ARROW AND ANGEL CAVE

Diggle stands up and swings towards Oliver who easily dodges the blow.

Oliver: Easy, Dig. You were poisoned.

Sasha: I told you he was going to do that.

Diggle: Son of a bitch.

He swings at Oliver again who dodges it as he holds Diggle up

Olivia helps Diggle sit back down on the table.

Olivia: We could have taken you anywhere, could have taken you home but we brought you here.

Diggle: You really did lose your minds on that island.

Oliver: Found a couple things along the way

Diggle: Like what, archery classes?

He looks at Sasha

Diggle: How did they brainwash you into this?

Sasha: No brainwashing. We all found clarity.

Olivia: Starling City is dying. It is being poisoned by a crimnal elite who don't care who they hurt as long as they maintain their wealth and power.

Diggle: What are you three gonna do, take em all down by your lonesome?

Sasha: No

Oliver: No we want you to join us

Diggle scoffs.

Olivia: Special Forces out of Kandhar. It's perfect. You're a fellow soldier

Diggle: Olivia, Oliver, you're not soldiers. None of you are. You're criminals and murderers.

He stands up and leaves the room.

QUEEN MANSION

Sasha walks up the stairs heading towards her room. Olivia sees Laurel waiting for her

Laurel: Where were you?

Olivia: What? What are you doing here?

Laurel: I heard about the shooting and I wanted to make sure you were okay.

Olivia: You did?

Laurel: Yeah I knocked on the door and I found a family terrified for you. They had no idea where you were.

Olivia: Oh.

Laurel: At least Sasha texted that she was okay. Are you and Oliver so self centered that you dont' think that people who care about you are gonna wonder where you are after you all got shot at?

Olivia: You're right

Laurel: I made peace with your selfishness a long time ago but Moira, Thea, and Walter, they don't deserve that. They deserve better, someone who doesn't care only about themselves. And Sas doesn't deserve better then for you and Oliver to drag her to whatever it is you're doing.

She begins walking towards the door

Olivia: Laurel, thanks for coming

Laurel: I care about the lives of other people, Liv. Maybe you should try it sometime.

She opens the door and leaves, closing the door behind her. Thea approaches Olivia

Olivia: Oh man

Thea: Wow that was harsh. It's really bad to see the moms fighting. You okay?

Olivia: Sure. Second time tonight that a friend has taken me to the woodshed. Kind of tires on you

Thea: Yeah.

Olivia: Night

Thea: Night.

Olivia walks upstairs.

FLASHBACK-LIAN YU

Olivia and Olivia are sitting in the cave, Oliver is staring at a photo of Laurel he had in his wallet. The man walks into the cave and places a cage beside them with a bird inside

Man: Shengeun.

Olivia: What are we supposed to do that?

Man: Shengeun

Olivia: Does that mean bird?

Olivia: I don't know

Man: Shengeun!

Oliver: We don't speak Chinese!

The man scoffs and walks away.

PRESENT DAY

Oliver walks down the stairs into the living room finding Sasha and Olivia sitting on the couch watching the news

There were no signs of forced entry or any evidence of a struggle but hours later, the police found that the bloodstained knife in the trunk....

Olivia: Couldn't sleep either?

Oliver: No

He sits down on the couch

Oliver: What are you watching?

Sasha: Peter Declan.

Oliver: Hmm?

Olivia: Who's Peter Declan?

Sasha: This guy killed his wife in their baby's room. So why can't you two sleep?

Oliver and Olivia: Bad dreams.

Sasha: About the island?

Oliver: Laurel

Olivia: Shad----

Sasha looks at her confused while Olivia looks at his twin sister sadly. Olivia blinks her eyes fighting back the unshed tears in her eyes.

Sasha: So why you don't make a play? She did come over here to make sure you weren't shot

Olivia: There's reasons

Sasha: What are they? Besides you sleeping with her sister and her sister dying and her father hating your guts.....and basically being a jerk to everyone since being back.

Oliver: Those are the big ones. I know that it might not seem like it sometimes but we're not the same people we used to be.

Sasha: So show her. Be yourselves. I mean your new selves.

MORNING

The twins walks into the living room where Moira and a guy is waiting for them

Moira: How did you both sleep?

Oliver and Olivia: Good

Olivia sees the man standing beside Moira

Olivia: We have a visitor.

Moira: Mr. Diggle's replacement.

Oliver: Replacement?

Moira: Yeah. He tendered his resignation this morning

Olivia: Did he say why?

Moira: He said he didn't approve of the way you spend your evenings and given how you two ditch him.

Olivia: Oh

Oliver walks over to the new bodyguard

Oliver: Hey

Rob: Mr. Queen, Ms. Queen, Rob Scott. I'll be your new body man.

He shake their hands.

Olivia: That's a firm grip, Robby.

Rob: That's 5 years SWAT with Monument Point M.C.U

Oliver: Ah huh. I feel safer already

HOTEL ROOM

Sam Carter is sitting on the side of the bed loading bullets into a magazine, the news playing on the tv talking about Peter Declan.

Declan's execution is set for midnight 2 days from now. Camille Declan's former employer, Jason Brodeur released a statement saying quote, "I hope this gives Camille the peace she deserves."

Sam stands up, loading the magazine into his handgun, placing it down on the bed then grabs a dagger and launches it into the tv screen.

ARROW AND ANGEL CAVE

Oliver's Voiceover: They say Pete Declan murdered his wife in cold blood. He had no alibi and all the evidence pointed towards him. He was tried, convicted and sentenced to death, an open and shut case except for one thing

Olivia's Voiceover: Declan's wife Camille worked for Jason Brodeur and Jason Brodeur is on the list.

Sasha and Olivia are sharpening their swords and daggers. Olivia places her daggers in the hilts strapped to the side of her outfit.

LAUREL'S APARTMENT

Laurel walks inside finding the lights aren't working and a window is opened. She opens a drawer and pulls out a gun.

Olivia and Sasha are suited up, turning on their voice distorters.

Olivia and Sasha: Hello Laurel.

Laurel's eyes are watery, hands shaking as she points the gun at them

Laurel: Don't move!

Olivia: We're not gonna hurt you.

Laurel: Step back. My dad's a cop. You are making a huge mistake.

Sasha: We're not the people you think we are and we need your help

Olivia: Pete Declan is going to be executed in 48 hours. We think he's innocent. Declan's wife was gonna blow the whistle on Jason Brodeur.

Sasha: Brodeur had her murdered.

Laurel: There are thousand lawyers in Starling City. Why me?

Olivia walks closer to her, placing her hand on the barrel of the gun and lowers it down.

Olivia: We're all trying to help

Laurel: What makes you sure I'm gonna help the both of you?

Olivia: Because we know you'd do anything to save the life of an innocent man

Laurel looks down thinking it over as Olivia and Sasha disappears out of the apartment.

BIG BELLY BURGER

Rob: Area secure

Olivia: Thank you very much, Rob

Oliver and Olivia walks up to the table where Diggle is sitting.

Oliver: Hello, Diggle's sister in law Carly. I'm Oliver Queen

Olivia: I'm Olivia Queen

Carly: I know who you two are.

Diggle: No, you really don't.

Carly walks away. Olivia and Olivia sits down at the table.

Olivia: Hey

Oliver: We couldn't help but notice a distinct lack of police cars when we got home. I knew you wouldn't drop a dime on us

Diggle: It's still early. He still has time to

Olivia: Anyway, have you considered our offer?

Diggle: Offer? That's one hell of a way to put it

Oliver: It is an offer. A chance to do the kind of good that compelled you to join the military.

Diggle: Please. You both were born with silver spoons in your mouths. You spent five years on an island with no room service and suddenly you found religion?

Olivia: Show him

Oliver reaches into his jacket pulling out their dad's journal.

Oliver: This was our father's. We found when we buried him

Diggle: I thought you said your father died when the boat went down. Does your sister know this?

Olivia: We told her. Yes.

Oliver: We made it to the life raft but there wasn't enough food and water for everyone so he shot himself in the head. And as much as he was doing it to give s a chance to survive, I believe that he was also atoning for his sins. We need to right the wrongs done by our family. We're offering you the chance to right the wrongs done to yours.

Diggle: What are you talking about?

Olivia: The police never caught your brother's shooter.

Diggle: Hey you leave Andy out of this.

Olivia: The bullets were laced with curare.

Oliver: That's Floyd Lawton's M.O. He's the sniper that we stopped.

Diggle: Are you trying to tell me that the three of you took down Andy's killer?

Olivia: We're giving you a chance, a chance to help other people's families

Oliver: Do you remember when the people in this city helped each other? They don't do that anymore because a group of people, people like our father, they see nothing wrong with raising themselves up by stepping on other people's throats. It does need to stop and if it's not gonna be the courts and it's not gonna be the cops.

Olivia: It's gonna be us

Oliver: And we hope, you.

Olivia grabs their dad's joural and they get up from the table when Rob walks over to them

Oliver: We're each gonna go to the bathroom. We'll be right back

They walks to the bathroom. Rob stands waiting for them

Diggle: Oh those two are long gone, man. Phew.

NIGHT-ROOFTOP

Laurel and Red Angel are meeting on a rooftop. Olivia has her back facing her

Laurel: I got your message. Is there a reason we can't do this face to face?

Olivia: You've met with Pete Declan?

Laurel: You were right. He might be innocent. Declan said his wife blew the whistle on Brodeur the day she was murdered.

She slowly walks closer towards her. Olivia moves away

Olivia: Then we need to get whoever she told about Brodeur to testify.

Laurel: He already has. Matt Istook. Camille's supervisor. Only, he says that she didn't say a word to him.

Olivia: He could be lying

Laurel: If he is, then he's very convincing. He had the jury and police believing him.

Olivia: He hasn't been questioned by us

Laurel: I didn't become a lawyer to break the law or hurt anybody.

Olivia: We do what's necessary, what people like Pete Declan need.

Laurel: If what you're doing isn't wrong.....then why are you hiding your faces with hoods and masks?

Olivia: To protects the ones we care about

Laurel: That sounds lonely

Olivia: It can be. But not today.

She fires a grappling hook into a building and swings away off the roof.

ELSEWHERE

Matt Istook wakes up chained up to the train tracks. He looks up seeing Red Hood standing in front of him

Red Hood. Matt Istook?

Matt: You're him, that red guy from Bludhaven.

Spoiler walks up standing beside Red Hood.

Spoiler: Peter Declan, your lies helped put him on death row.

Red Hood: Now it's either time to tell the truth or it's time for the 10:15 to Bludhaven.

Matt: O-okay. Brodeur paid me to say that Camille never spoke to me but I didn't have anything to do with her death

The train can be heard coming in the distance

Matt: Oh God, please. I'll do anything. You could have the file

Spoiler: What file?

Matt: Camille gave me a file of evidence against Jason Brodeur.

Red Hood: Where is it?

Matt: Let me go and I'll tell you.

A light shines behind Red Hood and Spoiler, they being walking away

Matt: Wait! Wait! Wait! Wait! Wait! It's in my desk at the office! You can have it! Get me out of here!

Red Hood spins around firing a sharpened device breaking the chain allowing Matt to narrowly miss the train.

FLASHBACK-LIAN YU

The man is cooking something over a fire.

Oliver: What is that?

The man doesn't say anything to them

Oliver: We're hungry. It smells really good

The man glares at them

Olivia: Fine then, don't share.

The man points to the bird in the cage

Man: Shengeun

Oliver: We're not gonna kill the bird.

The man eats the food right in front of them

PRESENT DAY

Laurel is working at her desk when the lights shuts off and Olivia enters the office

Olivia: Property of Matt Istook.

She hands her the file

Laurel: What's in here?

Olivia: Leverage on Jason Brodeur, enough to help save Pete Declan's life.

Laurel: As an attorney, I never would have gotten a file like this. I always thought the law was sacred, it fixed everything

Olivia: And now, Laurel? Now what do you think?

Laurel: I think there's too many people in this city who only care about themselves.....people who are selfish. I think they need someone who cares about the lives of other people. Like the man in Bludhaven.

Olivia turns around, smiling as the lights turns back on.

QUEEN MANSION

Oliver and Olivia walks up to the steps where Sasha is sitting

Sasha: How'd it go?

Olivia: Good

Oliver: Whoever this Red Hood guy is, he knows how to get things done.

They walk into the mansion. Thea walks up seeing Olivia smiling

Thea: Oh my God. What is wrong with your face?

Olivia: What's that supposed to mean?

Thea: There's something really weird on it, like this thing with your mouth. Do you see it?

Oliver and Sasha both nods their heads, smiling

Oliver: Oh yeah.

Sasha: It looks like the shape of a smile

Olivia: That's cute.

Thea: So what's got you smiling?

Olivia: I may have took some advice with Laurel to be myself

Olivia: Not bitch you?

Olivia: Not bitch me. It's helping.

Thea: Well, we do have mad relationship skills, sis.

Sasha: If you need any trendy places to propose.

Olivia: I think I'm getting ahead of myself. It's not like I'm gonna actually marry Laurel Lance and I don't see Ollie settling down and being a daddy

Oliver: Yeah no way in hell is that ever gonna happen.

Thea and Sasha: Mm

Thea: Never say never.

They turns and walks away.

NEXT DAY-ARROW AND ANGEL CAVE

Oliver is working out on salmon ladder shirtless while Olivia is in a sport bra doing sit ups, both sweating profusely when they stop what they're doing and looks seeing Red Hood walking out of the shadows

Oliver: Okay, how the hell do you keep getting in here?

Red Hood: You need better security.

The twins rolls their eyes as Red Hood unclicks his helmet taking it off his head showing his face.

Sam: Name's Sam. Sam Carter.

Olivia: Nice to meet you, Sam Carter. Care to explain why you're spending so much time in Starling City?

Oliver: We thought you operated in Bludhaven?

Sam: I move around a lot. Been doing it a lot lately. Used to operate in Gotham for time, working under someone.

Oliver: Why so interested in Pete Declan?

Sam: Someone who I care about is locked up for a crime they didn't commit. What do you need to free Declan?

Olivia: Nothing short of a signed confession from Brodeur.

Sam: Then get a confession no matter what.

Oliver and Olivia walks up towards their suits

Oliver: That's what we plan on doing.

JASON BRODEUR'S OFFICE

Jason: What do you want?

Oliver, Olivia, and Sasha are standing in front of him as Oliver points his arrow at him

Oliver: You're gonna confess that you arranged to have Pete Declan;s wife murdered

Jason: What, so I can take his place in prison?

Sasha: So you can avoid the death penalty?

Jason: Except if I'm dead, well, then, you three got no one to pin Camille's murder on. You need me to exonerate Pete Declan. Maybe you could try to force me to sign a confession or something

Olivia takes out a dagger and throws it into his hand pinning him against the wall

Olivia: That might be difficult.

Jason's phone begins ringing.

Jason: My hand!

Oliver takes the phone of his pocket

Oliver: Answer it

He hits the answer button

Jason: What?

It's Ankov. It's going down, one hour.

Sasha: What's going down in an hour?

Jason doesn't say a single word as he only smirks

Olivia and Oliver: WHAT?!!

Jason: Let's just say.....Pete Declan's excution.....it's getting moved up

Olivia clenches her jaw, punching him hard across the face knocking him out cold as they leave the office.

PRISON

They arrive at the prison knocking out three guards and steals their uniforms but wearing ski masks.

ELSEWHERE

The power goes out in the prison

Guard: Secure all corners in cell block C. The warden's setting up a secure perimeter in C block. Stay here, Ms. Lance.

Laurel: Wait!

She looks out into the hallway seeing the riot raging on. Prisoners knocks down the guard and begins beating on him.

Laurel and Pete runs down the hallway as a prisoner knocks out a guard and looks at them. He heads towards them.

The prisoner is shot in the chest. Laurel turns around seeing Oliver, Olivia, and Sasha has appeared

Olivia and Oliver: Let's go!

The prisoners unlocks the cell door as they runs down the hallway. Sasha throws a prisoner against the wall and kicks him in the chest, lifting herself around in the air, bringing her leg around kicking another prisoner across the side of his head.

Olivia grabs a prisoner's arm bringing it down over her shoulder, breaking it

Prisoner: AHHH!!

She rears her head back headbutting him in the face and spins around, rearing her fist forward knocking him out.

Olivia grabs Laurel's hand as they begin running down the hallway again.

Oliver: Go, go, go!

They push them into a doorway as the SWAT team runs past the door without noticing them.

AFTER

Lance arrives on scene and rushes over to Laurel

Lance: Laurel, sweetie. What are you.....

Laurel: I'm all right

Lance: You sure?

Laurel: I'm sorry about what I said to you.

Lance: Yeah, well, you were right.

Lance: Yeah, well you were right. Ankov just confessed to Camille Declan's murder. We got the wrong guy. Now, listen to me, Laurel, I'm right too, about them. They're dangerous. They're outside the law

Laurel: I know but one of them isn't. Their partner.....she's a killer. She would have killed that man if the other two didn't stop her. I saw the look in her eyes. It's like she had no remorse.

Oliver, Sasha, and Olivia takes off their ski masks as they watch Laurel and Lance from the shadows. Olivia has a heartbroken look in her eyes.

FLASHBACK-LIAN YU

Olivia and Oliver are looking at the bird then looks over to the man

Oliver: Hey, please. We're starving over here.

Olivia: We never killed anything before.

The man doesn't even look to them until Olivier sighs taking the bird out of the cage.

Oliver: I'm sorry

He snaps the bird's neck killing it, Olivia flinches at the sound.

HOTEL ROOM

Sam is leaning over a desk looking down at something when he raises his head and sighs

Sam: I know you're there. You can come out now.

Nyssa Al-Ghul walks out of the shadows.

Nyssa: I take you know why I am here, Al-Ahmar Mawt. (Red Death)

Sam: Go back and tell Ra's to kiss my ass. I'm not going back.

Nyssa: You made a vow. You know better there is no way to leave the League.

Sam: Nyssa........you know what your father is like. You know I couldn't stay, not after what he made me do.

Nyssa: Very well. I shall inform the Demon Head I did not find you but know he will never stop hunting you, Al-Ahmar Mawt

Sam: Whoever comes. Whoever he sends......I'll kill them. I'll kill them all.

ARROW AND ANGEL'S HIDEOUT

Olivia sighs putting their dad's journal in front of Oliver and opens it. He crosses Jason's name off the list as Sasha walks away. Olivia looks at a picture of Laurel sadly before putting it inside her pocket.

QUEEN MANSION

Diggle is waiting in the living room when Olivia, Olivia, and Sasha walks in

Oliver: You here for the bodyguard position?

Olivia: Cause the new guy just quit.

Diggle: No I'm out. I'm here about the other position.

Sasha: Really?

Diggle: Just to be clear, I'm not signing on to be a sidekick but you're right. Fighting for this city needs to be done and you're gonna do this with or without me.

Olivia and Oliver: Yeah

Diggle: But with me, there'll be fewer deaths including you three.

Oliver: Diggle, we're not looking for someone to save us.

Diggle: Maybe not but you both need someone just the same. You both are fighting a war except you both have no idea what war does to you, how it scrapes off little pieces of your soul. And you need someone to remind you of who you are, not this thing you both are becoming

He holds out his hand

Sasha: Welcome to the team

Olivia and Olivia each shake his hand when police burst into the door.

Cop: Olivia and Oliver Queen!

Walter: What is this? You can't just barge in here

Lance and Hilton walks inside the mansion

Lance: Yeah? Well I got a badge and a gun that say different.

Oliver, Sasha, Diggle, and Olivia walks out of the living room

Oliver: What the hell's going on?

Lance: Oliver and Olivia Queen, you're both under arrest on suspicion of obstruction of justice, aggravated assault.....

Olivia and Oliver's hands are being handcuffed behind their backs

Thea: What's going on?

Sasha: Walter, stop them!!

Lance: Trespassing, acting as vigilantes.....

Olivia: Are you out of your minds?!!

Oliver: You got to be kidding me!!

Lance: And murder.

Olivia and Oliver are dragged out of the mansion in handcuffs. Sasha and Diggle look at each other in shock.
