Jay's POV

When I woke up I had no idea what time it was. I was still on the table from earlier but was no longer strapped down. I also felt strange.

I sat up on the table putting my hand to my head, "Ugh."

When I lowered my arm I noticed something off about it. I could see through it!! I screamed and jumped up. The only thing wrong with that was that I stayed floating!!

"AHHHHH! What's happening?!" I started to breath heavily.

What's happening?! Am I some kind of ghost?! Does this mean for sure that I am dead?!

"Ok, just calm down Jay," I told myself, "that way you can figure out what's going on. Maybe this is all just a dream! Heh heh heh."

Just then movement caught my eye, and Cryptor walked out of the shadows.
I was still stuck floating in the air so I just floated over to Cryptor. I floated right in front of him too, but it was like he didn't see me. He kept looking straight ahead at a door like I wasn't even there.

"Hey! Hello? Anyone there?" I waved my arms in front of him but he kept looking through me.

"General, he is ready." A Nindroid walked through the door into the room.

"Good, brig him in here." Cryptor told the Nindroid.

"Who's he? Why are we all playing the pronoun game?" I smirked, they couldn't hear me or see me so I could be as obnoxious as I wanted. Heh heh.

I could hear footsteps, I spun around and looked at the door the Nindroid had come out of. I gasped, my mouth hung open for the whole time.

From the door came another Nindroid, but this one was different than any other Nindroid. He was like a nindroid-cyborg! He had chestnut hair and instead of having two red cybernetic eyes he had one. The other was an electric blue color.

One side of his face was human doted with freckles, yet the other side was the robotic part. I stared taken aback at the new arrival who was none other than me.

What have they done to my amazing good looks?! Oops, now I sound like Kai. I'm not that concerned about the looks, more about what they did to my body!!!! These were thoughts going through my mind.

"How are you feeling?" Cryptor asked my Nindroid self.

"Fine, General Cryptor," Nindroid Jay replied, "I'm ready to start hunting down the ninja."

"How dare you use my body as a weapon against my own friend!" I yelled at Cryptor even though I knew he couldn't hear me.

Nindroid Jay's eyes darted over to where I was floating but quickly put their attention back to Cryptor.

"Yes, those ninja must be dealt with. The Overlord wishes for the Golden Ninja to be handed over to him. He needs the boy's power to become the Golden Master and rule Ninjago." Cryptor explained.

"Golden Master?" I muttered.

My counterpart's eyes flashed to where I was floating again. He frowned a bit.

Just then a smaller Nindroid rushed into the room, "Sir! We have just intercepted a message that the ninja have sent the Golden Ninja. They're heading to the city in search of the ninja we captured."

"Thank you, Mindroid." Cryptor nodded to the smaller Nindroid.

Mindroid rushed out of the room again. "Come, " Cryptor gestured to Nindroid Jay and the other soldier who was in the room.

Cryptor walked out of the room with the other Nindroid on his heels. Nindroid Jay stayed behind though. "So, they others decided to come for you?"

Who's he talking to? Me? I wondered.

"Of course you!" Nindroid Jay turned to glare straight at me.

"So, you can see me?" I asked him.

"Yes! We are sorta the same person after all. I can see you, hear you, and read your thoughts." my counterpart smirked.

"That's not fair! Why can't I read your thoughts?!"

Nindroid Jay shrugged, "I don't know, maybe your not really dead, but I'm in control. I don't know why your still here exactly. All I know is this experience will be extremely annoying with you floating by my side."

"Who says I'm staying by your side?" I crossed my arms.

"Because," Nindroid Jay smirked again, "if you go off to try finding your friends then I will tell Cryptor you exist. You got that? So you will be staying by my side, you hear?"

"Why should I let you threaten me?!" I glared at my counterpart.

"Because, if you don't," he gave a big evil smile, "then I won't just hurt your friends, I'll hurt Nya."
