I jolted awake from a loud crash. My eyes opened wide and my body flinched.

I'm healing.
   
          I looked to my right and saw Laurence and Cadenza scrambling to clean something up. My heart longed to jump up and hug them. I want to talk to them but I can't seem to open my mouth.

          After they cleaned up and argued a bit, Laurence looked at me. His eyes lit up and he dropped the wet paper towel wad that he was holding. I could feel my face form into a smile.

          "You.. she..... CADENZA SHE IS AWAKE!" He screams, shaking her by the shoulders.

          "What!?!?" She yells pushing him off of her. She looks at me and her eyes start to water.

          "I'm going to get the d-doctor.. I'll be right b-back!" She stutters, rushing out the door.

          Laurence starts to ask many questions at once, and I hate that I can't answer. I hate it so much.

Sorry that this is such a short chapter!! I havent had much time to write and I also need to figure out where this is going haha!
