3rd Person POV

In the forest right outside Beacontown, the portal from the source code spit everyone out onto the tall grass, which, as luck would have it, made their fall less uncomfortable and the sky above them was dark, barely giving way to light.

"We did it you guys, we're back!" Petra exclaimed as she spread out her arms and legs in the grass.

"I'm just glad to be conscious again." Romeo admitted as he brushed off the seeds from his clothes.

"We're happy to be back!" Reuben, Benedict, and Lluna chorused together happily.

"Come on, it's still dark out, let's get inside before the mobs find us." Jesse suggested as they all got up and ran towards Beacontown. They all stopped at the gate to Beacontown when they heard a familiar shrill voice,

"You're back!" Radar peeked out from one of the watchtowers on either side of the gate and waved to them.

"Yeah we are, did you ever doubt us?" J joked, but Radar took it literally and started to stutter an explanation before he continued, "I'm kidding buddy, but, in all seriousness, can you open the gate and let us in?"

"R-right!" Radar flipped a lever forward and the gates began to open slowly, allowing everyone to hurry in before it opened halfway.

"Whew... that was intense..." Addie whispered out loud.

"What, running through a slowly opening gate? That was the easy part." Petra lightly punched her in the shoulder.

"I actually meant the whole journey... sorry I was just... reflecting on all of it." Addie admitted while rubbing her neck in embarrassment.

"Hey, it would be a pretty big deal to find out what happened to both of your families." Lukas patted her on the shoulder.

"Yeah, if you need to take some time to be alone just let us know." Jesse told her gently.

"I actually want to be anything but alone right now. Maybe I should get a pet." Addie pondered to herself at the end of her statement.

"Well, you're in luck," Radar finally got down from the watchtower and was standing in front of them catching his breath from running, "While you all were gone, the Mine Guard ran into a dungeon, but instead of a mob spawner, it spawned in a bunch of tameable animals."

"Must have been a leftover glitch." Xara stated.

"Fortunately it was a good one." Romeo breathed a sigh.

"Not really, they had a hard time getting the animals back above ground and when they got here, the animals didn't want to leave Beacontown, so..." Radar trailed off.

"So you started pet adoptions?" Jesse finished excitedly.

"Yeah, and they're so cute! Come see for yourself."

"As enticing as that sounds, I'm heading back home." Xara told us as rubbed her head a bit, "I need some rest after all that, I'll see you guys around." Xara waved to us and headed off in the direction of her house.

"Same here, I need to fix some things around my house." Romeo waved to the gang and left for his home too, leaving them with Radar.

"Well, we're not doing anything, so...?" Lukas started and they all followed Radar as he took off running towards the new building that had a heart on top of it.

When they got inside, they saw all sorts of baby animals from puppies to kittens to lambs. There were even a couple of wild animals like a polar bear cub and a brown llama.

"Awww, they're so cute!" J leaned over a small lamb that was shaking its fluffy coat.

"Hello fellow llama!" Lluna ran up to the brown llama and was about to hug him, when he spat in her face.

"Hey!" Lluna wiped the spit off her face.

"Now you know how it felt for us." Jesse laughed a bit remembering when she, J, and Petra first met her down in the mines and she spat on Jesse and J before kicking them in the stomach. Lluna just huffed and retaliated with a spitball of her own.

Meanwhile, Reuben and Benedict were laying with some of the piglets and chicks that were running around their feet.

"Uh, what's a bat doing in here?" Petra gestures to the small bat that was hanging in from a fence that was on the wall.

"May thought it'd be nice to bring this little girl up with the rest of the animals." Jack came walking out from the back holding carrying a bale of wheat along with the rest of the MineGuard: Maynolia, Chai, Sadie, Tyron, Rose, and Vixa.

"Hey, can you blame me, I'm a vampire and she is cute." Maynolia protested as she held out an arm to the bat and she flew down from her perch to hang from May's arm.

"Hey guys, didn't think you'd be back this soon." Chai told the gang as she broke her wheat bale down to wheat and fed it to a lamb that was nudging her leg.

"Wait, how long were we gone for?" Lukas asked nervously.

"About a week." Rose answered as she filled a couple of troughs that were lined up against the walls with the broken down wheat.

"Man, time must've been really funky in that other world if you're surprised like that." Tyron pointed out noticing how the gang's faces had displayed clear shock.

"Yeah, a little." Jesse admitted until she remembered why they were there, "Hey you wouldn't happen to have any animals here for our friend Addie would you?"

"Take a look around, see if any are right for you." Vixa gestured to the various animals that were playing with each other.

"Hey Aspen, can you take the foals we brought back?" Sadie called out from a window that led to a small indoor field where Aspen was stacking up the remaining hay bales.

"Sure thing, I'll go grab some leads and be right back." Aspen ran out as Addie started to wander the room looking from animal to animal.

"Hey! Stop chewing on my shoe." Maynolia scolded a small puppy that was gnawing on the edge of her combat boot. No sooner than she said that, the puppy ran off towards Addie and hid behind her.

"Hey there." Addie held out a bone that had been one of the many in the item frames around the room.

The puppy scampered off before turning back to look at the bone in Addie's hand and walking slowly back, where she took the bone and sat down as a red collar appeared around her neck.

"Congrats, you just tamed yourself a wolf." Aspen congratulated Addie as she came back with the leads and began to leash all the foals to take back to her ranch house.

"You might need some more of these." Jack handed her some more bones, "She likes to chew on things."

"What're you going to name her?" Radar asked curiously.

"She seems to be clingy like vines when it comes to hugs, so how about Ivy?" Addie held out the puppy to show how she didn't want to leave Addie's hug-hold

"That's a great name, and I'm sure she'll be keeping you busy." J teased Addie as Ivy started to chew on the bone Jack gave her. Addie chuckled before saying,

"You know, it was a drawing of a dog that had led me away from my family when they were... you know, but now I think this little girl will be my reminder of them and how they'd be happy to know that I'm OK now." Addie hugged Ivy tighter before standing up and walking out of the building with the gang.

"I'm heading home now so that we can have a little bonding time. I'll see you guys tomorrow." Addie shifted forms while holding Ivy, but she didn't seem to mind and Addie took off flying towards her home.

"Well...?" J started.

"What now?" Petra asked and Jesse looked to the Order Hall and answered,

"How about we go home too?" They all looked to each other and smiled before throwing their arms over each other's shoulders and walking back to the Hall together.

AN- Hi Y'all! So that's the end of Rebooted, I'm sorry if this story feels super short compared to Taken Over, but I also wanted to spend some time working on my new stories for Guardians of the Galaxy and Lego Ninjago.

However, I will be opening back up my Oneshots book and I'll be starting a separate book for requested mini stories with the Order, the Wattpaders, the Mine Guard, and my OC, Addie. So what happens is, if you have an idea for an event you'd want to see or maybe a prompt you want to recommend doing, you'd request it in that book and I'll get to it as soon as possible. I should be posting that book this weekend, after I create a cover for it and set up a system to keep track of requests.

Also, I've been reading up on the EU's new Article 13 that make it possible to ban all kinds of "copyrighted" material and, even though I'm in a county it wouldn't affect, I will not be one to stand by and watch it happen to the people who are like me and find their fandoms to be another home where they can be themselves no matter who they might be seen as IRL. So I made this "poster" in Collage Maker for #protectthecommunity to emphasize how people from all over the world are connected through the fandoms they love and Article 13 would put an end to that.
