on a rock on the edge of the cave. "I SEE!!! We can sell her, and make a profit...!"

Wendy protectively held an unconscious Happy, and a terrified Katelyn in her arms. Brain looked over his shoulder at them, and smirked evilly. "This girl is a user of Sky Magic... That is to say, Healing Magic."

"Healing Magic?!!" Racer exclaimed in disbelief.

"A Lost Magic..."

"Now, that does sound valuable," Hoteye said with a smirk on his face.

"A little brat like this...?" Cobra scoffed. (Next thing you know, Cobra's gonna only say tch, and want everything to be clean) His face quickly turned into one of shock. "YOU DON'T MEAN...?!!"

"Precisely," Brain spread his arms out, and his cape blew in the air. "We will revive him."

"I... I...!!! I WON'T HELP YOU BAD PEOPLE!!!" Wendy protested. Brain smirked at Wendy. "Oh, but you will... YOU WILL. He will be revived... Be sure of it." Wendy held a hard look on her face. She told herself that she wouldn't give in to the enemy's desires.

Brain looked at Racer over his shoulder. "Racer, bring him here." Hr ordered.

"That's a long way... It'll take me an hour," Racer informed.

"That will do."

"Yeah, I see..." Cobra smirked. "If we have him, Nirvana is as good as ours."

"Cobra, Hoteye, Angel... You three are to continue searching for Nirvana," Brain commanded.

"Surely if we are to revive him, then there is no longer any need for such measures?" Angel questioned.

"We must account for all eventualities. Midnight and I will remain here," Cobra replied.

"Mid does not appear to feel like moving at all..." Hoteye mentioned.

"Ah, whatever. Let's go search" Cobra said, annoyed.

"Feel like having a little bet?" Angel offered. "Whoever finds Nirvana first gets..."

"A MILLION JEWELS!!!" Hoteye cut Angel off. "I'M IN!!! You see..."

"Oh, come on..."

A worried look spread on Wendy's face as she shook in place. "Just... What kind of magic is it...?" She whimpered. "This 'Nirvana'..."

Pure evil showed on Brain's face. "A magic to make light and dark... Change places with one another..."

Meanwhile, in a secluded part of the woodlands, Lucy and Hibiki stayed behind to care for Erza and Kai. The others had split up to find Wendy, Happy, and Katelyn. Erza and Kai were laid across the grass, right next to each other. The poison in Erza thankfully hadn't spread much. Kai, on the other hand, was in a much worse condition. She had an unbelievably high fever, and the Void Essence had spread so much that it covered all of her upper body, and was slowly spreading towards her head. Lucy and Plue kneeled next to them, worry etched on both of their faces.

"Please, everyone... Hurry..."

"Puun..."

Hibiki stood a little ways away from the two, using his Archive Magic. "And... That's everyone out in the Woodlands. You sure you're not going?"

"We can't just leave Erza and Kai here alone, can we?" Lucy questioned. "And when it comes to fighting, I'm clearly going to be the least use..."

"You don't have to put yourself down like that..." Hibiki reassured. "I've heard rumors about you. How you took down a three meter gorilla... Defeated the Phantom master so thoroughly he could never recover..."

Lucy looked over at Hibiki and deadpanned. "The exaggeration... It burns... What about you? Aren't you going with the others?"

"I can hardly leave you three ladies alone here, can I?" Hibiki said.

"... You're actually a pretty nice guy, huh..." Lucy complemented.

"Besides, my magic has the ability to guides the other to our location. Even if they do succeed in rescuing Wendy, Happy, and Katelyn... If they cannot find their way back here, it will have been for nothing."

Back by the Oracion Seis, Racer had brought back a huge cross-shaped coffin. He set it down with a huge thump. "Ugh, that thing's heavy... It's a huge burden on my speed..."

Wendy, Happy, and Katelyn trembled in their corner. "There is no man faster than you," Wendy shakily complemented.

"AHHH!" Happy exclaimed.

"A COFFIN?!!" Katelyn shouted.

"Wendy... This is whom you are to heal," Brain commanded as the lock of the coffin broke.

"I... I WILL NEVER DO IT!!!"

"That's right!" The exceeds agreed.

"No... You will heal him... Or should I say, you must."

The coffin opened up to reveal a blue haired man, with a red tattoo over his right eye, and his clothes all torn up. Wendy stared at the man in utter shock.

"This man's name is Jellal," Brain said with a sadistic look on his face. "A man who once infiltrated the council in other words... A man who knows the location of Nirvana."

Happy held his head in his paws, and trembled. "Jellal...?! Huh? Huh?"

"Jellal..." Wendy whispered.

"YOU KNOW HIM?!!" Katelyn screamed.

"He was reduced to this state as a result of being heavily exposed to the Aetherion. You are the only person who can revive him. You owe him a debt... do you not?"
