[Your Perspective]

We had played about three rounds of teams battles, when Alexis got a notification on her phone.

"Who is it?" Luna asked.

"Huh?" She looked up, "Oh. It's just a notification. I have a thing planned for tonight. It was last minute, so I made sure that I wouldn't forget."

"Mind telling us where you're going...?" Amy questioned.

"Uhhh...no. It's kinda private." She blushed.

"That's fine. Have fun, or...whatever you're doing!" Thalia giggled.

"Thanks guys. Sorry to cut the fun short."

As she walked to the door, I had a sudden urge to follow her. I had to talk to her before she left.

"Alexis, wait!" I made her stop as the door was half open.

"Uh, yeah?"

"Can we, uhm, talk outside?" I gestured towards the door.

"Oh, right, yes."

We both stepped outside, her in her shoes and jackets and me without either. I didn't think this through. I had no idea what to say to her and we both ended up speaking at the same time.

"So what did yo-"

"I just wanted to-"

"Sorry." She nervously chuckled, "Go ahead."

"Thanks. Uhhh...what was that about? I mean this morning..."

Alexis looked down.

"I-I don't know, honestly. I've been feeling things for a while now and I just wanted to see if they were real. And the whole thing with Marco cheating or whatever and you comforted me-"

"It's...okay." I interrupted.

"It is?" She questioned, looking up at me.

"Yeah." I laughed.

"But I-"

"You didn't do anything wrong. You had certain feelings and you were stuck in an emotional moment. It's okay...but would you mind telling me where you're going?" I smirked.

"I guess I owe you that much." She chuckled.

"Yes. You do."

"Fine, but don't tell the girls...I have...a date. A blind date." She blushed.

"Oooooohh!" I teased, wiggling my eyebrows.

"Oh shush!" She laughed, punching me in the shoulder.

I sighed, "Damn I miss it when we just went out, all of us, and just did nothing. It didn't happen for very long, but that doesn't mean I miss it any less."

"He'll be back soon. Back to the way he was. I know it." She smiled, wiping away my tears.

"Thanks." I grinned, "Have fun on your daaate!"

"I will!" She laughed, walking away.

I just giggled through my tears.

[Jack's Perspective]

It was loud in the bar. There were girls dancing against guys in very sexual ways, drunk dudes trying to get girls to dance with them and people drinking alone. Felix immediately walked up to the bartender and asked for two Budweisers. He handed one to me and I gulped it down.

"Damn you were thirsty." Mark commented.

"That's what she said!" Felix chuckled.

"Are you already drunk?" Mark asked.

"Maybeee!" He laughed, running off to the dance floor.

"Hey," Mark turned to me, "Are you doing okay?"

"As good as I can be, y'know, forgetting the past, what, two years of my life?" I replied sarcastically.

"I'm being serious. Tell me what's going on in that brain of yours." He said, pointing to my forehead.

"Well...I'm feeling...things..." I spoke.

"Well, what kind of things?"

"Things for...people..."

"Who?"

"The girl, (Y/N), from the hospital. Ever since that first time I saw her, I've noticed that people've been purposefully keeping me away from her and not talking about her when I'm around...why?" I asked.

He just sighed.

"Am I just forbidden not to know?" I joked.

"Kinda..." He began, "It's things that you wouldn't understand at this point. Stuff from your past that would bring back too much..."

"Oh. Okay." I replied.

"You can talk to her if you want. She might not want to, but if you want to I won't stop you. And I'll make sure that no one else stops you, okay?" He offered.

"Thank you. Like, a lot." I grinned.

"No problem. I would do anything for my best buddy." He smiled, "Now, if you excuse me, I have to make sure Felix doesn't make any horrible decisions."

"Good idea." I laughed as he walked over to a drunk Felix that had a spilling beer in his hand, dancing like a lunatic.
