Over on to the Ninja realm, the news about the three young teenagers who are thought to be the new guardians, or "threats".

"Can you believe this?", questioned Cole.

"Just because they look like a threat doesn't mean they are; they saved lives.", Kai added. Zane was dead staring into the news that was on TV, he felt something similar that was lost after all this time...

It was just a normal training day in Destiny's Bounty, all six ninja were training all day. Then, suddenly, an idea popped into Jay's head, "Hey, guys. Let's continue on with the duels."

"I dunno, Jay.", huffed Cole, "you already know I'm going to win."

Nya sighed in disbelief. "I'm in!", remarked Lloyd. Zane planned out the little dueling "tournament", "okay, Kai and Nya, first one to knocked out of THIS circle, loses.

The victor will take on a competitor in the next round. Ninja-GO!!" "Watch out, sis. Big brother's gonna get ya!", warned Kai.

There goes that saying "Fight fire with fire" now they are fighting fire with water. And, of course, Nya had won. "Nya wins the match...Whoa!", shouted Lloyd.

"What's happening?", asked Sensei Garmadon.

A big BOOM rumbled throughtout New Ninjago City. It can mean only one thing... the Serpentine are back, and they have an alliance with with the Nindroids. "You have GOT to be kidding me!", groaned Kai.

"Quick to the mechs!", urged Zane.

Down in the Samurai X cave, there was the ninja's most powerful and coolest mechs. The Quake mech, the Water cycle, the Ice Chopper, the Stryker jet, the Dragon mech, and the Fire X-1 charger.

"All vehicles are online and ready to roll.", advised Lloyd.

"Good luck, ninja.", responded Sensei Garmadon. The six ninjas flew, ran, and drove to the commotion happening in the city.

"Ok, guys! Let's do this!", Lloyd was pumped, "Cole, take downtown!"

"Roger that,  Greenbean.", responded Cole.

"Kai and Nya, take central. The rest of us will take the air.", ordered Lloyd.

"Those meddling ninja!", growled Pythor, "release the full force, Cryptor!" The Serpentine's alliance with the Nindroids is actually stronger than the ninjas had thought.

"Uhh... guys?", whimpered Jay, "anyone see a swarm of snakes in planes and flying Nindroids? Because there may be HUNDREDS of them!?!"

"Ready? Aim. FIRE!", commanded Pythor. The ninja managed to dodge the missiles once, but they were caught off guard and got hit.

"Hahahaha!", laughed General Cryptor, "awww. Did I break your little 'toys'?" The six ninjas survived the collisions, but could not believe that the Nindroids and the Serpentine have destroyed almost half of the city.

"Oh, and white ninja—" commented Pythor.

"It's ZANE!", Zane interrupted.

"Yeah, yeah, whatever. But did I ever tell you that I killed your parents?"

"W-w-w-what? You did what?", Zane was angry, scared, and sad. His friends tried to calm him down, but it didn't do any good.

"Zane! Don't listen to him. He's just trying to get in your head.", P.I.X.A.L. knew the fuming white ninja was angry enough to break something, but he couldn't hold back. Zane tried to keep them out, it just didn't help.

"*dries tears* *sniffs* You... you... you took them away from me!!" The Nindroids backed away from the raging ninja. He, too, glowed a yellow aura. Zane finished ALL of them in blasts of ice. He, too, grew a tail, and is one of the Legend
