Even More Planned Goodbyes.

Luffy, Zoro and I were in my back yard, waiting for Ki. She had already told us that Akagami had also rejected her, and her letter from Camelot had come yesterday evening. I figured this little meeting was to tell us the results of the letter. I just hoped it wouldn't be the three of us wiping away heartbroken tears.

"Do you think it's good news?" Luffy asked.

"I hope so. The other two schools have rejected her. If this one doesn't accept her she'll be heartbroken." I said.

"But if she does get accepted it's going to be a lot of pressure on her even if it's only two years." Zoro said. We looked at him.

"Hm? What do you mean Zoro?" I asked.

"Camelot is an entire island, not just a school. Thing is, everyone there to study swordsmanship, is a rich boy from a highly prestigious family. Not only would Ki be the only girl, but she'd also be the only one from a working class family. She'll have to be working non-stop just to measure up to the expectations of her classmates, let alone her teachers." Zoro said. I stared at him.

"Are you stupid?" I asked him. He blinked at me.

"Ki has won every competition she's entered. The female swordsmen couldn't ever keep up with her. They started putting her against guys just so she'd have a challenge. If I remember right, then didn't she go against you once in a competition, Zoro?"  I asked. Zoro slowly nodded.

"Then you know that this isn't going to be a problem for her." I said. Zoro sighed.

"Yeah, you're right, Aisuru. Ki is gonna show those snotty rich boys what it truly means to be a swordsman. I just... I can't help but worry about her and being away from her." He mumbled the last part, hoping we wouldn't hear.

"Awww, that's so cute, Zoro!" I said. He blushed.

"Shut up! If it was you two you'd do the same thing!" He snapped. I giggled.

"Doesn't mean it's not cute." I teased. He grumbled under his breath and blushed while Luffy and I laughed at him.

"Guys!" We heard. I looked at Ki's yard and saw her running over to the fence. There was bright grin on her face.

"Looks like good news." I said as she jumped the fence and ran over to us. Her grin was bright and happy.

"I got my letter from Camelot!" She said.

"And? What's the news? Tell us!" I said. Ki grinned brighter than I'd ever seen in my life.

"I got in! I'm going to Camelot! I leave the second week of June!" She said happily. Zoro leaped to his feet and pulled Ki in to his arms and kissed her warmly.

"I'm so proud of you, babe! You go show those rich snots who the best really is!" He cheered and kissed her again. She laughed happily. I stood up and hugged Ki. I was happy for my best friend, but I was going to miss her.

"Aisuru? Will you be okay with out me here?" She asked, rubbing my head and looking at me with worry. I smiled up at her.

"Don't worry about me, Ki. I'll still have Sanji, Kaya and Luffy. You just worry about teaching those rich boys a thing or two about real swordsmanship." I said with a smile. Ki grinned at me and hugged me tight.

"I mean, hey, after all, It's only two years. I'll be graduated from there in no time." She said with a grin. I grinned back up at her.

"I can't wait to see you when you're graduated!" I said. We grinned at each other happily.

Time Skip

"That's amazing, Ki! I'm so happy for you!" Kaya said at lunch on Monday. Nami grinned at her.

"Looks like a party of four." Nami said with a smile.

"Make it five." Sanji said with a sigh. We looked at him.

"I was accepted in to the best culinary school in the Grandline. The All Blue in Dressrosa." Sanji said. My eyes widened.

"That's amazing, Sanji!" Nami said, wrapping her arms around his neck and kissing him. Sanji smiled at her.

"I'll be there for two years and I leave June 20th." He said. I smiled at him.

"Congratulations, Sanji!" I said happily. Sanji smiled at all of us.

"Okay, I guess it's just Kaya, Luffy and me next year. That's okay." I thought.

Luffy's cellphone began to ring. He picked it up and looked at it. He scowled.

"Why is Ace calling me when I'm at school? He never does that." Luffy said. He hit the answer button.

"What's up, Ace?" He asked. He was silent and I could hear Ace's excited voice over the phone.

"Ace, I can't understand you, slow down." Luffy said. I heard Ace talk a bit slower. Luffy's eyes widened.

"Wait, are you serious?! That's awesome!" Luffy said. A bright grin over took his face and made my heart skip a few beats.

"Yeah, I'll see you after school!" He said. He hung up and grinned brightly.

"Whats's up, Luffy? Good news?" Sanji asked. Luffy nodded, his grin getting wider if that was even possible.

"I'm gonna be an uncle!" He said. We stared at him with wide eyes.

"Aoi is pregnant!" He laughed. I smiled.

"That's awesome!" I said. I hugged him as he laughed happily.

"I think that's the best news we've heard all day." Zoro said with a grin. Ki smiled.

"So, looks like we'll be returning home to a big sister Aisuru and an Uncle Luffy." Ki chuckled. We grinned brightly.
