*Y/N POV, Plantation 13 hangar, next day*

After defeating Klaxosaur, me and Ryuko get Heliconia to the hangar of Plantation 13. Due to some injuries Zero got during her being in stampede mode, she was taken by medical team along with her 'Darling'. We just finished parking Strelitzia and were walking down the bridge

Dr. Franxx: "(Y/N)! Ryuko! Get down here, I want you to meet someone"

Ryuko: "We are coming, old man!"

(Y/N): "Well, he is old..."

We walked down to uncle Werner and started walking towards elevator

Dr.Franxx: "You two met with Squad 13, don't you?"

Ryuko: "Yeah, they seemed more alive than any other squad we met"

(Y/N): "I could see some of them are like our friends, this blonde guy for sure is like Sanageyama before you beat him and later I bet him in kendo, too full of himself. Hopefully they will change"

Dr. Franxx: "Good to hear that, you will be staying here for a while with Zero Two, if everything goes as planned we will get our planet back soon" Us three boarded the elevator

(Y/N): "Uncle, I wanted to ask. How is Satsuki and Koruno doing?"

Ryuko: "We didn't heard from them for a while"

Dr. Franxx: "They are both working as my assistants during the day, during the night us four are planning. Anyway we are here"

Elevator stopped and after a short walk we arrived in the room with lot's of monitors. Before them stood a man with buzz cut blue hair, wearing an uniform typical for the commander of plantation.

Dr. Franxx: "Hachi, I would like to introduce to you code 004, (Y/N) and code 006, Ryuko"

(Y/N): "Hey"

Ryuko: "Hello"

Hachi: "Pleasure"

Hachi didn't even turned around, still looking at the monitors

(Y/N): "Geez, this is what dedication for your work looks"

Ryuko just giggled a little and whispered

Ryuko: "Everyone here is so uptight, they should loosen up"

Hachi: "Commence connecting"

We looked up he monitor to see some custom Franxx springing to life. I walked over to uncle and asked

(Y/N): "That's what you meant this squad is special?"

Dr. Franxx: "Pretty much, each of their Franxx is different and was built to fulfill different role" He pointed to black and green Franxx "This is Genista, her role is to be a support from the back lines with her cannon. Her dress fulfill a role of the armor so she could take some hits without a bruise" then he pointed to this white and pink robot "Argentea is her opposite, she was supposed to be an assassin, quickly hitting her target and evading getting hit with her agility and speed. Every FranXX in this squad is build to have some pros and cons, but working together they could be our hope"

Ryuko: "So where in this plan is Heliconia?"

Dr. Franxx: "Heliconia was build for you two with knowledge of your battle style. She is fulfilling a similar role as Strelitzia. To stand in front line and spread fear in your opponents hearts with just a gaze, knowing when you target it, it would be it's end"

(Y/N): "Aren't we kinda... overpowered?"

Dr. Franxx: "And you are saying this now my boy? You two are super humans with clothes that can enhance you strength and speed. You were overpowered long before you set a foot in Heliconia"

Ryuko: "Well, we could always transform and kill those lizards in old fashion" She get her scissors from her pocket to make a statement

(Y/N): "Seeing how big those are, Original Life Fiber is an ant to them..."

Dr. Franxx: "(Y/N) is right Ryuko, Even if you would go without Heliconia, you would only be an annoying fly for Klaxosaurs"

Ryuko thinks for a moment

Ryuko: "Okay, that makes sense"

We looked back at the monitors to see robots walking around. I looked at their stats

(Y/N): "Good numbers for a first time..."

Dr. Franxx: "Seems like they get it together. Hachi can you call Nana to get 004 and 006 to their new home"

Nana: "There is no need" she said after entering the room

Dr. Franxx: "I should be going back to my facility. Dr Inumuta is waiting for me. (Y/N), Ryuko, please take care of Zero Two for me. Keep her out of trouble"

(Y/N) and Ryuko: "Will do" then uncle walked over to me and Ryuko and whispered

Dr. Franxx: "Good luck, my nephew, and my niece in law. We will contact soon"

Me and Ryuko just nodded. Nana walked over to us

Nana: "Okay kids, please bring your belongings and follow me"

(Y/N): "Right away ma'am"

After getting our suitcases from Heliconia we walked over to the same elevator we took before. We boarded and Nana pressed the button for the bird cage

Nana: "I called code 015 to show you around. You two will be staying with the rest of parasites from Squad 13. Hope you will get along" She seemed kinda nervous

(Y/N): "Nana, what's wrong?"

Ryuko: "It's not like we bite..."

Nana: "Kids heard rumors about you two. I saw you in action before we arrived here and I know it's not true. But they think it is so please... try your best to not scare them"

Ryuko: "Nana... we would never do any harm to anyone who won't get on our nerves. And if they do then..."

(Y/N): "Just a punch or some light slap to the back of the head. We won't do anything serious"

Nana: "Glad to hear that. You two are older than them and I hope you will be looking after them, like Doctor told you with code 002"

(Y/N): "I'm sure we will get along, two stamens seemed like they are too full of themselves, but the rest is well behaved"

Ryuko: "You saw that girl with blonde hair. She was so cute. Just like Mako but quieter"

Nana: "Mako?"

(Y/N): "Our friend, she was with us when we arrived to Doctor"

'I don't think I need to tell her she is frozen...'

Nana: "I see.. anyway we are here, 015 should be here so..." she was cut off by elevator bell and soon before our eyes stood a forest of Mistilteinn. Me and Ryuko walked off and turned to Nana

Nana: "I will see you later kids, 015 should arrive soon" and with that she pressed the button and elevator went back.

Ryuko: "It's like back at our home, the forest and it's fresh air"

(Y/N): "Yeah, especially when it's filtered three times before it got here"

We are talking about some stuff and soon this girl with blue hair and emerald eyes arrived

???: "Hi! I'm code 015, but you can call me Ichigo" She greeted us with a smile.

(Y/N): "Nice to meet you, I'm (Y/N), code 004 and this is my partner, Ryuko, code 006"

Ryuko: "Hey"

Ichigo: "If you would, please follow me"

We took our suitcases and started walking. 

Ichigo: "You two looks older than us. How long are you piloting a FranXX?"

(Y/N): "Ichigo, you heard rumors about us. We are active for a month now"

Ichigo: "I heard it but no one wanted to believe it. So you are really a single FranXX squad?"

Ryuko: "Yup. Since our friends are still recovering, we were chosen by Dr. Franxx to be one of his test team" Ryuko winked at me letting me know to go along with this lie

Ichigo: "I'm sorry to hear that... I hope they are alright"

Ryuko: "They mostly are..."

We walked the rest of the way in silence until we walk over to Mistilteinn house. There stood a tall blonde guy with glasses

Ichigo: "(Y/N), Ryuko, meet Goro, code 056, he is my partner. Together we pilot Delphinium"

(Y/N): "Sup bro"

Ryuko: "Hey there"

Goro stood up and walked over to me offering a hand. I shake it

Goro: "It's nice to be one of the first to meet Reapers in person. Welcome to Mistilteinn" We broke our handshake. I was surprised he have some strength, despite his tall and skinny appearance

(Y/N): "You have some strength in your arm Goro. You up for arm wrestling match later?"

Goro: "Eh, I would lose right away." he scraped his neck and then turned to Ichigo "Ichigo, everyone is in the lounge like you asked"

Ichigo: "Good to hear that. Ryuko and (Y/N), if you would follow us, we will introduce you to the rest of our squad"

(Y/N): "Okay, you coming Ryuko?"

Ryuko: "Sure" 

We walked inside and entered the lounge. There were sitting those eight me and Ryuko met before and this one boy who was with Zero yesterday. After they get out of their shock this blonde guy spoken

Blond boy: "Reapers?! What are they doing here?!"

I instantly put my hand up to calm everyone

(Y/N): "Easy there man, we are here because Doctor asked us to"

Ichigo: "Calm down Zorome. They are not like everyone is picturing them. Meet Ryuko and (Y/N), codes 006 and 004." Me and Ryuko just waved our hands to greet them. Then this blonde guy now know as Zorome walked over to us

Zorome: "That's a relief. I will take it from here Ichigo. I'm Zorome The Great, code 666. Best pilot in this squad" I looked over him to see several of eye rolls on the face of the rest. Then this red haired girl with pigtails speak

Red haired girl: "Don't listen to him. I'm Miku, code 390, pistil of Argentea. And unfortunately a partner of Zorome"

Zorome: "What was that Miku?"

Miku: "Great, he is also deaf" And they started to argue just like Nonon and Uzu. I turned to Ichigo

(Y/N): "Are they always like this?"

Ichigo: "You don't want to know" She then turned to the rest of the squad "Okay guys, who want to introduce themselves now?" Then this girl with purple hair looked over from her book

Purple haired Girl: "Ikuno, code 196, nice to meet you two"

Ryuko: "Same" 

(Y/N): "Who is your partner?" This guy with brown hair scoffed and exited the room

Ikuno: "Him. His name is Mitsuru, code 326. We pilot Chlorophytum"

(Y/N): "Seems like a hard type..."

Ikuno: "I know..."

Then a guy who was just finished eating, spoken

Red haired guy: "I'm Futoshi, code 214, and this" he pointed to the girl with platinum blonde hair " Is my lovely partner Kokoro, code 556. Together we pilot Genista"

Ichigo: "Okay, Hiro, get here and introduce yourself"

This parasite who was with Zero yesterday walked over to us

Hiro: "We met before, but I didn't told you my name. Hiro, code 016. I have a question to you two"

(Y/N): "Sure thing bud"

Hiro: "Did I really piloted with Zero Two?"

Ryuko: "Well, Strelitzia was in her human form and you were with her so..."

(Y/N): "Seems like it"

Hiro: "Do you know where she is right now? I have to ask her something too"

Ryuko: "She is with Dr. Franxx in the hangar right now but soon will get here"

Futoshi: "So... partner killer..."

(Y/N): "Oh no no. Let me stop you right here Futoshi. Zero Two may be called that but you never knew any of her stamens. Just jerks who tried to prove they could tame her. If she didn't do that..."

Ryuko: "We would gladly do it" We said with stern looks on our face

Zorome: "Yikes. So it was true you could kill anyone without a second thought?"

(Y/N): "No. We never killed an innocent person"

Ryuko: "When you are a single FranXX squad you see some things during your journey"

(Y/N): "Did you know that there were some people outside of the plantations?" At this everyone seems shocked

Futoshi: "You mean..."

Ryuko: "Bandits, murderers, thefts. You name it"

(Y/N): "They wanted our resources when me, Ryuko and Zero stopped for a night. I just beheaded them. Later Doctor told me that there were some last surviving tribes but Papa will send some Parasites to deal with them. So it was a one time thing"

Miku: "And how did you exactly do it?"

(Y/N): "With this" I took my scythe from it's place in my pocket and expanded it "Meet my personal weapon, Crimson Needle"

Zorome: "Holy shit dude! You have a weapon on you?!"

Ryuko: "We both have. But don't worry we won't use it"

Ichigo: "*ekhm* Okay... that was... some welcoming"

Hiro: "Ichigo, can I?"

Ichigo: "Oh, sure Hiro. Ryuko, (Y/N), Hiro will take you around the Mistilteinn. It seems he want to talk with you a little more."

Ryuko: "Sure" Me, Ryuko and Hiro exited the house. We are walking around the Mistilteinn and Hiro tell us where is everything.

Hiro: "And here is the lake, you should know it by now hehe"

(Y/N): "Yup. Listen Hiro. There are nine of you there. So the one missing must be your partner"

Hiro: "That's because... I don't have one..." He hung his head down

Ryuko: "Why? Your code is one of the lowest. So you should easily get a partner"

Hiro: "I couldn't connect with any pistil... until yesterday..."

I put my hand on his shoulder

(Y/N): "Hiro. You heard when we were talking about Zero's stamens so far. Every single one was an asshole who tried to tame her instead of letting her spread her wings. You... you seems different. But remember what I told you before, not everyone could pilot with her."

Hiro: "So.. those rumors are true?"

Me and Ryuko looked at him with serious looks

Ryuko: "They are"

(Y/N): "But you are different than any other stamen. Maybe you will be an exception"

Hiro: "Even if it's true I have to be useful. I need to pilot Strelitzia again"

We started walking back to the house. 

Hiro: "So, how long are you staying?"

Ryuko: "We are traveling with Zero Two, so we don't know"

(Y/N): "We were assigned to her as a help"

Hiro: "I see. About your FranXX, how did you two get your weapon on fire?"

I looked over to Ryuko for a confirmation. She just nodded

(Y/N): "Hiro, I will tell you but swore you will never tell anyone. Not Ichigo, not Goro, not anyone"

Hiro: "Okay..."

(Y/N): "Me and Ryuko are not entirely humans"

Hiro: "What are you..." I get a small fire on my hand "What..." he looked at it with shock on his face

(Y/N): "When we were little kids we were experimented on. I got fire control and regeneration while Ryuko got only regeneration"

Hiro: "But... how... doesn't Papa..."

Ryuko: "Papa doesn't have eyes everywhere..."

(Y/N): "That's why we have such low codes. Anyway it's getting dark. We should head back to the house"

Hiro looked at his communicator to see some notifications with messages from Ichigo.

Hiro: "Right... and thank you two for being honest with me. And for believing in me"

(Y/N): "Hey, we are a part of this squad for now. We should support each other" 

We walked out of the forest to see Ichigo sitting on the stairs playing with a cat. She stood up and walked over to us

Hiro: "Ichigo. You didn't have to wait out for us here"

Ichigo: "I was worried. Awkward as it is, you are staying here now, Hiro. Hold your head up and make yourself like home" she looked over to us "You too Ryuko, (Y/N). You are staying with us for now so go ahead"

We starting to walk inside but Ichigo hold my sleeve

(Y/N): "Huh? Is something wrong Ichigo?"

Ichigo: "No. Ryuko, Hiro, you two can go ahead, I want to talk with (Y/N) for a while"

Ryuko: "Okay" And with that they walked inside

Ichigo: "(Y/N), was Hiro the one piloting that FranXX?"

(Y/N): " Yes... he doesn't remember so he want to ride with Zero again"

Ichigo: "Again? She isn't a part of Squad 13"

(Y/N): "He was too determined so you won't speak it out of his mind. He told me about how he couldn't connect with anyone. I feel damn sorry for him..."

Ichigo: "But... those rumors about her... are they true (Y/N)? Or are they just like rumors about you and Ryuko?"

(Y/N): "..."

Ichigo: "Please... tell me..."

(Y/N): "They are true..."

Ichigo: "I won't let him to go near her then!"

(Y/N): "Ichigo, do you know what happens to a Parasite that can't connect? They don't go back to the Garden, they are eliminated. So as far as I know if Hiro couldn't connect, it can be the same as if he would ride with Zero." Then Goro walked out

Goro: "Oh, you guys are here."

Ichigo: "Oh right. Goro, is Ryuko nearby?"

Goro: "Yup"

Me and Ichigo entered the house and Ichigo spoke

Ichigo: "Okay, it's time for bed. Ryuko you will be sleeping in the same room as me and Ikuno. (Y/N), Goro will show you your room."

Goro: "Okay, follow me" we walked up the stairs to boy's wing "You will be staying with me and Hiro. Sorry for the mess" He opened the room to see a bunk bed on one side and a single bed on other side. " Bottom bed is Hiro's so you will take the top one. Bathroom is down the hall. If you need anything, just ask"

(Y/N): "Thanks Goro. You are a great help. I appreciate this"

Goro: "No problem buddy, we are in the same team" with that I climbed the bed and went to sleep

*timeskip, next morning* 

I woke up refreshed. I slept like a little baby. It was too long since last time I slept in real bed. Let's just say sleeping bag on a steel floor of Heliconia's cockpit was not too comfy. I looked down to see both Goro and Hiro gone.

(Y/N): "Seems like they are early birds, but this bed was too comfyyy" I got down, take Neko off her shelf and put her on "Morning Neko, how did you slept?"

Neko: "Eh, could be better. What is it today (Y/N)?"

(Y/N): "Eh standard. Black trousers, white t-shirt and black hoodie"

Neko: "Okie dokie" She answered happily. Soon I was standing in what I wanted

(Y/N): "Nekketsu, you are the best you know it"

Neko: "Stop using my full name (Y/N). It sounds weird"

(Y/N): "Okay, okay, I won't. We should head down. Ryuko must have woken up already"

I exited the room and walked down to meet Ryuko coming from girls wing with some bags under her eyes. I kissed her forehead.

(Y/N): "You didn't slept well Blueberry?"

Ryuko: "Just shut up *yawn* Ichigo and Ikuno were asking me questions till 1AM"

(Y/N): "So you are getting along with the girls?"

Ryuko: "Kinda. They asked how it is in Heliconia. How is the best way to connect with your partner etc."

(Y/N): "So yes?"

Ryuko: "Yes" Then her stomach rumble and she blushed "We should get something to eat"

We walked over to mess hall to see everyone looking at Zero Two, eating a honey covered piece of meat

Kokoro: "I wonder if she likes sweets"

Miku: "She is not a person. Not with those things on her head"

(Y/N): "Good morning everyone" Then they looked over to us

Ichigo: "Oh, good morning you two. How was the night?"

Ryuko: "Ichigo, you know how it was. Just please"

We walked over to where Zero Two was sitting. I instantly noticed how much honey she put on her plate

(Y/N): "Zero Two, I told you something about modesty"

Zero Two: "Sowwy fwiend" She responded with her mouth full

Zorome: "And what are Reapers doing here? Aren't they suppose to go with Dr. Franxx?"

Ichigo: "They are staying with us. It was Doctor's orders. So Zorome and Miku, you could cut it off. They are our saviors, you know"

Then Zorome stood up and walked over to our table

Zorome: "Hey there! It was a real treat to watch your skills in action. I, Zorome the Great, shall graciously ride with you if you so desire" After that me and Ryuko just sighed and Zero wiped her hands in Zorome uniform "What are you doing?! Aw, my Sunday best!"

(Y/N): "Seems like she does not desire you Zorome. Besides you have a partner haha" I looked over to girls table to see Miku getting annoyed. Zero Two meanwhile stood up and walked over to Hiro. 

Zero Two: "This is really nice and sweet. Let's eat together, okay?" and now Zero ruined Hiro's breakfast

'This girl..."

Hiro: "Tell me. Did I actually manage to pilot back then?" he ask her and Zero Two just purrs

Zero Two: "You sure did. You were incredible, darling." Zero Two calling Hiro her Darling shocked everyone beside me and Ryuko. We just continue to eat like nothing happened

Everyone: "Darling?"

Miku: "What does that mean?"  Then Nana entered the room

Nana: "Okay, keep it down, kids. I will be your caretaker, just like I was in Garden. Ape HQ has assigned me to the 13th Plantation Corps. My name is Nana"

(Y/N): "We know Nana, others know it too"

Nana: "Oh hush you. As I was saying. I will be looking after you"

Ichigo: "Nana?"

Nana: 'What is it, Ichigo?"

Ichigo: "Will Zero Two be staying with us? And what about Ryuko and (Y/N)?"

Nana: "We are awaiting orders from HQ on what to do with her. As for Reapers, if they had a mission from Doctor they will be moved. But in general they won't be working with you guys, unless an emergency occur" at that some of the parasites looked down sad.

(Y/N): "We will see what we can do about it guys, so don't worry"

Ryuko: "Yeah, you all are quite unique when it comes to other parasites. You are more alive than squads at other plantations"

Nana then looked at boy's table to see Zero there

Nana: "Come. You are sitting over here"

Zero Two: "Aw, but this table felt more comfortable" she stood up and walked over back to us

Hiro: "W-Wait! Hey, Zero Two! Let me ride in your FranXX again. There is something I want to be sure of"

Nana: "That's isn't for you to decide. Papa and the rest will give you your orders in due time, too. Sit tight until then, all right? Now everyone finish your breakfast. After that we will finish up your startup process"

Everyone stood up and walked out off the room. Whole squad was walking to the elevator. Then Ichigo walked over to me and Ryuko

Ichigo: "Ryuko, I know I asked this before. But is there any other way to improve our connection?"

Ryuko then thinks for a while

Ryuko: "hmm... me and (Y/N) knows each other since we were little, so knowing your partner helps for sure. You and your partner need to be honest with each other to not cause any problems" then Zorome walked over to me

Zorome: "What about you (Y/N), do you have any tips for us?"

(Y/N): "Just relax and don't overthink it. There is no worse mistake than letting it get to your head" We boarded the elevator I pressed the button to briefing room

Ryuko: "We will watch with Nana and Hachi how are you doing."

(Y/N): "So don't worry. We are here to help, not to laugh at you. Take your time. Sometimes connecting would take long" We exited at briefing room and the rest of Squad 13 walked over to changing rooms

Nana: "Good to see you two have their backs. I just hope doctor approve..." I cut her off

(Y/N): "Approve what Nana?"

Hachi: "Having you two here would be beneficial for Plantation defense forces. I asked Doctor to allow your stay here"

Ryuko: "Are you serious? Awesome!" And she hugged me. We spin around for a while and I put her down

(Y/N): "What about Zero? We are by her side for a month. We won't leave her if that would be the case"

Nana: "We are waiting for HQ approval"

(Y/N): "Good to hear there is a chance" I walk over to Hachi and I heard Miku shouting

Miku: "It's a natural reaction!"

'Huh, I suddenly had a flashback, weird'

Ryuko then talked to them

Ryuko: "It is, you need to get used to this"

Miku: "See! Ryuko is on my side!"

Hachi: "If two partners are even slightly out of sync, their paracapacity will fluctuate widely."

(Y/N): "Just trust each other and accept your partner."

I looked at the screen to see Delphinium scores settled at 102 for both Ichigo and Goro, then the rest of the squad joined them.

(Y/N): "Good job guys"

Ryuko: "Now to see who will be the first to fluke"

Argentea pointed at Delphinium, but I can hear it's Zorome speaking

Zorome: "I was the first to finish you know"

Me and Ryuko giggled at this

(Y/N): Zorome, ha ha, it's not always the best to finish first"

But he ignored us

Zorome: "Got that, double digits?"

Argentea started doing some flips only to soon lose control and fall down. Thankfully Ichigo and Goro got them

Delphinium: "You okay?"

Argentea: "Thanks"

Ryuko: "When you connect, stamen need to think if it's pistil can keep up with his controlling. You need to sync with each other"

Squad 13 started to do laps around plantation. Then someone called Nana

Nana: "A startup trial in an actual FranXX?"

*timeskip*

Me and Ryuko are waiting in briefing room for the rest to return from their training. 

Nana: "You two sure helped them. Even if you pilot for only a month you still have more experience. I just hope Doctor will soon answer Hachi's request"

(Y/N): "Seems like you would us to stay too Nana"

Nana: "I took a liking to you two. I treat every parasite as my responsibility, doesn't matter the age"

Ryuko: "Not to be rude Nana, but we were fine without anyone. We were spending this month in constant journey. We camped on wasteland, visiting plantations only to refuel or to get more serious repair for Heliconia. Most of repairs were done by (Y/N) in the field."

Nana: "I read your files, thank you Ryuko. I know you two could live without Plantation but isn't it nice to have a comfy bed, warm food and a shower?"

Ryuko: "I didn't said that" She looked away "We really appreciate your hospitality Nana"

(Y/N): "By the way, how old are they?"

Nana: "Most of parasites starts their adventure at age of 14"

Ryuko: "So 4 years younger than we are"

Nana: "It's also another reason I want you to stay. You would be a role models for them. Someone they can lean on in harder times beside me... I just hope it won't be needed"

(Y/N): "Me too" Then entered Hachi and the rest of Squad 13. Miku walked over to us

Miku: "Thank you guys"

(Y/N): "No problem Miku. We told you guys, we are here to help. That's our orders from Dr.Franxx" She walked to take a seat and Zorome just showed us his tongue

'Heh, someone needs to put him in his place'

I looked at Ryuko and I think she was getting on the edge. She tried her best to behave but once a hothead, always a hothead

'Seems like she can't hold it any longer. She need to beat someone's ass soon'

When everyone took a seat, Hachi started talking

Hachi: "Tomorrow we will begin the mock battles. This will be as close to actual fight as we can get now"

Nana: "We already decided the pairs. Delphinium will face Genista and Argentea will face Chlorophytum"

Zorome then pointed at us

Zorome: "What about Ryuko and (Y/N)?!" We looked at him with stern faces

(Y/N): "You want to end in the hospital bed?"

Ryuko: "We can give it to you"

Zorome: "I'm not afraid! I, Zorome the Great will be the one who will defeat the Reapers!"

Hachi: "Code 666, settle down. Codes 004 and 006 will not participate"

Me and Ryuko looked at each other and then smirked

(Y/N) and Ryuko: "You got it!"

Nana: " *sigh* If (Y/N) and Ryuko want it, then it settled. Argentea will face Heliconia. 

I looked over to see Miku with a death glare targeted at Zorome

(Y/N): "Don't worry Miku, we will try not to cause too much damage to you"

Nana: "Hiro, you also will be taking part in mock battles"

Hachi: "Depending on how you do, we are considering promoting you to parasite" I put a hand on his shoulder

(Y/N): "I told you, just a one test and you will be a parasite"

Goro: "Grats"

Hiro: "Thanks (Y/N), thanks Goro"

Hachi: "Pick your partner"

Zero Two: "I will do it"

Hiro: "Zero Two... "

Zero Two: "I mean, you are my darling"

'Eh Zero Two, you are playing with poor boy's heart. He will remember you in no time'

Ichigo: "One moment... Let me be his partner. Zero Two doesn't belong to our squad."

I murmured

Ichigo: "Also, if you are only measuring Hiro's aptitude, it should work with me as his partner, too" They started to talk about it while me and Ryuko whisper to each other

Ryuko: "Doesn't... Ichigo get kinda too clingy to Hiro"

(Y/N): "Like you to me when you arrived in Honno Town?"

Ryuko slightly blushed

Ryuko: "Bite me. You know why I was like that. I think it's the same case with Hiro and Ichigo"

(Y/N): "So Ichigo have a crush on Hiro, but Hiro is probably Zero's darling from before. This is some Spanish telenovela bullshit. I hope it won't evolve into a bigger problem"

Ryuko: "They will learn with their pace" We looked back at Nana

Nana: "Zero Two, HQ hasn't authorized the use of Strelitzia. So Hiro will have to take the test with someone from his squad"

Zero Two: "Boo. That sucks. Fine. My injuries haven't healed completely yet, anyway" She then walked over to Ichigo "I will let you have him this time. Go for it." And with that she walked out of the room

Ryuko: "Like you said, Spanish telenovela all the way"

Hachi: "Then it's settled. Argentea will face Heliconia and Hiro will pilot Delphinium against Genista. Mock Battles will start tomorrow after lunch at 1600"

I walked over to Zorome

(Y/N): "You know, there is a saying from old world. Don't play with fire, or you will get burn" 

Zorome: "Was that suppose to scare me?"

(Y/N): "No, it's just a warning, see you tomorrow. And Miku" I turned to the redhead "Good luck, you will need it with Zorome behind controls" I could see smoke getting out of Zorome's head while Miku try to stiffen a laugh. Me and Ryuko exited the room and went on our way
