ISABELLE QUILL
was always the twin that was left behind.

She was the first-born, always having to put up with everyone paying more attention to her younger twin brother, Peter ━━ the apple of her mother's eye. And, because of this, the girl decided that it would be best if she learned how to be alone.

She didn't have any friends. She kept to herself and used art as a form of coping. She painted pictures of a happier, dream-like world ━━ a world where she lived far away from the reach of anyone who could hurt her.

Everything went downhill when her mother got sick. Isabelle didn't know what to think anymore. Her mother was dying and there was nothing she could do to save her. She wanted to run. It was all little Isabelle could think off.

So, when she, along with her brother, are abducted moments after her mother's death, she finally has a chance at her picture perfect life. It truly was a dream come true. She could live out her days flying through the starts with no brother, no family, no worries, just living in complete isolation from them. But, eventually, Peter and her grew close due to Yondu's constant "my boys wanted to eat you two!" threats. However, the peace between them didn't last.

It was around their teenage to early 20's years when Peter and Isabelle broke out in a huge fight and they both decided to go their separate years. Neither sibling having any contact with the other for fifteen years, until Isabelle gets pulled along into an adventure of a lifetime.

This is due to the fact that my Peter Quill fic To All Of You takes place during the same time period as this fic and it would be strange to read / write the same story from two point of views (especially since both stories are in 3rd person!)
