Ezra P.O.V
I walked down the corridor and entered the repair room and seen my droid. "Hey 7's" I said. That was his little nick name I gave him age's ago. He beeped a little. I walked over and started working.

I was thinking about how Ahsoka still treat's me like a 10 year old all the time. She never let's me go on mission's anymore because she says they are 'to dangerous' for someone like me. Like come on I carry a lightsaber for force sake.
(Yeah him and Ahsoka are both Gray Jedi in this AU. Also Ezra has a white lightsaber)

I also hated how she never let's me join meetings at all and always gives me chores to do instead to keep me busy. It's been like this ever since that one mission that went all so wrong.

*Flash back*

I was only 12 when me and Ahsoka went on a mission to retrieve data from some rebels. It actually turned out that they work for the Empire.

Me and Ahsoka ran back to a small ship we had called The Retriever when I got shot in the back of the head. I fell to the ground, not remembering anything. I woke up a few hours later and I was in the medical bay.

The doctor said I would be okay but ever since that day, Ahsoka didn't let me go on that many mission's like that

*End of flashback*

I sighed at the thought and finished fixing the droid. "There all done. You just had a bad motivater" I told the droid. He beeped again and left the repair room.

I walked back to my room and sat down on the bed. I looked over to the desktop on the other side of the room and seen a picture or me and my parents. I got it when Ahsoka gave it to me for my 13th birthday.

When I asked her how she got it she told me that she went back to my old house and looked around and found it. I remember how happy I was when I seen that picture again.

I just sat there just looking at the ceiling of my room.

Soon I need a knock on the door. "Come in" I said not getting off my bed. The door opened and Ahsoka walked in. "Hey Ezra" she said. "Hey" I replied, still staring at the ceiling. She sighed before speaking.

"I have a mission for you" Ahsoka told me. My eyes widened as I sat up and looked at her in disbelief. "Are you serious. Or is this going to be a really simple mission" I asked her.

"No this is a real mission" she told me. "Really. What is it" I asked as I stood up. "The mission is to break into a communication tower and steal some data from the Empire" she said. I could tell she was a little frightened.

"Ahsoka I will be fine. I promise" I told her. "I know. But there is a catch" she said with a smirk. "What is it" I asked with worrie. "You know the Ghost Crew right" she asked. "Yes". "Well you have to work with them" she said. "What. I thought you trusted me" I asked her.

"I do. I would just feel better if I knew you had some backup" she said. I sighed. "Fine I'll work with them" I told her. "That's a good boy" she said as she ruffled my hair.

"Okay let's get you ready for the mission" Ahsoka said as she lead me to the control center.
