::Chapter 4::

Just gonna say that the Christmas special will not be happening because of some malfunctions. Sorry.

I entered my bathroom door and closed it behind me. The tiles on the floor collided with my shoes, resulting in a light tapping noise.

I pulled back the curtains for my bath and turned on the water to test the temperature. Once the water was a perfect warmth, I let it fill up a tenth of the bath and then stopped the water.

I put all of the kittens on the ground so that I could pick them up...

That made way more sense in my head...

I picked them all up again and proceeded to slowly intoduce them to the water.

Why was I half expecting them to transform?

I remembered reading fan-fictions like this, and I half expected them to be real.

I sighed.

No akatsuki for me...

::

After bathing the kittens, I placed them onto my bed with towels wrapped around them.

I snorted with laughter.

They look so serious even when they look like baby's.

::

After they dried off, I set off towards the front door. I heard from the weather forecast that it will be raining or snowing.

Before I could even reach the front door, I felt a tug on my pants. I looked down, only to see the 'shy one'

Now that I think about it, I should probably name them...

I sweatdropped.

My focus returned to him and I picked him up. I turned back towards the others, only to find that they had fell asleep on my couch.

I cradled the kitten in my arms and walked out of the door. I locked the door with one hand and set off towards my favorite spot.

My feet crunched lightly against the thin layer of snow on the ground. My chest felt warm from the breathing body pressed against it.

::

I arrived after fifteen minutes of walking, and I'm pretty sure that the kitten is still awake.

The place was a park, but in the most isolated place that there was. It was in the corner of the park next to a tree that had a rope swing on it.

I sat down on the swing with little thought and gazed up at the cloud covered stars.

I thought that it was going to rain...

A small drop of water fell.

Then another.

And another.

The ground was soon starting to develop puddles and mud.

We were shielded from the rain by the tree above us. It seemed that the kitten was enjoying the rain as much as I was.

At least someone agrees with me...
