Arkshaan plopped on the floor with a thud. He couldn't handle his overwhelming emotions. He realised the life which he was living right now was not what he yearned for. He cupped his face with his palms and cried hard, unable to hold back his emotions.

Arkshaan's mind striked with the 1st gift from Kaariga. It was his portrait which was infused with her eyes. The sudden reality kicked him! Why didn't he compare the eyes with Lavanya? if she was the secret admirer, the eyes would have matched..but his mind was too clogged to process that day, when Lavanya confessed a life changing truth to him. He also realised that his portrait was an image when he first met her at the road, and then at the hospital when they had their 1st conversation! He cried hard, thinking of his fate, and he felt guilty for crushing Saahasya's heart.

Preethi stood there shocked to learn the new truth from them. When Saahasya revealed the whole truth, they both thought that Arkshaan loved Lavanya, not Kaariga. But Preethi understood everything now, that her friend has mistaken everything; Arkshaan really loved Kaariga, but he mistook Lavanya as his Kaariga. Fresh tears formed in her eyes when she realised God's pathetic play in these two innocent souls' life. 

'Avasarapatutiye Saahasya ma!!' Preethi regretted.

Preethi knew that it was not entirely Arkshaan's fault too. He was overwhelmed by Kaariga's love and he was ready to offer himself to his Kaariga anytime and no matter who was that. But she was suspicious on Lavanya that why she didn't tell the truth that she was not Kaariga, who he loved the most. Her thoughts were disturbed when Prakash talked further,

Arkshaan stared at Rakesh with blurry eyes, while Rakesh continued,

Arkshaan went back to the days when he saw a silent Yaara, ignored him most of the time, and faked him a smile whenever she had to face him. On the last day of their shoot, they had to shoot a final lip-lock scene when the hero and his lover united after all their tragedies. His mind went back to that day,

'Kowshik!'

'Sollu Lavanya!'

She looked at him startled, but soon composed herself, 'Purila?'

There conversation was disrupted when the director called them for the final shot shoot. Arkshaan walked front while Saahasya hesitated for a while. When Arkshaan felt she was not walking next to him, he frowned and turned back to notice a confused Saahasya standing behind with hesitation. He walked back to her and shook her out of her thoughts,

'Enachu ma? va shot ready ayiduchu polam..'

'Ila Arkshaan..athu..intha..' she hesitated.

'Purithu ma..it's just acting..feel free..seekrama mudinchudum..if you feel uncomfortable, take your own time and come back..'

They stood there with tears in their eyes, which was washed off by the rain drops, unable to differentiate it from their tears. He slowly raised his both hands to hold her hands on either sides, and he ascended upwards, grazing her soft skin, making her gasp to his gentle touch. He slowly rested his hands on her shoulders and looked intensely into her eyes,

"Shikarna! na onna kalyanam pannikanum, unkooda sirichu pesanum, sanda podanum, innaiku mariye epovume na unmela paithiyama irukanum..' he chuckled with tears, 'Enna kalyanam panikiriya? en kozhanthaigalku ammava irupiya?'

For an instant she thought that Arkshaan was asking her this. She forgot the surroundings and tears started to fall from her eyes. She shook her head vigorously, which made him chuckle. He slowly moved his hands upwards, to cup her face. He slowly stroked her cheeks with his thumb, while looking at her eyes with full of love. His gaze gradually descended to her lips, which had few droplets of water and shivered to the chillness. She gulped hard, looking at his intense eyes which asked her something different. He slowly took his right thumb to caress her lower lip and she shuddered to his sudden touch. He looked back at her eyes to convey his desire and to seek permission to make her his. She slowly nodded her head, unable to form words due to his proximity. He slowly leaned in while he closed his eyes in pure yearning and love. She too closed her eyes in anticipation that his warm lips would touch her cold ones. But she was jerked out from the enchantment which she got trapped in,

'Cutttttt!!!!!!!' 

Saahasya exhaled the breath she was holding in for so long. Arkshaan smiled at her and looked at the director and he smiled back, 'shot super pa..romba nala vanthiruku..perfect!'

Arkshaan knew that he was acting, but her poor heart was too fragile to differentiate the reel and reality. She felt his touch, his love in his eyes, but all were only for the acting. The sudden wave of realisation hit her hard that his real love and entire him would never be hers, and he was someone else's now! She ran from there, unable to hold back her tears, bidding bye to everyone in a hurry and without facing Arkshaan of course. Arkshaan stood there confused why she was behaving like that, but soon he brushed it off thinking that she might have felt uncomfortable with that particular shot.

His thoughts were brought back, when Prakash spoke to him in utter disappointment,

Arkshaan's all pent up emotions and frustration bursted out in a split of a second. He knew that his fate played in his life. He knew he lost everything, especially he lost her trust. He yelled in anger and pain,

'Yaru da sonna nanum Lavanya vum santhoshama vaazhrom nu?? Kalyanam panikita naal la irunthu nanga ithu varaikum purushan pondatiya oru naal kuda vaazhnthathu illa da!!!!!!!'
