requested by a requester in the MDC

cover type: manipulative

OK so i really had a difficult time with this cover just because of the specific idea of the requester :o the original idea from the requester was that "number"  should be near the neck so that it connects with the "three"  tattoo to make the title. but i decided that it was too small :( so i changed it up a bit :/ 

I don't really do black/whites shades for covers often but I'm kinda happy with the color here :D

p.s. oh!! i hit 500 followers :OOO yeeeey. might do a giveaway. mm not sure. what do you think?
