So how was she able to float buildings? Unless, she had another quirk. Which led me to find the pro hero Mars. His quirk was black whip. It was inky black ribbons that are released from his body, but they should only go two miles long, not the 50 miles he was known for. I went through many more old news paper articles online and noticed two things about them.

Every hero got weaker when the one after them got into a hero school, and their quirks were stronger then they should be.

The same thing happened to Smiles when all might got into UA. Just like Mars, when she got into UA. So I came up with two hypothesis's. 1. They have a enhancer quirk that can be passed down to people your not related too, and 2. They all got into a fight with someone and needed someone to take their place.

Imagine my surprise when all might confirmed both of my theory's." 

Izuku was in Nezu's office, tea in hand, talking about how he found out about all might without all might telling him. Aizawa, Nezu, All might, and detective Naomasa were there with him. All but nezu where surprised by the boy's analytical eye and the amount of research the boy did to find all this out. This made nezu want the kid. He wanted him to be his personal student. He had to have him.

There was no way he couldn't have him. 'Midoryia knows what he's talking about, and he's smarter then most of my teachers. He could become a lot like me with just some light training. I will be his teacher and I won't take no as an answer.'
