Strong vs Hosako II

~With Kai~

When Masami and I got to Full Sail, we were greeted by many of the wrestlers, who were congratulating me based on the news that I was recipient for the 2020 Warrior Award, all until the UE had to interfere.

Adam: Ren! Oh that's great! The first thing I wanna do when I come back from injury is take away an award that somebody else deserves, and that somebody else is me!

Me: Really? You think you deserve reward for being asshole! You do not deserve jackshit, buddy! I earned that reward!

Adam: You've been on the shelf, I don't see you working hard every day of the year!

Me: You just jealous that I can be better than you at anything I put my mind to while you sit back and play video game all day!

Adam: You think so? Say that again and I'll put my foot up your ass!

Me: What size shoe you wear!

He was about to charge at me until the rest of the wrestlers held him until the UE had to get involved and push them away, but they made me bump into my girl!

She fell and I saw that Masami had hit her head as I was irate!

Me: MASAMI!!!

I ran to her and helped her up as she was tearing up.

Me: あなたは大丈夫? (Are you okay?)

She nodded as I held her in my arms and Matt and Pete came in to see what was wrong.

Me: You guys take her to locker room, I have to—

I then felt a hand on my arm as I was about to unleash on Adam and the others for making me bump into Masami, hurting her.

Masami: カイ、やめてください。私のために、離れてください。 (Kai, don't. Walk away, for me.)

I was about to ignore her, but she was right. It's better to walk away than get into trouble.

Anyway, we walked away as we had to get to our locker room as I told Matt and Pete that I would need them when I need to.

They understood as Masami and I were alone in our locker room and I gave her a water bottle, making sure that she was okay.

Plus, I didn't see any gashes or anything on her, so that was a good sign.

Although I wanted to fight Adam almost immediately but Masami stopped me, what I learned throughout my life is that a dumb man is a man that gets into fights all the time and a smart man is a wise man who walks away, unscathed, without getting into trouble. I always advised my friends to fight when they have to and I always advise them to learn how to fight and learn how to throw a punch, but at the end of the day, it's all about doing the right thing.

Adam should know that he's taken a huge L tonight after telling me to fight him when he couldn't come up with any jokes, insults, or whatever and I really didn't have to.

Also, while he can try to beat me in a fight, Adam cannot most certainly beat me in a body physique contest because by gods I could blow his ass out of the water!

Look at this god-like anime physique I'm rocking...

...meanwhile Adam's still dealing with the beer belly and fish gut when he was with The Kingdom in Ring of Honor from 2015 or whatever.

Now, to his credit, Adam started working out a lot more in the gym recently. Maybe I inspired him, and you know what? That's awesome. I'm glad I could have a positive impact on him. Getting in the gym is gonna make Adam feel so much better if he would just keep going at it.

Anyway, I talked to Hunter about what happened and when I told him my side of the story, along with many other NXT wrestlers who saw the whole thing play out, he was extremely pissed and had Adam barred from ringside in the main event.

I thought that was a smart call on Hunter's part and I couldn't thank him enough for doing it.

~1 Hour 55 Minutes Later~

Once I was in my gear, with the towel around my neck, I gave Masami a kiss on her cheek and walked over to the interview area where McKenzie Michelle, the one during the interview, was waiting.

Once the match was done, it was time for me to do the interview.

McKenzie: Ladies and gentlemen, please welcome my guest at this time, "The Prodigy", Ren Hosako.

I walked up in my gear as I was smiling with not just evil, but enthusiasm as well.

McKenzie: Ren, you are now competing again after three months on the shelf, what's going on through your mind as you're about to get into the ring with Roderick Strong?

Me(subtitles): To be fair, I'm excited to get back in the ring. I mean, I've been waiting to come back and try to get my hands on every member of the Undisputed Era, but there is one thing that is really important, and that's the NXT Championship. I've made it my goal to become the first autistic NXT Champion and I'm not gonna stop until I win it. So, tonight is my first match back, and I can't wait to make Roddy feel my pain. When he's done, it's Kyle O'Reily, Bobby Fish, and the last person to feel my pain, is Adam Cole. You see, Adam, it's only just begun. We might have fought before in late 2018, but don't think that it's gonna end with you being the winner. I'm gonna win and you won't survive while I'm around. You try coming down to the ring with Strong, then I'm gonna end you faster than your relationship with your lady.

Crowd: OOOOOHHHH!!!

Me: Arigato, McKenzie.

McKenzie: Thank you.

I shook her hand and walked off as I was ready for battle as it was time for the main event, and I had to be at gorilla for the main event when I saw that Strong was already in the ring.

Masami and I had went over to gorilla position and once we were there, my theme played.

[There should be a GIF or video here. Update the app now to see it.]

When my song played, the fans started to go crazy for me. I mean, to hear them scream and cheer is just the best thing to hear.

When Masami and I entered, I stared down Strong with a smile on my face and a boner in my trunks, thinking of many different ideas to make him feel pain.

For now, he's just an obstacle in my way to challenge Adam for the NXT Championship.

Announcer: And his opponent, being accompanied by Io Shirai, from Yamaguchi, Japan, weighing at 104 kilos, "The Prodigy", REN HOSAKO!

Renallo: Being accompanied by the love of his life, Io Shirai, that young man is on a mission to become the NXT Champion, and what better way to start this path than to go through each member of the Undisputed Era, one by one?

Phoenix: He's done it once before, but the question is, will that hamstring be a factor in this matchup?

McGuiness: That is true, but, personally, I don't see Ren winning the NXT Championship. He doesn't need a title to win it, he's good enough to be the best wrestler in the entire world.

Renallo: Might wanna watch what you say, Nigel. Hosako is out for blood, and anyone says that he's not going to be Champion, watch out.

Well said, Mauro.

When the chorus started to play, I was hyping up the Full Sail crowd to yell out the line.

Me: Come on! I want to hear you!

As I got on the apron, I pointed at my ear and smiled at Strong, who was terrified at the new me.

As I stepped through the middle rope...

Crowd: BEWARE!!!

...I walked over to Roddy and got in his face with a glare and smile, letting him know that I'm looking to kill his ass here tonight.

I then walked back up into a corner and I was focused.

Before the bell rang, I leaned down towards Masami, kissed her cheek, and I was ready for battle.

Ref: RING THE BELL!

The bell rang and Roddy and I circled the ring at a very fast pace. I was reaching out to him, wanting him to extend his hand so we can see who can make the first mistake.

Me? I was hoping he would.

Crowd(chanting): HOSAKO! HOSAKO! HOSAKO!

Eventually, when he did by extending his arm too far, as I grabbed it, cranked it around, and kicked his gut while flipping him over for a half-straitjacket kinda move.

I then wrapped my legs around his waist, making sure that he tries to not get out of it, but with his free hand, he was able to reverse it and lock in an Ankle Lock on me as I managed to get away for a moment before standing back up.

The crowd applauded as I was really wanting Roddy to bring the fight to me.

I even gestured him to come at me!

Once he did, I gave him a shot to his head, then a forearm, and a kick to his leg as I Irish Whipped him to the ropes and he shoulder tackled me.

He ran to the ropes as I leapt over to where he was, and when he turned to face me, I dropkicked him down.

Me: この男には私には歯が立たない! (This guy doesn't stand a chance against me!)

The fans cheered and applauded as I was really enjoying what I have in mind for Roddy. I'm really confident in my abilities and I know what I have to do.

Wrestling this style isn't new to me, and I plan on showing why in a little bit.

I then ground him by turning him over, grabbing one of his arms, cranking it, pulling it behind his back for a lying armlock...

Renallo: Seriously, Ren will gladly rip your arm off, and he will smile as he does it!

...and he looked to get out of the hold, but I trapped his head between my legs, using a crooked head scissor and balancing on my head.

Renallo: He's cranking it too! Strong looks very uncomfortable here, he's broken out of it, but now he's trying to roll Hosako up!

The ref did a one count as I managed to break the pin and put Strong in a Crossface, blinding him to where he can't reach the ropes and the hold would become much more difficult to get out of.

Before I could even try to make him tap out, it was nice to hear this song again...

Crowd(singing): Oooooooh Ren Hosako! Oooooooh Ren Hosako!
Locking your arm,
Rip off your arm,
Walking in an Hosako Wonderland!
*CLAP CLAP*

I smiled at this, but I had to pay attention to the task at hand. I have to win this match if I wanna challenge Adam for the NXT Championship at Takeover: Tampa Bay.

As soon as I was keeping the hold locked in, Strong rolled me up and I kicked out at 2.

I flipped over on my feet, got into Roddy's face and yelled as I chopped his chest and he went down on one knee!

He looked at me and he then gave me a chop of his own!

When he chopped me I just walked back to the corner, nodding and smiling at what I just felt until I gave him another chop that almost brought him down to one knee and he chopped me again, which made me laugh until I chopped him again and he gave me a boot to my face!

As he ran to the ropes I gave him a boot to his face!

I then ran to the ropes and looked to attack him, but he gave me a dropkick, which I no-sold, and I Irish Whipped him to the ropes and gave him a dropkick of my own while smirking at Strong.

Renallo: Hosako just said, "That's how you do a dropkick, Strong!"

Strong was down near the ropes as I had to stand him up, put one of his arms over the top rope, I stepped through it, and gave him the rope assisted armbreaker.

As I was upside down, I yelled into the camera...

Me: わかったよ、アダム!タンパにいるのはお前だ、このバカ野郎! (You see this, Adam! This is gonna be you in Tampa, you stupid motherfucking bastard!)

When the ref counted to four, I let go, pulled Strong out of the ring, and threw him into the ring post head first.

What I want to do is send a message. I wanted Adam to see what I plan on doing to him at Takeover: Tampa Bay.

Once he was disoriented, I threw Strong over to the ring steps, I put his head near a step, and I stomped his head into them as he went down face first!

I then went back in the ring to hype the crowd up as I wanted them to see what I plan on doing in a few months!

I even looked at Strong as he was disoriented and not knowing where he was.

When I looked closer, I saw that Strong had been cut by the steps and I busted him open.

He was bleeding everywhere, just the way I like it.

I went out of the ring, stood him up and slammed his face into the steps as he fell down for a bit.

I picked him up, threw him into the ring, and started to stomp onto his back, and then his chest as he turned around.

I even grabbed him by his trunks and threw him into the ring post shoulder first as he went down on the bottom turnbuckle.

As he was still disoriented, I stomped onto his head, and wiped my foot onto his open wound as many times as I wanted.

The ref counted to four and I backed away for a second, but I went onto that cut, punching away at it and then biting it, causing the crowd to groan and cringe at what I was doing!

The ref counted to four again as I let go and I picked Strong up, threw him to the ropes and I gave him a dropkick.

Once I gave him a dropkick, I sat him up, ran to the ropes, and kicked his chest as he went down.

I covered him and when he kicked out at 2, I immediately grabbed his arm and went to work on it.

I was kneeing his arm, clubbing it, pressing on it with my foot.

Once I twisted Roddy around, I started stretching out his fingers apart, making him scream in agony.

I then decided to be a bit cruel by biting his hand with a smile on my face!

After biting him, I twisted his wrist, bent it...

Crowd: Ooooh.

...bent his elbow...

Crowd: Ooooh!

...and started pulling back onto that arm...

Crowd: OOOOH!!!

....Strong continued to scream in pain, trying to get out of it and he managed to by putting his foot on the bottom rope.

I released before the count could start, which is not something I would always do, but I kicked the leg of Roderick Strong, the very one that he put on the bottom rope as he grabbed onto it in pain.

I then started clubbing on it, making Strong cry out in agony!

I really am this dedicated to make Strong feel the pain I have felt for three goddamn months, and the same goes to every member of the Undisputed Era.

That's my goal right now and I don't plan on straying away from it.

And the moves I perform on my opponents, I don't waste anything in my ring: maximize, maximize, MAXIMIZE!

I then put on an Indian Deathlock Clutch as Strong was trying to get out of it and yelling out in pain, but in the end, he hand no choice but to submit.

The bell rang and while I was being announced the winner, I switched over to his arm, the very same one that I worked on before his leg, and locked in the Fujiwara, my second finisher.

I kept it locked in, making Strong scream and tapping out to me as I made a face...

...and wrenched Strong's arm back as I released!

He was holding onto his arm in pain, screaming in just pure agony.

I then smiled and just looked at the stage to see Adam Cole and his two buddies, in shock that I hurt one of his friends.

I then gave him the one gesture, and saying to him...

Me: それは 1 つです!それはあなた方のうちの一人です!来週、私はあなたを迎えに行きます、フィッシュ!あなたは私を生き残れないでしょう!保証します! (That's one! That's one of you down! Next week, I'm coming for you, Fish! You won't survive me! I guarantee it!)

I even laughed as I told them that in my native Japanese.

Once this was over, I was taken backstage where Masami and Hunter loved what I was doing out there.

I didn't get to perform my sleeper and Brainbuster, but that's okay. The finishers aren't always needed to finish the match up, you know?

After that, we went home as I had to be ready for my match next week against Bobby Fish.

Like I said, he won't survive me.
