Inside the monastery, a puppy was sleeping on a soft green bed. She had been exhausted lately because of a certain thing that wasn't going to be explained yet. But the white dog we should say as she is technically no longer a puppy, was restfully sleeping and enjoying her nap as she smiled. She had dreams of chasing cats and playing, her being with Harumi and Nix. It was a very peaceful nap, and she was hoping that it was just going to be a peaceful nap, however she will find that it isn't the case. As the dog continued to sleep she heard a thump thump thump and each one made her flinch once then twice and third time. The dog seethed through her teeth she opened her eyes and that's when she saw Cole, the earth ninja was walking down the hallway for some reason wearing a blindfold and bumping into the walls with each step he took.

She growled and she wanted to go and tell him off but she decided not to because she was trying to rest, finally getting a break, and leaving Nix to deal with the responsibilities so she could nap. She Wasn't being rude about it either. He told her to go and take a nap, and rest up, and she didn't want to, she wanted to help him. The husky insisted and told her to go. Usually she was the sassy one and wouldn't take orders she would be the one giving them but she decided because she was tired she would just do what he said, and that's how she ended up in harumi's room trying to take a nap but she couldn't because of the ninja currently being stupid and doing idiotic things when they should be training, so they can protect ninjago.

She thought it was disrespectful to Wu, that they weren't training and they were laying around and being lazy she rolled her eyes. She thought it would be just a phase and they would be back to training in no time but that didn't seem to be correct as they hadn't trained in months and Harumi had to be the one to make sure Ninjago was safe all while she was being the empress. She thought her owner did too much, she was literally training to be a ninja, being the empress and protecting ninjago if need be. She wanted to go and smack the ninja and get them moving again but she didn't think her paws could reach their faces so she would need to jump up and punch them. She couldn't exactly do that either because her legs was tiny and she can't multitask.

After the puppy, finally had enough of the banging and the clinking she jumped up strenchdd her little bones popping as she soon jumped off the bed, and landed on her feet, she walked and nearly tripped over an sai. But she caught herself and sighed she would need to talk to haurmi about making sure to pick up her weapons off the floor.

The dogs paws slowly walked on the wooden floor it softly creaks as she walked cloud was very light so it didn't make that loud of a noise when she walked out of the doorway. She bummed as she walked towards the earth ninja and she knew this was probably a truth or dare game set up by the other ninja to prank Cole she shook her head she couldn't belive this. Cole turned aorund and then he smacked once again into the wall and cloud flinched as she what'd the loud smack and thump when he hit the wall and then a picture frame fell on his head. The dog looked away and then signed and then walked over to Cole who was rubbing his head because of the picture frame it wasn't a big frame it was moderate size so it wouldn't cause that much damage to the earth ninja. Although Cole just kept rubbing his head and she wondered how hard and fast the picture had fallen on his head.

"You okay?" She asked as she approached the earth Nina. The ninja in question still having the blind fold on began looking around because it seemed like he didn't know it was her. Even though the blindfold didn't effect his ears and she had to roll her eyes with taht she couldn't belive this was even happening she sighed and just walked over and jumped up and landed on his shoulder as she sat down and then licked his face and the man then knew who it was and he smiled. He greeted cloud and made sure to slowly help her off his shoulder and then the two just stares at each other as Cole slowly took off the blindfold and the dog could now see his eyes and they looked like they were confused, like he didn't expect to be in this area.

"How did I get here," asked cole. Looking around as he stood to his full height and then looked down at cloud. "I could've sworn I was heading towards the kitchen". The dog rolled her eyes knowing exactly what he was going to get from the kitchen it Wasn't a surprise that he was going to get cake; the earth ninja was known for wanting to get some cake. Although she wondered what cake he would get, and if they even had any cake left? She could've sworn Garmadon had eaten it all a few days ago with Harumi, and Wu because Harumi had been exhausted after training and she needed some energy back although one would argue you shouldn't eat cake after exercise but she wouldn't be a stickler that's not who she is.

"You tell me, you were stumbling around; and banging into things, why are you wearing a blindfold?" The dog asked as she sat down. The earth ninja signed as he put a hand behind his head and he looked speepish, and his face turned red he let out a little laugh and he says; "I kinda made a bet with Jay and..." he trailed off as the puppy gave him a look. "What do you mean you made a bet with Jay?"

"Well you know how Jay, likes to make stupid bets and challenges people to do said stupid bets?" The dog nodded, and then gave him a look she was honestly scared to see where this was going, and the earth ninja looked like he was getting scared to tell this story as well due to the facial expressions. His body language wasn't relaxed it was tight and he looked like he was forcing himself to stay in a position where his body was tense and she knew a bet from Jay isn't an rare occasion she sighed and just shook her head she didn't know what to say at this point but she wanted to know what exactly was the bet to see if it was worth walking around in a blindfold with.

"Well, we were in the game room and long story short he bet that I couldn't walk all the way to the kitchen blindfolded, and I thought it was pretty easy and I was gonna win. Yea that didn't happen" cloud nodded, as she went over and then went to grab something and then sat down near his feet. "So what exactly would happen if you didn't complete the bet?" She asked as she and Cole began to walk down the hallways. The two went quiet but then the earth elemental looked down at the dog and then says: "I don't exactly remember to be completely honest" he says. Cloud signed and put a paw to her face if she could and she had hands she would've slapped him she couldn't belive this. But then she shook her head, and says; "well let's go and ask Jay, I'm sure he will remember".

The two walked in silence not aware of what was happening outside the monastery. Harumi was training to be a Ninja, and Cloud wanted to put that out to Cole but she knew she wouldn't really get far and Cole wouldn't really say anything about that he'd probably say good for her or something like that. She shook her head and she couldn't believe how lazy the ninja has gotten, after zephyr. They were supposed to be the heroes of ninjago and ready for everything but here they were being lazy and eating all day. She signed and shook her head. She decided she'd just let it go there's no use saying anything because Cole would just dismiss it, and say they aren't getting lazy and then make up some excuse she was honestly surprised Master wu hadn't beaten their butts yet. She hates to say that but honestly she wouldn't mind watching master wu wipe the floor with the ninja that would be ver interesting to say and she was sure she'd enjoy it.

They soon got to the kitchen and that was shocking as she thought they were going to the game room to be with the rest of the ninja, to see what coles punishment would be, but then she wasn't that surprised to see the earth ninja opening the fridge door and taking out a plate that contained Cake. She sighed as she watched him pick a piece cut it and then began to eat it on the counter. She rolled her eyes she couldn't believe he got distracted, she tried to get his attention but taht didn't seem to be working and and she decided on what to do she jumped up and landed on a chair winching at the pain in her stomping, and then jumped up to get on a level with the earth ninja. He just ignored her and cloud wasn't having that.

"Cole!" She yelled. "Cole" The earth ninja looked down and that's when he saw the dog, and he gave a genuine look of surprise, as he lowered his fork. "Oh sorry cloud I thought you were going to go eat your own food, but you can have some cake if you want" the dog shook her head that's not really what she was trying to get at here, she was trying to say how he was getting distracted, when they were supposed to be heading back to the ninja ninja but they went into the kitchen. She signed she opened master wu would deal with them soon enough this was getting ridiculous she thinks. As she shook her head and then responded, "you know I can't that's chocolate, dogs can't have chocolate I'll die" she says the man nodded and then says; "right I forgot, good thing I'm not a dog owner id be a terrible one" he says with a little laugh.

Cloud rolls her eyes and then walked over across the counter and then looked at him. "You would not be a bad dog owner. You would be a great dog owner Cole" she says as she looked up at him, and gave him a smile. "you love animals. You care for them, sure you don't know things but never did harumi when she first started she had to learn but that's okay that's part of being human" she says. The earth ninja smiled, as he went and pet clouds fur, and the dog smiled and leaned into his touch and even let out a little pant as they stay like this for a few minutes before they heard a noise, and the two looked at each other. It seemed like things were going down in the game room like they were fighting or something. The two panicked and then decided to beat feet over there so they could see what was going on. They knew it wasn't going to be that serious as how serious could it seriously be, but they were sure it was nothing but it's always good to check it out to makes sure it's nothing.
