Listen. It's so hard to come up with good solid plot ideas. Maybe it's just me but I find it so difficult to formulate a solid plot and characters AND THEN focus on world building at all. It has been done, and extremely well.

Their main work I've been keeping up with is IMMACULATE I CANNOT BELIEVE IT. THERE ARE STORIES WITHIN A STORY. My brain cannot keep up with my excitement. I was so excited when I realized what was happening and I am absolutely ecstatic for it to continue.

Not only is the plot complex and VERY interesting, but the characters in it are hashed out well and they make sense and have wonderful relationships. They interact and have genuine conversations that I can imagine happening. You pick up on their archetypes quickly and they're easy to fall in love with and follow.

And the writing?? AH. Descriptive and lays everything out effortlessly. It's easy to understand the characters and then relate to them and you get a better understanding of what's happening and how they feel about it without having to read a paragraph of explanation. It's just. So easy to read (not in a bad way obviously) and it's so entertaining while having such a big platform underneath it waiting to be exposed.

There's obviously a lot of time and effort that has gone into the writing/plot/characters and it shows. Wonderful book, wonderful everything. I cannot recommend it enough
