My next recommendation is shotgun-weddings

I've only gotten through one of their books and I've certainly been meaning to get through the other 3 but pls let me put you on to their works because I feel like I could go into a bookstore and find their books.

The writing: immaculate. Descriptive and wordy in a good way. It's easy to imagine the scene and understand the feelings and emotions written into the characters and their actions. It's like reading and decoding poetry — the use of imagery and other devices is IMMEASURABLE.

The plots: flawless. It is so hard to come up with a comprehensive and cohesive plot while shaping the writing to make it interesting, readable, and beautiful and it has been done. The characters fit the plot and the actions make sense. Wonderful. Stunning. Show stopping.

The skill: unmatched. Their writing is better than some published books I've read and honestly I wish I could embody their style. The chapters may be short but a lot happens in a timely manner and you really. Get a feel for what's happening. It reminds me of an artsy movie that gets a good score on Rotten Tomatoes. I would rate it well on Rotten Tomatoes. It's like an artsy movie that hands you a handful of puzzle pieces that you have to fit together as even more pieces come to you. Every sentence is ART and it's BEAUTIFUL and I LOVE IT so much
