"What is it?"

"Yesterday, at Starbucks, I found a new girl. She's even prettier than Katherine."

"Wait. You were also at Starbucks? Were you spying on me?"

"Whaaat? No! I wasn't!"

"It's OK, I know you were trying to protect me."

"The weirdest thing was I couldn't see you or your date."

"Well, my date didn't show up. Who was he anyway?"

"I can't say his name, it's.....secret."

"Oh. I couldn't see you either."

"Love, you wouldn't have been able to find me. You don't know what I look like."

"Right. So guess what? I also have great news."

"What is it?"

"I also saw a cute person at Starbucks. Well, I shouldn't say 'cute'. He was a frickin' hottie."

"That's nice. How do I dump Katherine?"

"Why would you do that right now? I thought you were in love with her!"

"Well, I don't think she feels the same way. And I'm not really feeling sparks fly when we make out in-"

"Romeo, please spare me the details."

"Oh, sorry. So yeah, I want to break up with her for the girl I saw at Starbucks."

"How do you know who she is, though? What if she doesn't go to our school?"

"I don't know. Help me, Cupid!"

"Um....go to Starbucks everyday this week. I'm gonna do that to, so I can see if I can find my guy."

"OK. So...I'll see you at Starbucks?"

"You wish, Romeo. Our identities stay secret."

"As you wish, m'lady."

hey guys! i have some sad news.....Red Cupid is almost over. 4 more chapters, so it ends at 30. i guess u all r sad....but here's some happy news: Red Cupid is #94 in Short Story!!!! also, it already has two nominations for the Wattys Awards. so, it would be amazing if u could tell some of ur friends to check it out and maybe nominate it.

also, i hope u guys can check out my other stories. i started a new one, Summer in St. Louis. its a romance book, like Once Upon a Football...
