~On the Helicarrier~

Nick Fury paced back and forth. The world was in danger, only S.H.E.I.L.D knew how strong their enemies were growing.

He stopped and turned to see Agent Coulson behind him, "Have you found reinforcements?" Fury asked looking up at him.

Coulson nodded, "We found six, sir. Here are their files," He turned to the table on the left and put all the files on it.

Fury just looked at the files and nodded, "How long until they are here?" He asked.

Coulson looked around the room, "That is undetermined, we have sent agents to their locations," He informed Fury.

Fury looked at him, "Who are these Agents? The Avengers? Because they seem like the only ones we can trust right now," He asked.

Coulson nodded, "Yes, sir. We assigned an Avenger to them, based on their skills and background," He told him.

Fury nodded, "Good work, Coulson. Tell me when they arrive," He told him as he picked up the files and started to read them.

Coulson nodded, "Will do sir." He told him before leaving the room.

Coulson walked to the elevator ready to meet the new recruits. As he got on the elevator he hoped they would change things for the better, and that Cap might sign his baseball cards.
