Action: (Recoiled slightly)

3rd POV

about a hour later, Neptune, now dressed, and Compa were sitting in the living room with Jeff, as they wondered what to do.

Neptune: "that was close... I was just an inch from the light..." She said as she looked  

Jeff: (sweat drops) "i don't think it is as bad as your making it." Said with a nervous smile.

Compa: "Yeah what Jeffy said, it wasn't that bad... I only made the wrap a wee bit tight."

Neptune: "Really? I was wrapped tighter than some huge fighting mummy."

Jeffy: "wait..." he said getting their attention as they looked at him confused. "Compa did you call me Jeffy?"

Compa: (smiles) "Yessy, thought that I would give you a nickname like nep-nep." She said surprising him. "Is that okay" She said having concern written on her face.

Jeff: "oh no, it's just I've never had a nickname. Come to think of it, I don't really think I had any friends really. I probably have amnesia." He said it jokingly as if it didn't really bother him though they didn't catch that as they both seem surprised.

Compa: "Wait, you don't remember anything like nep-nep?" She stated confused.

Jeff: "I guess, I mean I don't remember much besides my name, so I guess not." He said not really seeming to care as he turns to Neptune. "What about you Neptune?

Neptune seems to frown as she seems to look towards the ground as Jeff and Compa look at her concerned.

Neptune: "I... don't know... I don't remember anything before coming here..."

Compa: "Then, maybe Jeffy and Nep-Nep are suffering from amnesia." She said with concern. 

Jeff doesn't seem to really be fazed by it while Neptune just seems to smile as if it doesn't really bother her.

neptune: "Really? Well, I guess so."

Compa: "I would like to help, but I don't have anything to cure amnesia..." she said sadly as she looked down.

Neptune: "Oh, don't worry about it, Compa. No need to get yourself down over it."

Compa: "But..."

Jeff eyes foreshadowed before he gets up and hugs her as she looks at him and her eyes widen as she then hears him start speaking.

Jeff: "don't blame yourself, it's not your fault. Besides, you've helped me and Neptune a lot already so don't beat yourself up about it." He said as she looks surprised and blushing a bit.

Compa: "Jeffy..." she mutters out surprised.

Suddenly they heard a growl as Jeff and Compa looked confused before they looked at Neptune who was nervously giggling while looking a bit embarrassed.

Neptune: "Um, you know what? I'm a bit hungry. Uh, do you have any food I can eat?" She said as when she says this, they hear an even bigger growl as they look at where they heard it and see Jeff as he blushes in embarrassment and laughs nervously as he scratches the back of his head.

Jeff: "Uh, I think I could eat something as well." He says as Compa and Neptune giggles.

Compa: "Well, I don't have much, but how about pudding?" As she stated this Neptune and Jeff looks to be confused and curious.

Jeff: "pudding?"

Neptune: "um, what's a pudding?"

Compa: "You both don't know what a pudding is?" She said confused and shocked.

Neptune: "nope, never heard of it. Does it taste good?" She asked.

Compa: "Just a minute. Let me bring one for you both..." She said as she walked into the kitchen as an awkward silence befell both of them as both didn't really know what to say as they stay silent for a few minutes as Jeff  catching Neptune attention.

Jeff: "... Ah man, I'm not really good at small talk." He mutters to himself as Neptune proceeds to get into his personal space as Jeff recoiled in confusion and surprise.

Neptune: "No need to worry, you are in the presence of good ol' Neptune! Whatever problems you have, I've got your back thick and through!" she said as she then Proceeds to smile widely at him as Jeff just stood there dumbfounded by the sheer purity of her smile. but then realized something looked down as Neptune looked confused and wondered if she said something wrong. 

Neptune: "Hey, what's the matter Jeff? you seem grim compared to what you were earlier?" She asked as Jeff is confused as he looked back at her.

Jeff "...." He was silent as Neptune then looked very concerned and confused. but before she could say anything else Jeff sarted talking.

Jeff: "I'm fine. just... feel like I'm missing something. It's nothing, I'm sure of it."

Neptune looks at him as she looked at him before putting a hand on the front of his shoulder as she looked up at him.

Neptune: " Are you sure you're okay?" she said as Jeff is taken aback by this gesture as he takes a few deep breaths before answering.

Jeff: "I'm fine now Neptune. Just it's all crashing on me of the situation I'm in." he said as he looks conflicted.

Neptune looks at him concerned before a smile came across her face.

Neptune: "Aw Cheer up because you've got me to help you as we both are the protagonist of this book that the author hasn't updated in over 2 years!" She said smiling to help cheer him up.

(meanwhile the 4th wall cracks with USAGamer178 repairing it as he mutters angrily)

Jeff eyes widens as he seems stunned for a second before he starts chuckling as Neptune smiles at him as it turns into a teasing one.

Neptune: "Wow you must have really been a loner in your life huh? Well, don't worry about it, because Neptune's going to Nep you some friends!" she proclaimed, pumping her fists in the air.

Jeff' vision turns white as he sees a mature looking girl with circular black hair clips  with glowing blue cross, with spiky purple hair like Neptune's with braids and extending to her lower back with a black hair clip with a glowing blue circular spot in the middle, in a purple and black body armor covering her entire body and hugging her figure, with a black spiked gauntlet on her hands, and her boots having a cuff on them.

he noticed he was in a nice area with grass all around them and a lake near them as he dips his toes in as she watches with a frown. she seems to scold him as he recoil slightly but he can't hear what she is saying as he is saying something back.

Jeff: 'Why can't I hear what she is saying?? and why am I feeling... afraid and anxious. not for myself, but for her and...??'

He then he feels something wet falling from his cheeks, but he's confused. she then seems to materialize wings as she floats above him as she looks at him with a conflicted look.

She starts to say something but before she says anything his vision turns white.

Jeff: Yeah, I'm still surprised that I somehow know purple heart but why am I receiving visions... I wonder how close we were and what that conversation was about.

USAGamer178: Yeah, and to some of you Neptune might seem a bit different and out of character, so in order to explain that, This is how I feel like Neptune would interact with my OC, You will see this with other characters so don't just expect this with Neptune, this applies to other characters in the series though it depends on how far I go with this.

Jeff: So how different will the story turn out for the characters with me in it and what games will you include.

USAGamer178: as I said before, it really depends on how far I go and what I what I want to cover. But I will say that the mainline games are included in this, with some side games like Superdimension Neptunia Vs. Sega Hard Girls, and a few others

Jeff: I know you've mentioned it before but how different could the story and characters be compared to the games?

USAGamer178: The story of these games will be similar to the rebirth games and V2 (I may include the V2R stuff) and any of the side games I do, but this fan fiction does not take place within the same continuity as the official games, so there will be changes to lore and new arcs.
