One hour Past and Leon fell asleep when he was looking after Maria. Maria woke up from Zombie growls as She slowly opened her eyes and looked around. She was still in pain of the gunshot she took on her gut. But she was a bit okay as She looked around and Saw Leon sleeping while he was sitting. Maria felt sad for him that he had to sleep in the ground while she was resting, She even remembered that she kissed him which made her hold her head.

( Oh gosh, I kissed him. . . . . Hopefully he didn't find that wrong. . )

She sighed thinking what to do after everything that happened, Melissa being part of everything and betrayed EXO, Getting shot, And more. She felt betrayed in a bad way.

She was starring at Leon before he suddenly woke up. . .

He was looking tired and first looked at Maria as He spoke.

Leon: Your awake, Are you okay?

Maria: A Little bit. . . But not too much.

Leon got up and checked on Maria's wounds which seemed okay as He looked at Maria.

Leon: Its gonna take some time to feel better, I got shot in my shoulder once.

Maria looked at him as Both of them were starring at eachother.

Maria: So, Did you sleep well?

Leon: Kinda, Not too bad but it wasn't too good either.

Maria: Why were you sleeping in the ground?

Leon: Well, Did you wanted me to sleep in the closet?

He chuckled a little as Maria had a small smile and Continued looking at him.

Leon: My main question is, Did you sleep well?

Maria: I did sleep okay actually.

Leon: Thats great to hear then.

He holded his neck as Maria was feeling a bit awkward to talk about what she did last night, Instead She knew she had to keep moving.

Maria: Yeah, Can you help me stand up?

Leon nodded as He slowly helped Maria to stand straight, She was having a hard time to stand up but eventually stood as Leon looked at her.

Leon: Its gonna take awhile, but I'm here to help you as always.

Maria: Thank you, Leon.

He nodded as Maria fixed her hair and looked.

Maria: Lets get going now, I'm not letting Melissa get away with everything.

He looked at Maria's after who was gritting her teeth in anger as Leon nodded in agreement.

Leon: I agree, I know it was hard to lose a love one. But it doesn't mean She has to drown this whole world.

They were slowly walking as Maria was carrying her gun. Leon was helping her walk that was until Maria heard a noise from her radio as Leon picked it up and started listening.

Alex: Maria, Leon. Are you both okay!?

Leon: We're okay. Maria's gut is still hurting but she's managing it.

Maria: Dont worry about me. . . Are you all okay?

Chris: Thats good to hear, We're okay But Cora hacked into a computer and found out where Melissa is heading to next.

Leon: Where is She going??

Gerald: She's heading to an underground facility along with that Redfield guy that is somehwere hidden in a beach., Bad news is. There is a missile.

Cora: I just got a recent audio, Please listen to it.

Maria and Leon were starring as They heard Melissa talking.

Melissa: Redfield, We must start everything before those rats get involved. In the name of my love, My world and My heart. I'll continue what he started. Tonight is gonna be agony, Screams, Pain and Blood. The undead will rise again and The world will suffer from. . . . . The Bloodbath virus. Let them say their final words.

Leon clutched the radio as Maria has anger in her face.

Maria: Goodness, We need to be fast and stop her.

Claire: Thats right, We can't waste time right now.

Jill: We will go there, You two need to escape.

Leon: Sorry, But We cant promise anything.

Cora: Take care of yourself now, Cora out.

The radio was disconnected as Maria and Leon looked at eachother knowing their next stop. Leon and holding Maria as They were walking forward until Leon saw a Zombie with an Axe trying to attack them but Leon grabbed it and. . . .

The zombe was dead as another one tried to pounce on them but Leon quickly hit it with the axe as He saw more zombies.

Leon: Oh no, We need to find a car right now.

Maria: Thats better then walking to the beach!

Leon looked around as He saw an ambulance car as He quickly grabbed Maria and ran quickly as Maria was catching up. They saw a horde of zombies behind them.

Leon and Maria quickly got inside as Leon was finding the keys.

Leon: Ahh come on, Where are the keys?

Maria saw the zombies trying to get in the car as Leon was searching for the keys.

Maria: Leon, Be fast.

Leon: I'm trying.

He was getting abut upset until he saw something near his shoe as He grabbed it and It was the keys. Leon quickly started the car as A zombie broke the window and tried to grab Leon but Maria quickly shot it three times as Leon looked behind and saw it was clear as He started driving but not in a good way.

He ran over a few zombies as Leon was trying to drive properly.

Maria: Geez, That was intense.

She was holding her gut as They both sighed.

Leon: Its race against time right now. We need to stop Melissa.

Maria: Right.

He continued driving as Maria was looking at the streets.

After a while. They stopped near a beach and quickly went past a few zombies as Leon saw a door which was chained up and covered in color.

Leon: This looks like it.

Maria: We need a bolt cutter for that.

She said while holding her gut as Leon was looking around until He saw a zombie holding one as he killed it and grabbed the bolt cutter and quickly removed the chains and opened the door.

Maria: Here I thought Melissa was smarter then that.

They looked around the place as It was Complete darkness if they went further until something jumped from above. . . . .

Before Leon or Maria could do anything, It attacked both of them as It growled.
