Giraffy and Georgie were the first ones to notice the black out. "What the-?" Giraffy said with a rather serious tone. He looked over to Georgie who had already had his hands scrambling around the emergency box in the room. He struggled to find what he was looking for due to the lack of light for about 30 seconds until he got his hands on the required material for this situation, a rechargable flashlight, and luckily a fully charged one.

He passed it to the giraffe who gently took it off him and carried the little boy before breaking what seemed like an unending silence. "Hey, let's head over to Mimi's room, ok?" But before Georgie could reply, a scream could be heard from Mimi's room. They dashed up the stairs trying to get to the mole's room as soon as possible. As soon as they got to the door, Georgie opened it while shivering with panic and when they got a full sight of the occupants in the room, both faces changed from panic and worry to slight concern.

"There's no need to be scared Zuzy--" Mimi spoke with a gentle voice but was interrupted by the said zebra still shouting at the top of her lungs things like "HOW DO YOU EXPECT ME TO CALM DOWN?!" or "ZIZZY!!!" and as much as Mimi understood that Zuzy was scared, she slowly started getting annoyed by the constant yells. "What's going on...?" Giraffy asked Mimi, still confused. "Well Zuzy is apparently scared of th-" Mimi took a pause when she saw something weird just outside the door. Zee noticed this strange behavior, so she tapped on Mimi's arm, trying to get her attention. Mimi didn't realize this and continued to stare until she could finally picture it out as... an eye? "GIRAFFY THE DOOR!" Mimi cried. But before Giraffy looked back to the door, someone or... something... had slammed the door right in Giraffy's face and locked it. "HEY!" Giraffy yelled while trying to barge the door open but it was useless.They were... trapped.
