The fact that Shigaraki didn't get his quirk till he was 8. Or the fact all for one just happened to run into Shigaraki after a few days of him hiding.

The fact that all might, who was naturally Quirkless, and he, who was also naturally Quirkless, have the same shoes as Shigaraki.

Now, you maybe wondering who he is. It's simple. It's a boy who loves what hero's stand for, yet hates who they really are. It's a boy who's been bullied his whole life. It's a broccoli boy with a mother who doesn't believe in him. It's Izuku Midoriya.
