'Dei, ellam therinjirunthum yen da ipdi pe(sra)..' Rakesh was cut off by Prakash,

'Ellam therinjanala tha da pesren..avan varanum da, enaku theriyum avan inum confusionla tha irukaan nu..aana ipdiye iruntha rendu ponnungaloda vazhkai avanala kelvikuriya nikum da..avanga rendu perum itha ethukanum na avan vanthu tha aahanum..'

Rakesh looked at Prakash disbelievingly, while Prakash continued,

'Ithu Drishyan kum theriyum..avan papa feel pana mataa na enaku entha prachnayum ila nu sonaan..'

'Dei! aana thangathukita ni solave ilaye da?!'

'Sona ava othupala?'

Rakesh tried to intervene, but Prakash stopped him,

'Inga paru Rakesh, namma thangachi ini vazha pora lifela nalla irukanum na, intha valiya thaandi avanga varanum, atha avanga rendu perkum nallathu...purinjukoda! yen da enna elarum villain mari pakreenga?!' Prakash had tears in his eyes.

Rakesh immediately hugged his friend,

'Dei, yen da ipdi pesra? avaluku nallathu nadakanum nu tha nenaipa nu enaku theriyum..aana avanga kashtapaduvangale nu na yosichane oliya, future la avanga nelamaya pathi na yosikala da..'

Both men shed tears in each other's embrace,

'Na avanuku phone pani pesren da..innaiku poi invite panidalam..'

After Saahasya expressed her decision, everything happened in a swift, for the next 4 weeks. Drishyan was beyond happy, that she accepted his proposal. When he came to know her decision from Prakash, he was skeptical about it, as he knew that she would not give up on her feelings on Arkshaan that easily, but Saahasya explained him that she would be fine with time as she wanted to give it a chance.

Drishyan knew that he wouldn't be able to gain her love too soon, but he hoped that she would accept him with time. But he was determined that whatever happens, he would not make her feel miserable at any point. He desired to give her all the happiness hereafter.

Saahasya knew that she could never give her heart easily to another man. But after hearing what Drishyan's mother said, she decided not to break those two innocent souls. She also knew that her annans and friends would be happy if she get married to Drishyan; so she agreed, leaving the rest to God.

Lavanya opened the door when she heard continuous ringing of the doorbell,

'Prakash, Rakesh na! ulla vanga!'

They smiled a little, and entered in.

'Enna thideernu vanthirukeenga?'

'Ila ma avanuku call pani sonome..avan unaku solalaya?'

They looked at how her face changed, but she soon hid it,

'Ila Rakesh na..maranthutaru nu nenaikren..irunga kupdren..'

Lavanya called Arwin and asked to call his dad.

'Hi da..' Rakesh smiled at Arkshaan.

'Hi macha..' saying that Arkshaan looked at Prakash, who looked somewhere.

Arkshaan felt hurt, but soon hid it with a smile,

Rakesh hit Prakash's hand without him noticing it, and glared at him,

'Hi da!' Prakash uttered with a small smile, and Arkshaan reciprocated it.

'Sollu da enna vishayam?'

Rakesh fidgeted with his fingers, looking at Prakash, while Prakash handed over the invitation. Arkshaan frowned looking at it, and received it from him.

Prakash and Rakesh noticed his face silently. They could clearly witness how his face expressed extreme hurt. 

Arkshaan opened the invitation, and his eyes grew wide. His eyes instantly got blurred, which didn't go unnoticed by his friends. Rakesh felt bad for his state. Even though Prakash was too concerned about his papa's life, in the bottom of his heart, he too felt bad for his mapla's state.

Arkshaan quickly covered his hurt and shock with a smile,

'Oh!!! co..congrats da! ep..eppo..epdi thideer nu?' his voice shivered.

'Thideer nu lam ila da..konjam mothalla irunthe plan pannom..ipo tha..' Rakesh couldn't finish his words.

Arkshaan fake smiled, but he knew that he couldn't hold back for so long, 

'Arwin, ni amma kuda poi velayadu pa!' he sent his son to her, and turned back to his friends,

'Av..avaluku..sammathama?' 

Prakash immediately replied to his question,

'Avalku pudichanala matum tha nadakuthu..'

Now Arkshaan was completely shattered inside. He knew that he couldn't gain his Yara's affection or trust back. He too have a life for himself, so why did he feel broken, when he came to know that she is going to be someone else's? 

He didn't discover the answer yet.

His thoughts were disturbed, when Prakash continued,

'Drishyan ku papa va romba pudichu poiduchu..avanuku nadantha ellame theriyum..ava patta kashtathukelam serthu avaluku nalla life kedachiruku' he eyed Arkshaan who hung his head low and gulped his tears.

Prakash continued, 'avan avala force panala..pudichiruku nu sonaan..avalum othukita..' Arkshaan couldn't believe what he heard. He didn't expect her to accept another person in her life this soon.

'Apo nee ena da ethirpakra? Ni matum sariyo thappo Lavanya va kalyanam panikitu irupa..aana ava matum kalyaname panikama life long unna nenachukite vaazhanuma da?' his mind questioned him.

He knew that he couldn't expect her denying to marry someone; he knew that he lost his place in her heart already, but his heart couldn't bear this torment of her accepting someone else in her life. His heart yearned everything to be a dream; but it was not. Poor him didn't know that it was too late now.

'Engagement tha konjam perisa panrom..engagement kaprom one monthla kalyanam..simple ah panrom..Drishyankum thangathukum avlo grand ah panrathula ishtam ila da atha..' Rakesh tried to break the weird silence in the place.

Arkshaan nodded his head, but tears threatened to fall from his eyes. He knew if he opened his mouth, he would break down in front of them, so he refrained.

'Kandippa vanthudu da..' Prakash turned to Lavanya, who was listening to them silently, 'Niyum vanthudu ma..' she simply nodded her head with a smile.

'Apo nanga kelambrom da..inum neraya perku invitation kuduka vendi iruku..varrom ma..'

Soon after they left, Lavanya closed the door and turned back to witness a broken Arkshaan who sat there and stared at the invitation he had in his hand. Drops of tears fell on the invitation where her name was engraved in golden letters.

He gripped it tightly in his hands, which crumbled a little due to his tight hold. He wanted to scream loud and cry hard, but at the same time he couldn't. Lavanya slowly placed her hand on his shoulder and he shot back his head at her with reddened eyes.

She got jerked and immediately took off her hand and sighed,

'Kowshik, na solratha konj(am)..' he abruptly got up and stormed off to his room and closed it with a thud.

Arwin jerked to his father's sudden burst out, and hugged Lavanya in fear while she patted his head to calm him.

'Ava ipdiye irukra varaikum neenga avala tha nenachutu irupeenga nu theriyum Kowshik..aana ini neenga ava nenaipula irunthu veliya vanthu tha aahanum..' she thought and smirked internally.

Arkshaan closed the door and fell on the floor with a thud. He leaned on the door and hugged his knees and cried silently. His breathing went abnormal due to continuous crying. He didn't want to bother Lavanya or his son; he knew nothing is going to reversible, which has made his life a pathetic one, until now. 

'Enala mudila ma..na unaku venam nu na tha sonen..namma sera mudiyathu nu na tha sonenma..aana ni inorutharodava aaha pora ngratha en manasu ethuka matengudhu..yen ma? yen Yara? en di ipdi panna? engayo anathaya paasathuku aengitu irunthavan mela ethuku ivlo anba kaatina? atha Kaariga va ilama en Yara vave enaku un love ah puriya vachirukalam la di? en di ipdi panna?' he cried hard.

'en manasula irukra Kaarigavayum, ava uruvathula irukra unnayum marakavum mudiyama nenaikavum mudiyama na thenamum saahaama saahuren di!!!!' he clutched his hair and cried more.

'Enaku matum en ipdi oru chithravatha? enala lifela baathikapata ponnayum na olunga pathuka mudiyama, en manasara love panna ponnayum ethuka mudiyama, ipdi elarume suthi irunthum, yarume ilatha anaatha mari nikrane!!!!'

No one was there to help him. He blamed himself for everything and cried hard, thinking of his inability and naivety. 

After crying for a long time, he suddenly wiped his tears took few shallow breaths, unable to breath normally, and took the invitation, which he threw on the floor previously.

He opened it and caressed her name on the invitation and smiled sadly,

'Saahasyara..rainbow mari en lifela vantha..irutta iruntha en life ah velichama mathina..unoda antha kozhantha siripalayum kurumbu thanathunalayum enakulla iruntha kozhanthaya veliya konanthava ni tha ma..' 

He chuckled with tears and continued,

'Love na pudikum..aana antha love ah Kaariga voda uruvathula feel pana vachathu ni tha..lifela unala love oda arthatha purinjukiten..(chuckled sadly) aana antha love ah life long anubavikka enaku kuduthu vaikala..' his eyes shed tears.

'Na panna thappunala vazhkaiya elanthu ninna inoru ponnoda life, enaku kadhala vida perisa therinjuchu..rendume ava tha nu nenachu santhoshapatum, athu enaku nelaikala..athu en nu ipo tha purinjuthu ma..yen na, en love unkita thane iruku?' 

'Kadhalukum kutra unarchikum edaila maati thavichutu iruken ma..itha yartayum solavum mudiyama, manasulaye vachukavum mudiyama romba vethanaya iruku di..' he sniffled his tears.

'enoda intha saabam pudicha life la ni vara vendam Yara..you deserve more..ni unoda intha life ah ethukitu santhoshama irukanum..na santhoshapadrena nu therila aana nimmathiya irupen, unaku oru nalla life kedachiruku nu..'

He knew his heart loved her; his Kaariga, and Yara who gave life to his Kaariga. His heart already discovered his love, but his mind denied to accept it. He was not ready to make her life miserable. Instead, he chose to bear all the pain for himself forever!

He laid on the floor in fetal position, hugging her invitation against his chest, with tears flowing down his cheeks,

'Enaku unna romba pudikum Yara amma..ni epayum santhoshama irukanum di..'
