Young Y/N stared at Project 9541 for a while. Project 9541 was sure that any girl would cry after being called a creep, but instead, you gave him back his toy car and started rebuilding your castle by yourself. The fact that one of the other kids talked to you made you happy on its own. 

Project 9541 soon enough was forced to lose all memories at the lab and was sent to live with his family once he turned 10. You stayed in the lab, losing the only "friend" you ever had in that place.

Kazuichi

"So... The reason why I don't remember all that is because they made me forget about it once I left the lab?"

You

"Yes... I believe so."

Kazuichi

Oh shit! I just realized! "I'm so sorry I called you a stupid creep back then!" 

You

"It's alright. It doesn't bother me."

Kazuichi

"I think we should get to bed. We'll be late for school if we sleep any later."

You

"Right."

Next day

You

What's going on? Why's everyone looking at me and Kazuichi?

Kazuichi

I looked around confusingly, asking myself why the hell everyone's giving off stares?

Ibuki

"Aha! There she is! There she is!"

You

"What's going on, Ibuki?!"

Akane

"Tell, me, was that your first time?!"

You

"..."

Kazuichi

"I'm confused..."

Hiyoko

"Shut up Kazuichi! You did it too! I bet that it was your first time too!"

Teruteru

"Ah! Ah! Is this... What I think you're talking about?!"

Mahiru

"Teruteru, shut up! We were talking about their kiss! Not anything else like that!"

Hiyoko

"Yeah! Mahiru is right!"

Kazuichi

"Wh- Huh?! How did you guys know?!"

Ibuki

"Because Ibuki is a spy!"

Akane

"I was also spying on you guys. I thought there was something certainly fishy about you two..."

You

"Hey now, the kiss didn't mean anything. We hid our faces because we needed to hide from someone that we don't like."

Peko

"That is... Agreeable."

Akane

"Hey! Who's side are you on?!"

Chiaki

"Since when were we taking sides?"

Peko

"I'm not on anybody's side. This morning, me and Fuyuhiko-"

Ibuki

"SINCE. WHEN. DID. YOU. AND. FUYUHIKO. GET. CLOSE."

Fuyuhiko

"Shut your mouth, Ibuki."

Ibuki

"Okay! Zip!"

Peko

"Ahem, as I was saying, early in the morning while we were on a walk a black-haired woman asked if we knew who Y/N was. It ended up with me fighting against her, and I assume she went off to look for Y/N herself. It makes sense that you two had to hide away from her."

Kazuichi

"S-See?! Even Peko says so!"

Akane

"I guess that's a valid reason..."

You

Kazuichi seems really stressed out... "Kazuichi, are you alright? Come on, you don't need to be upset. It's just a kiss that didn't mean anything."

Kazuichi

"Yeah... Sorry I'll be back."

You

And Kazuichi slowly left the classroom. What's up with him? If I go follow him, I'll just get yelled at again... Yeah that's not the best decision. 

Fuyuhiko

*Frustrated sigh* "Kazuichi's probably upset about something again. So stupid. I'll go check on him."

You

"Wait, Fuyuhiko?"

Fuyuhiko

"What?"

No... That wouldn't be a good idea. "No... Nevermind. Sorry."

Fuyuhiko

"Tch."

Anyways... What was I supposed to do? Oh... That's right! I've gotta get those materials for Mikan. Where were they again?

Right! It was in that classroom on the lower floor. I arrived there, but there seemed to be talking voices coming from the room. I know it's bad to eavesdrop, but I can't help myself...

"I don't know man..."

???

"What do you mean you don't know?"

I stood by the door frame. Do they not notice me?

???

"I'm trying to say that she's annoying me! She's embarrassing me! I never wanted that kiss I never asked for it! God, she should just buzz off. And Ibuki and they just had to spread the word!"

"Don't you think you're taking this too f-"

???

"Don't even say I'm taking it too far. She's taken it too far. I'm done with her. I don't even know how to say it."

Fuyuhiko

"Kazuichi, snap out of it! This isn't you!" I then looked behind him, and... Uh, how should I say it? I... Can't say anything.

Kazuichi

"What? What are you looking at?"

Fuyuhiko

While he was focused on her, I slowly got off of the desk I was sitting on, and then made an attempt at leaving the room. This is the best choice, right? I'd rather not hear them argue.

You

"Oh... So you really do think of me that way."

Kazuichi

"I-"

You

"I'm not a robot anymore... So how come you still hate me?"

Kazuichi

"..."

You

"I'm sorry." What's wrong with me? Why can't I stop smiling? Am I rather happy that he thinks of me like this?

Kazuichi

"Y/N-"

You

"You lie?"

Kazuichi

"What?"

You

"You said you don't hate me, but to me, it sounds like you hate me... A lot."

Kazuichi

"Y/N listen-"

You

I don't want to hear it. I ran away, with that smile of mine, remaining on my face. 

Mikan

"Oh! Y/N! I was just looking for-" She ran past me, without saying anything... "Y/N? Are you okay?"

You

No. I'm not okay. Not at all. 

Mikan

Seconds later, Kazuichi also came running through!

Kazuichi

"Y/N wait!"

You

I'm all out... I'm all out of breath. Someone's hand touched my shoulder which made me jump a little. I don't want to look back.

???

"Y/N?"

You

It's not him. This voice is familiar.

Ibuki

"Ibuki is truly sorry... Ibuki didn't mean for you and Kazuichi to get in a fight!"

You

"Oh... Ibuki it's not your fault."

Kazuichi

"Y/N, I didn't mea-"

You

"Let me guess. You didn't mean it? It sounded like you really did mean it this time."

Kazuichi

"I-I'm just embarrassed, okay?!"

You

"Sorry for embarrassing you then."
