▬▬ "2 Weeks later"

"Y/N can I?" 'Haachama' asked as she motioned to loop her arms with yours.

"Sure..." You flusteredly agreed, too shy to decline the offer. Besides she was a friend so it wasn't a big deal.

"Haachama, can I ask you a question?" You asked, to which 'Haachama' nodded her head yes to allow you to question her.

"Why did you-" You paused, hesitant to question her but went on with it. "I mean, why are you helping me?"

"Because we're friends, silly! Plus, me and Haato see you as someone important, someone who we treasure for not only being our friend but for someone seeing us as a person instead of a typical picture perfect idol." 'Haachama' replied back with a dazzling smile on her face.

"I- You're welcome... I guess?" You answered with a hesitant and flustered look on your face.

"Why do you sound so confused? Say it with more enthusiasm!" 'Haachama' urged with a huge smile on her face

▬▬ "2 weeks before Valentine's Day"

"HAATO!" Haachama harshly grabbed her twin's collar before hissing. "What the hell do you think you're doing?!"

As for the girl who had her collar scrunched by her twin, she was not affected by her sister's actions, so she merely wore a smile.

"You've been fooling around Y/N-"

"I wouldn't say fooling around." Haato corrected while playing with the ends of her hair as though she was that typical shy girl from highschool.

"Well, what do you call identity theft in your terms hm?" The blonde with an eye patch hissed at her twin, but the idol's smile didn't waver.

"Haato, just stop this, please." The girl with an eye patch begged, but the idol raised her brow in amusement.

"Stop what? My surprise? Or 'dressing up' as you?" The blonde idol joked along, but her twin didn't take it too kindly.

"Everything, make everything stop." Haachama requested, her once aggravated face drooping into a sad look.

"I can't! That would ruin the surprise!" Haato justified.

"Well, fuck that stupid surprise of yours!" Haachama hissed as she harshly slammed her free hand somewhere near Haato's ear.

"You know if you keep playing pretend, Y/N might catch on and we'd lose not only their trust but our friendship with them." The eye patch girl tried to reason, but it came to no avail.

"Why do you even care?" Haato questioned her twin.

"You want to know? Fine, I'll tell you." The girl let out a deep sigh, most likely not ready to say the next words.

"I like Y/N." Haachama admitted, then added. "I know you liked them too, which is why I'm keeping my distance. Even though I know I can't have them to myself, I still treasure my friendship with them and I don't want to lose that."

"If you keep up this act and Y/N eventually finds out that we're both lying to them, then your surprise would be ruined." The blonde eyepatch girl reasoned, then added by. "And I want nothing but for both of you to be happy. So please stop doing this or all of us will get hurt in the end."

The blonde idol couldn't help but chuckle to herself. This whole ordeal with her sister was a simple misunderstanding. Haachama's feelings for Y/N were reasonable. She had feelings for them because Haato has feelings for them as well. Their connection as twins is the reason they have feelings for the same person. They weren't separate people; they were the same people that's why they shared the same desires as one another.

Although Haato understands that, the issue is that she can't share Y/N with anyone but herself. Her sister was a threat to Haato and Y/N's love and she sees it fit to eliminate her.
