Chapter 4
I race down through the crowded city of New York, trying to get to work. For the first time, I was running late. Well, the restaurant opened around 7am, employees had to be there by 6:30 am. Its 6:25. I pull my hair up into a bun, sliding on my jacket as I ran.
I look down at my watch, cussing under my breath as time started to speed up. I was just about there when I crashed against a brick wall. Wait, a brick wall in the middle of a side walk.
I step back, looking up seeing a pair of blue eyes, staring harshly down at me. I back up, gaining back some balance I lost, and walked past him, breaking the eye contact.
"No apology?" He called out.
Keep walking, Keep walking...
I heard him walk off as I turn into Stella's Breakfast, quickly running over to swipe my card in place.
"Got here a minute before late time, impressive." I turn my head seeing my boss. Usually I don't see her when I first get here in the morning, only when were closing up.
"Oh, right. Um- sorry, ma'am."
"No reason to be. But, can I talk to you for a second?"
I nodded and followed her to the back of the restaurant where the big garbage bins were, looking at her curiously. "Why did we have to come out here?"
"I wanted you to meet someone." Before I could look to where she pointed to, a bag went over my head. I felt my arms be pinned behind me, my wrists being tied. I felt my heart start to race as I swing my head around, hoping to see who and where I was being taken.
"Le-Let me go!" I yell, kicking my legs up, trying to get out of this persons grasp.
"Don't even try. You'll only make things worse." A dark voice said. Fear erupted through me as I walk along with the person holding my arms back.
The only thing I could think of right now was an reason. Maybe this was all a prank? Something April might have put together for fun?
"Get her in the car, hurry. Before anyone sees!" The same voice ordered. I heard a car door open, the person pushing me started to go faster.
If I didn't do anything now, I would be stuck, I would be gone.
I started to scream. I scream at the top of my lungs, but it only lasted a few seconds from the amount of pain forming in my stomach. I was punched, and now I'm pissed.
"There's a law! You can't hit a girl for no reason! Let me go!" I yell loudly, begging to kick and squirm again.
I was stopped, the bag covering my face was removed, It was him.
"Scream, yell, or kick again and we won't hesitate to kill you and O'Neil." The Shredder whispered in my ear. He put the bag over my head once more, I think my heart stopped.
It was him, the one on TV. Why was he here? Why does he have April? And...why am I being kidnapped by him?

April's P.O.V~
It was lunch break for Andie, she usually calls me to let me know she's ok. Why hasn't she called yet?
You know, maybe Donnie's right. I need to relax. I'm starting to worry like Leo.
I pull out my phone from my back pocket, walking over to the opened window. I punch in Andie's numbers, putting the phone up to my ear while looking out the window.
"Hey, this is Andie! I'm sorry I missed your call, Im either busy or don't feel like picking up the phone. Either way, Ill get back to you as soon as possible. Thanks, bye!"
I growl to myself as I hit the end button. Damn it.
I look back down at my phone, tapping the recently called. Donnie was the second on the list. Should I call him?
No, I shouldn't.
But, what if she's really in trouble?
Nope, I can't.
Do it!
No. No. No.
...
"Hello? April?"
"Hey, Don. Could you do me a favor?"
"Yeah, sure. What's up?"
"I think Andie is in trouble..."

Andie's P.O.V~
All I could hear was the sound of my heart beat. We were driving. Where? I had no idea. I could see people walking down the side walks, having a grand 'old time, while I'm stuck in a black S.U.V, with a bag over my head. Luckily, I could see through a little hole right above my eye. I just have to continuously move the bag downward.
"What shall we do to the girl, master?" A female voice asked.
"That is only my concern, Karai." Shredder speaks up.
Oh heck, I have to get out of here.
"Umm...Mr. Shredder- sir?" I ask, not wanting to speak up.
"You were not given permission to speak!" He snapped, looking over in my direction.
"I know, but I really have to drop the books off at the library.." I said, trying to hint I have to use the bathroom.
"Excuse me?"
"Drop the kids off by the pool?"
I felt eyes on me, seeming that no one got the expression, I spit out that I had to use the bathroom. For some reason, they believed it.
The man pulls the car over into an alley way, parking the car. I heard the door on my side opened, followed by me being pulled out by weaker arms than the ones to begin with.
"We will wait here. Karai, you take her, keep an eye on her." Shredder spoke, getting back into the car as they drive off a ways down the street.
Karai took me to the side, giving me a bucket she found in the trash can. I gagged and walked over into the darkness, looking at her strangely.
"Well that's a little weird. I mean your staring at her while she's using the bathroom." A familiar voice said. I dropped the bucket and looked up seeing the same blue eyed face from earlier. I ran into him.
A skull- like mask hung tightly to his face, but you could see his bright blue eyes through them. A hockey stick was being held tightly in his hands, a bag of hockey pucks in a bag wrapped around his shoulders. Who the heck did I run into?
Karai acts fast. She pulls out her katana and starts swinging it at hockey man over here. I, on the other hand, was to shocked to do anything, but stand by my pee bucket and watch.
The guy was fast, a lot stronger than Karai, but she was more skilled. He swung his stick and hit her, but she dodged most of them, getting a clear shot on him. Then, he grabbed a hockey puck from his bag and hit it. It send flying and hit her in the head, making her fall to the ground. He walked up to her, seeing her eyes close and herself black out.
"Holy crap!" I gasp as I slowly start walking over to her. A red bump was forming on the side of her head, making my mouth open a little wider.
"No thank you?" He asked, looking at me with a smirk across his face.
I slightly smiled, shoving my hands into my back pocket where I felt my phone. I completely forgot it was there!
"Right. Thank you. Sorry about running into you earlier, I was late for work." I explain as he takes off his mask.
"No problem. I'm Casey Jones, you are?" He asked. I definitely recognized him now, he was a pretty decant looking guy. I was grateful for him saving me.
"Andie Rose." I smile as he put his mask in his bag full of hockey pucks.
He turned to look at me, "Can I ask you something?"
"Go ahead."
He nodded and looked down at the ground before looking into my eyes again, "How are you involved with the Shredder?"
I thought about it for a second, but then shrug. "Actually, I don't know. He said something about my roommate- oh crap- April!" I gasp pulling out my phone. I have completely forgot that Shredder said he had April.
"Andie!" I heard her gasp over the phone.
"April! Are you okay?!" I asked, Casey looking weirdly at me.
"I'm fine. Are you? Where the hell are you?"
"I was just kidnapped by the Shredder. You know, the guy on TV, most wanted? This guy, um, Casey Jones saved me." I heard her whisper something in the background, making me slightly curious.
"Come home now. We have a lot to talk about. Oh, and bring Casey. He's a friend of mine."
I look over at Casey, seeing that he heard and smiled. "Let's get rolling before Mr. Slice and Dice comes back." He chuckled as we raced back towards the apartment.
Oh my Andie, what have you gotten yourself into?
