#RTG04 Chapter 04

I, for sure, thought that Sean was kidding when he told me that we're going to Maldives... but then I remembered that I was talking to Sean! He's the fucking son of St. Matthew's owner. Of course seryoso siya sa sinabi niya sa 'kin!

And now, I was in my condo, quickly packing things! Nakaka-bili ba ng bikini sa Maldives? Or doon na ako bumili? Pero baka sobrang mahal doon! My God!

"I don't have new bikinis," I told him while simultaneously glaring at him. "You couldn't have booked a flight for tomorrow?"

Sean was calmly sitting on my couch. Dadaanan na lang daw namin on the way to the airport iyong gamit niya. I thought it was because he's already so used to going somewhere nang biglaan kaya may prepared suitcase na siya for every ocassion.

"The flight's either later or 2 days after," he casually said.

I wasn't exactly born from a poor family... pero hindi ko pa rin maintindihan iyong kung paano ka-casual gumastos ng pera iyong mayayaman. I swear, they're insane! Barya lang sa kanila ang isang milyon. I had this classmate na na-stress sa recit namin kaya right after class, dumiretso sa Japan para mag-unwind.

"Done?" he asked when I came out of my room, dragging my suitcase with me.

"Yeah," I begrudgingly said.

Sean smiled before standing up. He asked me if gusto ko bang siya na iyong maghatak ng suitcase ko and this time, I actually agreed dahil medyo mabigat din iyong handbag ko. Dumiretso kami sa condo niya. Nagpa-iwan ako sa sasakyan dahil sabi niya mabilis lang naman siya. Mabuti na lang talaga kakapa-brazilian wax ko lang nung isang araw! Nakaka-stress din talaga 'tong pagiging impulsive ni Sean, e.

While waiting for Sean, I fiddled with my phone to check kung may grades na ba or some sort of announcement... pero so far, wala pa talaga... Kaya naman I decided to deactivate my Facebook and messenger first dahil ayokong ma-stress sa kaka-isip tungkol sa grades ko habang nasa bakasyon ako.

"Ready?" Sean asked when he finally arrived.

I pursed my lips, but truth was, I was so excited! Hindi ko maalala kung kailan iyong huling bakasyon ko simula nung pumasok ako sa law school. I couldn't leave kapag may pasok tapos kapag bakasyon naman, I had to go home to my province para makita iyong pamilya ko...

Sean's really here bringing color into my dull-ass life.

"I guess," I nonchalantly replied, which earned me a crisp laugh from this impulsive and sexy as hell future doctor.

The drive to the airport took longer than usual. Halos maiwan na kami sa flight at tumaas talaga iyong anxiety level ko, pero itong kasama ko, sobrang chill lang! He probably thought na magbook na lang kami ng bagong ticket if maiwan kami... Grabe.

"Are you really this bored?" I asked Sean while we're waiting for our connecting flight in Singapore. If naisipan man niya na magbakasyon ako and sinabi ko na beach, hindi ba dapat first thought niya ay Boracay? Or Palawan? Kailangan Maldives agad?

"I've been meaning to go to Maldives for a while now," he just replied.

"So, you haven't been to Maldives?" I asked.

"Nope," he said. I pursed my lips. So... this was a first. Hindi naman ako bothered na hindi ako first ni Sean sa maraming bagay because going in this 'arrangement,' I knew what I was getting into. I didn't dive in with my eyes closed. I knew that this was all just for fun... until we'd decide that it wasn't. It's all consensual. Matanda na kaming pareho.

But I still believed that this was too much for a 'friend.'

Nang hindi ako magsalita, napa-tingin siya sa 'kin.

"Is this too much?" he seriously asked like hindi niya alam ang normal na 'treat' sa mga kaibigan.

"Well, yeah?"

"I just thought you badly need a vacation," he said with a small smile on his face. "And if it's too much, just consider this as my grad gift for you."

My face fell. "I don't know about that yet."

"Hey, you'll graduate," he said, holding my chin and smiling at me.

"You don't know that."

"Well, I know that you're smart and hard working—those two are usually the ingredients to success," he said. I bit my tongue bago ko pa masabi na money trumps those two—kasi kahit gaano pa ako kayaman at kasipag, kung mapera iyong kalaban ko, wala pa rin akong mapapala. That's a huge advantage for the other person.

But with Sean, alam ko na pinaghihirapan niya iyong grades niya. Tuwing magkasama kami, nakikita ko kung paano siya nag-aaral. I guessed he really just won the life lottery—he's so fucking handsome, he's nice, has a nice body, well-mannered, smart, rich... Wala ka ng hahanapin pa talaga.

Pagdating namin sa Maldives, we rode a sea-airplane bago kami naka-rating sa resort na binook ni Sean. My heart swelled at the view before me. Ang ganda-ganda! The water looked majestic! Parang biglang gusto ko ng tumalon sa tubig at magswim!

"Oh, my god..." I breathed nang ihatid kami sa private villa na pagse-stayan namin for the week.

Sean paid for a week's stay.

He's unbelievably generous!

Agad akong tumakbo papunta doon sa parang veranda. It's overlooking the water! Tapos may parang infinity pool pa roon and stairs pababa sa mismong tubig!

Tumingin ako sa likod at nakita ko si Sean na naka-upo at umiinom ng tubig. When he saw me looking, he put down the water and smiled at me.

"Wanna swim?" he asked.

I bit my lower lip as I quickly walked towards him. I sat on his lap and wrapped my arms around his neck. "Thank you," I sincerely told him. Ngayon na nandito na kami, ngayon ko lang na-realize how badly I needed this vacation... Lalo na kung ga-graduate na talaga ako... Magsisimula na iyong review ko for law school. This was the only time to relax.

And he was the one who made it happen.

He held my waist and flashed me that smile that victimized me the first time...

"You're welcome," he replied before I leaned in and passionately kissed him.

Sean and I took a supposedly quick nap that turned into a full sleep. Nagising kami ay gabi na. Sean asked me if I wanted to go out and explore, but I just wanted to stay in the villa for tonight. May isang linggo naman kami dito.

Nang dumating iyong order namin for room service, we ate while talking about random things—I asked him about his studies and apparently, may exam na pala siya and if he passed that, he'd be technically be a doctor na, pero may duty pa rin siya.

Med is whack. Sean told me na sa gusto niyang career, he'd have to study for another 5 years pa! Ang sipag naman niya! Kasi ako, if 10 years ang law, 'wag na, uy! Magmomodel na ako agad!

After we ate, we brushed our teeth together. Sean, being a guy, nagtanggal lang ng shirt. Nauna na siya doon sa may infinity pool habang nagpalit ako ng bikini—black string bikini. After that, sumunod na ako sa kanya. He was looking at the stunning view before us kaya naman agad akong yumakap sa likod niya.

"Thanks again," I whispered in his ear. "It's so pretty here."

"You're welcome again," he replied, turning and kissing my lips. "You wanna go there?" he asked habang naka-turo sa may dagat.

"Is it safe?" I asked kasi syempre!

"Yeah... They said it's only 4 feet."

Sean's over 6-ft, so I believed we'd be okay. Sean held my hand habang pababa kami sa hagdan. Sobrang cool nung villa! I wanted to know how much iyong isang gabi, pero baka mas mamangha ako kay Sean kaya hindi ko na itinanong.

The water was so freaking cold! Naka-yakap ako kay Sean habang nasa tubig kami. He's just so unbelievably gorgeous this up close!

"What are you thinking?" he asked while our faces were just inches apart. His hands were steadily holding my waist.

"About how perfect this night is," I sincerely said.

The place... and him... Just so perfect.

Sean just smiled at me. I pulled him closer and kissed him again. Our kiss started slow, but even the cold water wasn't able to stop us from getting hot. I wrapped my legs around his waist and in no time, I felt his length poking my center.

I kissed him as deeply as I possibly could. I plunged my tongue in his mouth and tasted every inch of him. And while our tongues were teasing each other, I felt him untying the string of my top—

"I only have 5 pairs!" I shouted kasi he threw my bikini away! Akala niya yata nasa condo pa rin kami! Tumawa siya habang inabot niya iyon at hinagis pabalik sa villa namin. My mouth watered as I saw his biceps flex from the effort of throwing my bikini.

"That okay?" he asked. I rolled my eyes, but Sean began to adjust my position until my boobs were right before his sinful mouth. Agad akong napa-sabunot sa buhok niya dahil sa ginagawa niya. He's really got some kind of obsession with my boobs... but he's really good at it! He could make me come just by teasing my nipples. Ibang klase talaga 'tong med student na 'to!

When Sean got his fix of my boobs, ibinaba niya ulit ako at labi ko na naman ang hinalikan. It's been months of restricting myself to just kissing him...

Hindi ko na kayang magtiis.

I pulled the strings of my bikini bottom and when I got it completely away from my body, Sean looked at me with his eyes wide. He blinked thrice.

"What..." he said, unable to continue it.

"Let's do it," I replied.

"I thought..." sabi niya ulit na walang kasunod.

I just shrugged. But really, what better way to give up my virginity? I was in a freaking gorgeous island with this unbelievably gorgeous guy that I really care about?

And this night has been so far perfect...

I wanted to do it now.

"Now?" he asked.

"Yes. Here."

"Here? In the ocean?"

"Yeah."

"Let's do it in bed. Ocean water's gonna sting."

"It's okay," I said. My pain tolerance's kinda high... And it'd be nice for my first time to be in an ocean in Maldives.

But Sean adamantly shook his head.

"Let's do it in bed, Isobel," he said. "If you still wanna do it here, let's do it the next day."

I pouted. "Really?"

He nodded. "Yeah... Your first time's gonna hurt. I don't wanna make it worse by literally rubbing salt on the wound."

I frowned. "Okay."

He laughed. "If you wanna fuck here, I promise you we'll fuck here, okay?"

I bit my lower lip as I rolled my eyes. Tinawanan lang ako ni Sean.

The whole vacation was incredible to say the least! Pero hindi kami masyadong naka-ikot kasi... God, so that was how sex feels like! We stayed in Maldives for a week, pero nung last 2 days lang kami naka-ikot. We literally just ate, fucked, slept, and repeated. It was such a nice vacation!

"Did you enjoy?" Sean asked while we're in his car pabalik sa condo ko.

I adjusted to my seat and looked at him. "So much," I said, smiling. I couldn't stop smiling. I was so happy that I did my first with him. Kung hindi man kami hanggang sa dulo, I could certainly say that I would never regret giving it up to him. He made me feel so beautiful and special. He made it sure that I would enjoy myself. And I knew that it wasn't how first times usually are... I heard stories from my blocmates... Most of their first times were horrible—iyong iba hindi umabot ng isang minuto pa nga. Iyong iba sa CR lang ginawa... It was so different from what Sean made me feel...

I'm so happy he's my first.

"Do you wanna buy food first?" he asked.

"No. I'm gonna sleep na," I replied.

Pagdating namin sa condo, Sean helped me with my things. Sa 5 na dala kong bikini, 2 lang iyong naka-uwi sa Pilipinas... I was always so caught up with having sex with him na palaging lumulutang palayo iyong bikini ko! But Sean promised to replace my bikinis. He better be! Siya iyong naghahagis palagi, e!

We were talking and laughing about everything that happened in Maldives nang literal na mapa-hinto ako nang makita ko ang buo kong pamilya sa harap ng pinto ng condo ko...

"What..."

"Sino ka?" Papa immediately asked Sean. He was looking at him like he's about to throw him outside the building kapag mali ang naging sagot ni Sean.

"Sean Denver Cuesta, Sir," Sean replied, taking a few steps forward and offering his hand. Papa just looked at him... I was impressed with Sean dahil alam ko na nakaka-takot ang Papa ko. He used to be the mayor of our place in Nueva Vizcaya and he didn't run last election for health reasons.

"Ano ka ng anak ko?"

Pumagitna na ako. "Friends lang kami, Pa," mabilis kong sagot. Ayoko na maipit si Sean at mapilitan na sabihin na girlfriend niya ako. He didn't deserve that. I willingly agreed to this.

"Bakit kayo nandito?" nagtataka na tanong ko dahil sinabi ko naman sa kanila na uuwi ako kapag naayos ko na iyong sa school.

Mama probably felt the tension kaya naman hinawakan niya iyong braso ni Papa at tumingin sa akin. She smiled at me. Napa-tingin ako sa kapatid ko na naka-nganga habang naka-tingin kay Sean.

"Naglabas na ng list iyong school mo..." Mama said. My eyes began to widen. "Lumuwas kami para magcelebrate."

I blinked.

"I'll... graduate this June?"

Mama nodded. Hindi ako makapagsalita. But it seemed like Dad still wasn't letting Sean off the hook.

"Saan kayo nanggaling at bakit may dala kayong maleta?" he asked, pointing at my suitcase na hawak ni Sean.

"Nagpa-laundry ako, Pa. Marami akong dala kaya naka-lagay sa maleta," I confidently answered. "Totoo? Nakita niyo na nagpost na?" I asked, instead. I'd just dodge his question for as long as I could. I was so used to doing this in school. Deflecting became my third language already.

While fiddling with my phone, tumalikod ako at mabilis na kinuha mula kay Sean iyong maleta ko.

"Thanks for accompanying me," I said, signaling him na sumunod na lang sa sinasabi ko. "Sige, uwi ka na," I continued.

Sean smiled at me and bid his goodbye to my parents and my sister. Nang maka-alis si Sean, I saw Papa glaring at me. I smiled at him and anchored my arm with him.

"Papa naman... Ang gwapo na nun, ayaw mo pa?"

"Gwapo-gwapo ka d'yan... Mas importante iyong mabait."

"Mabait 'yun," pagtatanggol ko kay Sean.

"E bakit sabi mo kanina kaibigan mo lang?"

I just laughed. Hindi naman kasi nila maiintindihan... kahit ako... nalilito na rin ata.
