Armour Shopping

(Y/N) POV

"So where to first?" I ask Erza as she looks at me with a plain face

"Armour," she motions as I chuckle

"Of course you'd want to shop for armour first," I mutter as I try to remember any armour shops.

"I think I know a place...hopefully it's still there," I tell her as we walk among the people. A lot of people remembered my face. The people who were old enough to be soldiers simply nodded. While little kids rushed to greet me. The women looked at Erza with stars in their eyes.

"You're popular too," I say as I dodge children trying to tackle me.

"It's interesting that we are more recognized than in Fiorre," she says as I nod

"Yeah. Like I said fairy tail was extremely popular here during the war. Add the fact that Seven still doesn't have many wizards...you get the point," I tell her

"I'm not complaining. It nice not to hear about our destructive tendencies...especially with Natsu," she facepalms as I smile.

"You can be pretty destructive yourself," I tell her. Her face turns to look at me awestruck.

"Says the man who creates explosions,"

"I control my explosions," I notify her. Erza smiles and shakes her head.

"Controlled destruction my bad," she mutters as we approach the armour shop.

"This place is still open?" I say a little surprised.

We enter the store and the shop keeper was an older man.

"Ah, you've returned Wizard," he says looking at me with hopeful eyes. He approaches us before I can return his greeting

"I have, Yun," I say as I bow a little

"And Titania, it's a pleasure to meet you," the old man kisses her hand before taking a step back

"Please, just call me Erza," she says as Jun nods

"Of course," he responds before looking at me again,"what brings you here?"

"Erza wants to look at Seven's Armour," I tell him as he nods

"Of course, I should have assumed that she would drop by given the chance," he says before going to the back

He brings out blacken armour with a blue shimmer. Red accents run along the seams and you could actually see scuff marks. It wasn't heavy armour like the typical soldier. It was made of light leather, with only metal armour in key locations. It was meant to be fast to move in.

"This is used?" I ask him a little disappointed. He laughs before responding.

"It's yours actually. I've kept it since you've left," he says as my eyes trail down to the leg. Sure enough, a patch was visible on the under armour piece of it.

"It seems like yesterday I was wearing it," I mutter as Erza inspects it.

"What happened here?" She asks to a burn mark centre on the back.

"A backstabbing fool," I mutter as I feel the heat on my back. Erza looks at me with a questioning look.

"Iceberg paid off a Seven soldier. He tried to burn me to death," I mutter.

"I took a flaming arrow to my back," I continue to tell her. Erza eyes widen as she looks back at it.

"I wasn't on the frontlines. I simply stuck back and provided support where I could," I tell her as Jun interrupts.

"He was like a cannon in the beginning of the war. He'd smash hundreds of soldiers with accurate strikes. Near the end though, he'd resort to stunning the enemy long enough for our soldiers to move in," Jun says looking at (Y/N). (Y/N)'s hand traced to his bad leg as he smiles.

"The armies were much smaller. No need to use such extreme force," he says clearly uncomfortable.

"Do you have any armour for woman? I'd like to add this to my arsenal...and for obvious reasons this one will not fit me," she says motioning to her chest and her hips.

"No offence (Y/N), but when you returned to Fairy Tail you weren't exactly very healthy," she says as I look down at my own body. I guess it's true that I have started to fill out my frame. With the poison, I had become deathly thin. Although I was still recovering. I looked much better.

"None taken," I say as Jun nods

"Yes, I can take some measurements, then I'll adjust another set of armour for you. I take it that you want a heavier set of armour then what (Y/N) uses?" He asks

"I want all of them," she says simply as Jun chuckles.

"It'll take me some time, but come back at the end of the day and they will be ready," He tells us as he takes his measurements of Erza.

"That fast? I'd expect it to take a couple of days?" She says as Jun laughs

"Yes. But I use magic to resize clothes. It wasn't useful in the battles against Iceberg. But it was useful for outfitting our troops." He explains as she nods.

"How much do we owe you?" I ask as he shakes his head.

"Nothing can repay what you've done for us. This is on the house," he tells us.

"I can't do that. You need money to live man," I tell him as he shakes his head.

"I'll bill it to the king," he snickers. I was still a little unsure, but I knew there was nothing I could do to change his mind

"Also, take your armour with you. You look like you can use it," he says as I give him a questioning look

"What does that mean?" I ask him.

"It means, that I see you don't have armour," he says as Erza nods excitedly.

"I don't know how the others do it. Wearing normal clothes," Erza agrees as I look at her.

"That's half your "arsenal" most of your armour is just clothes," I tell her as she disagrees whole heartedly.

"But all my armour gives me advantages," she reasons as Jun laughs

"I have work to do, see you at the end of the day," he says as he almost pushes us out of the door.
