We chose to take care of him for ten years our plan worked in the eight year of taking care of him he truly hated Overwatch for not taking care of him and his parents. He asked,if he could help against the false heroes that are Overwatch agents. So we did we gave him the ability to teleport like Tracer. We also gave him a cloaking device and a cool outfit. To make sure he was going to fight alongside us we trained him. We trained him not to give into the rage even though I am guilty of it. We also trained him to control the teleport just a bit me or Widowmaker were experts on this field we named this little kid Red. Both Widowmaker and I knew he would come in handy soon.
