twenty ♔revenge has no bounds, except wrist and feet bounds, ask Murphy
"What?" Juniper snapped as her and Bellamy stood by their defense table. Bellamy sighed, he just wanted Juniper to forgive all the bad things he had, like he had done for her a long time ago.
"You know that I didn't want this."
"And I did?" Juniper asked as she crossed her arms over. "If you kept your dick in your pants then we would be."
"So you are pissed that I slept with Raven?" Bellamy asked trying to figure out the situation. Bellamy could sometimes be very naive.
"No I'm pissed because you thought instead of waiting to speak to me, you thought it would be better to sleep with my friend." Juniper screamed and she could hear people stop from outside to listen in. "I'm also annoyed that you won't go after our friends. My best friend." Juniper croaked and Bellamy could see what was really bothering her- Clarke.
"Don't you think I want to go after them, too?" Bellamy asked shouting and Juniper shrugged at him.
"If it was you out there, you think Monty, Clarke, or Finn would hide behind these walls?" Juniper asked as she walked towards him intimidatingly.
"No. They'd go after me. Then they'd be dead, too. I am doing what I think is right for the group." Bellamy answered and Juniper scoffed.
"It's funny, you didn't think that way when Octavia went missing. Or when I was hit with that arrow, you ran into open fire." Juniper replied, trying to not sound ungrateful because she was grateful that Bellamy risked his life to save hers. Bellamy stayed silent and Juniper walked towards the ladder.
"Where are you going?" Bellamy sighed as Juniper climbed up the ladder, she just needed to get her bearings together because truth was she had been thinking of a plot to sneak out of camp and find Clarke and Finn, alone.
"Away from you." Juniper said as she got to the second floor. Juniper began to search for a bag, something she could use as a supply kit, as well as finding some food for the journey. She took two knives and stuck one in each boot, she had made a little whole for her knifes, just as she heard some voices down the stairs.
Juniper slowly walked down the ladder and turned to see a dead Myles and Murphy hiding a bit of plastic. Juniper sighed as she dumped down the ladder, Murphy had killed him, Juniper vouched for a murderer.
"He stopped breathing. I was... I was trying to help him." Murphy lied as both him and Juniper eyed up the gun that was on the table. Murphy got to it first and held it up to Juniper. Juniper sighed as she held her hands up.
"Murphy, just put the gun down." Juniper said calmly.
"He tried to kill me." Murphy defended himself and Juniper nodded her head to make him happy. She even tried to take a step back but Murphy took a step further, holding the gun further towards her. "Hey, don't move." Murphy demanded and Juniper nodded her head.
"Okay. It's fine. Just calm down." Juniper exhaled as she tried to keep her breathing normal and calm so Murphy would not hurt her.
"No, it's not. You know what'll happen to me if you tell Bellamy." Murphy stated and Juniper sighed because she had a radio on her waist, one she had taken from up the stairs in case Clarke had contacted them.
"Tell Bellamy what?" Bellamy asked through the radio and Juniper looked at Murphy with pleading eyes. Murphy sighed as he held one hand out.
"Give me the radio, Juniper" Murphy instructed with his voice getting louder. Juniper nodded her head as she went to get the radio. But instead of giving it to Murphy, she held it up to her to her mouth.
"Murphy has a gun. He killed Myles." Juniper said quickly before Murphy knocked her over the side of her head with the gun. Juniper woke up hazy and tried to move but Murphy had bound her by her wrists and feet with a gag over her mouth.
"Murphy, I know you can hear me. All our ammo and food is in the middle level. You know that. You're leaving us vulnerable to an attack. I can't let that happen." Juniper heard Bellamy say over the radio
"Yeah, well, in case you haven't noticed, you're not exactly in control right now." Murphy replied and Juniper got the gag off of her mouth. He tied it really loose, almost like he wanted it to come off.
"Come on, Murphy. You don't want to hurt Juni. You want to hurt me. So what do you say? How about you trade her for me?" Bellamy offered and Juniper just shook her head as the tears streamed down her face. "All you have to do is let her go, and I'll take her place." Bellamy added and Murphy looked intrigued.
"How?"
"Simple. You open the door, I walk in, she walks out."
"Just you, Bellamy, unarmed." Murphy instructed.
"Bellamy, don't you dare." Juniper screamed before Murphy held his gun to Juniper, aiming it at her leg.
"10 seconds, or I'll put one in Juni's leg. One..." Murphy began counting and Juniper shook her head.
"Murphy, I'm staying, don't let him in here." Juniper begged and Murphy grinned as Bellamy walked in and Murphy quickly locked the door.
"Too late." Murphy grinned and Bellamy crouched down near Juniper and cupped her face.
"Murphy, you promised." Bellamy stated angrily as he checked the cut on her head from where Murphy hit her, knocking her out.
"She refused." Murphy stated and Juniper hung her head a little.
"You are so hot and cold, princess." Bellamy smirked and Juniper could not help but smile, these kind of situations make you feel something you just cannot explain.
"You would do the same for me." Juniper whispered as she held back the tears.
"Are you two done?" Murphy asked as he held a gun and Juniper just rolled her eyes as Bellamy walked away.
"You were doing so well in camp, I even stuck up for you. I forgave you, I apologized to you." Juniper spat and Murphy just shrugged his shoulders.
"I'm not a nice guy, Juniper." Murphy answered honestly but Juniper did not believe him. She knew that there was good in him, everybody was savable.
"Bellamy? Bellamy! Are you ok? Where's Juniper?" Octavia asked through the radio as Murphy threw seatbelts at Bellamy.
"You want her to know you're alive? Start tying." Murphy ordered and Bellamy looked over at Juniper worried. Juniper gave him a reassuring look just as Murphy fired in Juniper's direction. Juniper jumped as she began to weep a little. Bellamy started to tie the seatbelts together.
"Bellamy! Do you copy?" Octavia asked through the radio and Murphy gave Bellamy the radio.
"I'm fine. Just a misfire. Now stop worrying about me and get back to work, all of you... And tell Raven to hurry her ass up." Bellamy replied and Juniper sighed with relief slyly, Bellamy had a plan.
"All right, that's long enough. Tie those two ends together." Murphy instructed taking back the radio. Bellamy tied those two bits together to create a noose. "All right. Now get up and toss it over." Murphy ordered and a wave of fear flashed over Bellamy's face.
"What do you want me to say? You want me to apologize? I'm... " Bellamy tried to say before he froze. "I'm sorry." Bellamy apologized before he threw it over the pole.
"You got it all wrong, Bellamy. I don't want you to say anything. I want you to feel what I felt, and then... Then I want you to die." Murphy explained and Juniper shook her head, she was done with these silly games.
"No, Murphy that's enough." Juniper stated and Murphy smirked as he turned to face Juniper.
"Shut up or I will put a bullet in you." Murphy warned and Juniper tried to move closer to the boys.
"Can you give us a minute?" Juniper asked and Murphy looked away. For some reason, he had a soft spot for Juniper since she did try and help him. "You are away to kill the guy, just let me say what I want to say." Juniper pleaded and Murphy nodded his head. Bellamy ran over and hugged onto Juniper. she could not hug back because of the restraints.
"Wait him out, keep on talking." Bellamy whispered as he held onto the hug. He felt Juniper nod her head against his ear.
"I love you." Juniper whispered as Bellamy pulled out of the hug. Juniper kissed him on the cheek and Bellamy looked at her with a weak smile.
"Love you too." Bellamy whispered as he looked into Juniper's eyes. Bellamy loved Juniper truly and wanted to be with her for the rest of his life.
"Stand on it. Put it over your head." Murphy instructed as he pointed to the box. Bellamy pushed it over, stood on it but never put the noose over his head.
"This is insane. The grounders could..." Bellamy began to say but Murphy fired a shot closer to Juniper than before. Juniper cried out again and Bellamy hurt with what he was causing Juniper. She deserved none of this. Maybe, Bellamy did not deserve her, maybe he was the one destroying her life.
"Put it over your head." Murphy instructed for the last time and Bellamy quickly swung it over his head.
"Happy now?" Bellamy asked sarcastically and Murphy grinned before he pulled a little tighter.
"What can I do to make you stop this?" Juniper pleaded as she watched Murphy slowly pull the seatbelts, she was hoping for one to break and set Bellamy free.
"You can do nothing. Only he can." Murphy stated as he kept his eyes on Bellamy, watching him slowly lose his breath more and more.
"Oh my god." Juniper whispered as the tears rolled and rolled down her face. Dropping onto the floor around her.
"It's okay." Bellamy reassured as he looked at Juniper.
"You're so brave, aren't you? I mean, you came in here thinking you're just gonna turn this whole thing around, that you were stronger than me, and maybe one of your friends would come and help you. Well, what are you thinking now, Bellamy? Hmm?" Murphy taunted as he pulled on the noose.
"Stop it, please." Juniper begged.
"SHUT UP!"
"You are killing him!" Juniper screamed and Bellamy choked some more as Murphy pulled tighter. He was barely touching the box.
"You know, I got to hand it to you, Bellamy. You got 'em all fooled. They actually look up to you, almost as much as they look up to Clarke and Juniper. Yeah, well, we know the truth, don't we? You're a coward. I learned that the day you kicked out the crate from beneath me." Murphy spat through Juniper's audible cries for help.
"No." Juniper pleaded as she cried some more. She was not going to let Bellamy die here. He was barely breathing as Murphy kept on pulling the noose, cutting off more and more air.
"Isn't that what you said? That you were just giving the people what they wanted, right?"
"I should have stopped them."
"Yeah, it's a little late for that now."
"You think they're just gonna let you walk out of here?" Bellamy asked as he held tighter onto the noose, trying to give himself more room to breathe.
"But I know the king's about to die, so who's really gonna lead these people, huh? Me, that's who, and, yeah, maybe I'll have to kill your grounder-pounding little sister..." Murphy said teasing Bellamy and Bellamy just snapped he tried his best to get Murphy, but Murphy just strung him up any further. Then, they heard a faint shriek from under the floorboard. "I'm guessing that's her right now." Murphy smirked and Bellamy just struggled more.
"No!" Bellamy called out before Murphy fired his gun until he there was no bullets left. Juniper could see he was defenseless and tried her best to her get knife from her boot. But before she could, in a fleeting rage Murphy untied Juniper's leg and brought her to her feet.
"Kick the box!" Murphy shouted and Juniper looked at Murphy as the tears fell down. She was in complete shock, Bellamy could barely reach the box. Juniper shook her head and Bellamy looked at her.
"Do it, Juniper. It's okay." Bellamy groaned as he held onto the noose tightening around his neck. Murphy pushed Juniper forward so that she was in front of Bellamy.
"Come on, princess, just kick your boyfriend's box, end his misery." Murphy smirked before he corrected himself. "But he isn't your boyfriend because he slept with your best friend." Murphy grinned to himself before he came up behind Juniper.
"Murphy, I'm not going to do it."
"You know, some people said they could hear the moans and the screams, it was meant to be-"
"SHUT UP!" Juniper screamed as she turned around to face Murphy. "There is no way in hell I am kicking that box." Juniper spat at Murphy and he just pushed her to the ground and Juniper screamed in pain just as Murphy kicked the box with such force that Bellamy could have snapped his neck. Bellamy was gasping for his breath, he was dying. Juniper just screamed as she tried to get the knife from her boot. But Murphy was already tying her legs together.
"Stop." Juniper cried out as her tear-stained cheeks began to get more and more red. Juniper was hysterical as she watched Bellamy gasp for his life. Murphy was pacing as he watched Bellamy die.
"Using your hands is a cheat. Mine were bound, remember?" Murphy asked rhetorically as he tried to take Bellamy's hands away. In response, Bellamy punched him in the face and Juniper tried her best to untie herself so she could save Bellamy. But Murphy was already punching him, just as the door creaked open.
"Raven, you did it!" Juniper heard Jasper scream and she smiled with joy. Murphy started to run away just as everybody ran in.
"Save him. Please." Juniper cried as she hung her head low. Jasper ran over and started to untie Juniper as everybody else got Bellamy.
"Bell! Hold on! Yeah! Bell, breathe!" Octavia shouted as she helped the boys cut down Bellamy. Juniper crawled to where Bellamy was lying and tried to see what his pulse was like.
"Breathe! Can you breathe?" Juniper shouted out in distraught as she checked his airways.
"Come on! Good. You're ok. You're ok." Octavia smiled as she got the seatbelt off Bellamy's neck. Bellamy soon sat up and Juniper sighed with relief. He was okay.
"Murphy! Murphy! It's over! Murphy! There's only one way out of this for you now!" Bellamy barely screamed as he climbed up the ladder and tried to open up the door to where Murphy was hiding. Juniper looked at Bellamy worried as she hugged onto Octavia. Once Bellamy had gone up the ladder, Juniper followed after him. She gaped as she saw the hole in the wall- Murphy had used most of the gunpowder.
"The guy knows how to make an exit." Juniper smirked a little as she looked into Bellamy's eyes. After what they just went through today, Juniper was reconsidering leaving Bellamy.
"Grounders will take care of Murphy." Bellamy grunted as he tried to get his voice back. Juniper nodded her head as she looked at her bruised wrists. "We're going after Clarke, Finn, and Monty. You and Raven were right. We don't abandon our own." Bellamy instructed and Juniper looked at him smiling. Bellamy just ignored it and stayed serious. "Raven stays here to build up defenses. We lost a day because of this, and our gunpowder. Raven!" Bellamy finished as he turned to walk away. Juniper stopped him and placed a hand on his cheek as she cried.
"I'm sorry I couldn't save you." Juniper whispered as her voice croaked. Bellamy shook his head as he cupped Juniper's face and wiped away a tear with his thumb, like Juniper did for him. "I'm sorry that I never kicked the box, I just could not -" Juniper said before she burst into tears. Bellamy held onto her and shook his head.
"None of this was your fault." Bellamy reassured as he pulled Juniper out of the hold and looked into her eyes. "I'm sorry. We would never be here if I never made that mistake." Bellamy explained and Juniper shrugged her shoulders as the tears welled up. "I'm so sorry for hurting you and I do love you, Juniper Eden Green." Bellamy smiled before he kissed the top of her head. Juniper nodded her head as she matched his eyes.
"All gunners! We got movement outside the south wall!" Miller shouted through the radio. Bellamy and Juniper both let go of one another and jumped down the ladder before running to the south wall.
"Hold your fire! Clarke and Finn! Open the gate! Get in!" Miller instructed as Clarke and Finn walked in. Juniper had never been so happy to see Clarke before. Juniper ran up to Clarke and held onto her so tight.
"Hey, we heard an explosion. What happened?" Clarke asked worried, still holding onto her best friend.
"Murphy happened." Bellamy stated as he walked up behind them. Juniper pulled away from Clarke and Clarke saw just how distraught she was.
"Don't ever leave me again." Juniper whispered as she wiped away her tears. Bellamy looked down on Juniper with regret and Clarke caught him. She gave Juniper a worried look because Clarke thought that Bellamy was icing out Juniper, not Juniper icing out Bellamy.
"Hey, what's wrong?" Clarke asked and Juniper just shook her head. Now was not the time for Juniper's drama.
"Thank God! Where have you been? Where's Monty?" Jasper asked as he ran towards them. Clarke's face dropped.
"Monty's gone?" She asked but Finn sighed as he turned to face Clarke.
"Clarke, we need to leave, now. All of us do. There's an army of grounders, unlike anything we've ever seen, coming for us right now. We need to pack what we can and run." Finn instructed and Juniper's heart dropped. She was no ready to die, nor fight, nor lose Bellamy.
"Like hell we do. We knew this was coming." Bellamy fought back as Octavia reached the conversation.
"Bell, we're not prepared." Octavia said as she looked up at her big brother.
"And they're not here yet. We still have time to get ready. Besides, where would we go? Where would we be safer than behind these walls?" Bellamy asked as he moved his hands away from his waist.
"There's an ocean to the east. People there will help us." Finn explained and Octavia smiled.
"You saw Lincoln." Octavia whispered with a grin and Finn nodded his head in return.
"You expect us to trust a grounder? This is our home now. We built this from nothing with our bare hands! Our dead are buried behind that wall in this ground! Our ground! The grounders think they can take that away. They think that because we came from the sky, we don't belong here. But they're yet to realize one very important fact: We are on the ground now, and that means we are grounders!" Bellamy shouted inspiring the camp and the whole camp screamed in agreement. Juniper did not know what to do, both could end up with death at the Grounders hands.
"Bellamy's right. If we leave, we may never find a place as safe as this. And God knows, in this world, we could be faced with something even worse tomorrow. But that doesn't change the simple fact that if we stay here, we will die tonight. So pack your things. Just take what you can carry, now." Clarke instructed and the whole camp did just that. Bellamy sighed as he looked the other way. Juniper just stood in a trance.
"Help me." Raven croaked as she hobbled to the main bit of camp. Murphy had shot her in the leg.
"Raven! Raven!" Finn shouted after Raven as they all ran towards her.
"Murphy shot her." Bellamy explained as they reached Raven, she was in so much pain and Juniper wished she could take it away from her. No matter what had happened, she did not deserve this.
"Get her onto the dropship." Juniper instructed as she pointed to the dropship and Finn scooped her up. Juniper, Finn and Raven rushed to the dropship.
Juniper was going to see how Raven was doing as Bellamy spoke to Clarke. However, all Juniper could think about was if this was her time. Time to fight or time to die, she did not know?
