The news has spread throughout the entire world. Friends and family of the recent Four may have considered it FAKE news, including the fourteen bladers.

" Huh. Why fake news? Asked Rantaro.

"Looks like the rich behind those T.V. Screens couldn't even care less of what actually happened.", remarked Daigo. His brother, Ryota Kurogami looked at him with small smile.

Just days before the National Tournament, the Beigoma Bey Club trained day after day. And, of course rested some days.

"'Kay, guys.", announced Cuza, "how 'bout we do 7-on-7 'King of the Court'."

Everyone seemed to have liked that idea. Two groups of seven stood before the bey stadium, the yin and yang. First up was Valt Aoi versus his little brother, Toko Aoi.

"3... 2... 1... Let it RIP!"

Hour after hour after hour, they have finally finished playing "King of the Court."

"Take a break for the day tomorrow, guys.", advised Shu, "we don't need to train."

All the others have agreed. They packed up and headed for home. All day, they rested, relaxed, and prepared. Valt and his siblings made bread with their mom, Ken played with his puppets, Shu cooked meals for his family, Rantaro played with his little brother. They all spent the day with their families, or doing other hobbies. During a beautiful sunset, Daigo and Ryota were watching the rays of the sun slowly fade into darkness.

"I hope we're ready for tomorrow, big brother.", Ryota yawned before letting sleep take him.

Daigo chuckled, "yeah, guess so." He saw his little brother sleeping peacefully, leaving him resting on his brother's lap. Daigo smiled.

"Man, what a sight.", said Cuza.

"I knew we'd find you here.", chuckled Ben. Daigo and his friends sat down together to watch the sunset.

The day has come. The National Tournament 14 friends, now rivals. Battles flew by and by, battle after battle after battle. Later on, it was Daigo's turn against... Lui Shirosagi. 'Heh, my father will be pleased if I CRUSH this puny 12-year-old bastard!', Lui thought. Daigo knew Valt, Ken, and Shu couldn't beat Lui, he'll have to think of a perfect strategy. 'Hmm. Luinor's a left-spin attack type with immense power. Should I go on the defensive or offensive?'

"Bladers, ready?", called out the referee, "ready. Set!"

"3... 2... 1... Let it RIP!", yelled Lui and Daigo.

A though battle poured out of the stadium; both strong beys are pushing beyond. Daigo had chosen to go on the defensive to dodge all the attacks, then he switched to the offensive.

"Ok, Doomscizor! Final Hunt!", the bottom of the performance tip on Doomscizor pushed in all the way and whizzed around, shooting strong attacks.

Lui sneered, "Lost Spiral!"

"Come on, D. Almost!", Wakiya was getting nervous. 'Take it home for us, big brother.', hoped Ryota.

"Oh, I can't watch.", worried Nika.

"Come on! Take it home for the team, Doomscizor!", yelled Daigo.

Both Luinor and Doomscizor rammed into each other, they both got flung up into the air..... Luinor had BURST. Daigo had won the match.

"That's a burst finish!", the referee had made his call, "Doomscizor takes the match."

The crowd goes wild. Lui was left flabbergasted. Daigo picked up his bey, a small tear had ran down his face. "We did it.", Daigo whispered.

Ryota ran down to give his big brother a hug, followed by the their friends.

"You won, D.", chuckled Shu.

"Wow, that battle was nerve-racking.", gasped Ben.

"No, *sniff* I didn't win. WE won.", smiled Daigo.

"NOOOO!! This can't be!I was supposed to win!", screamed Lui.

"I'm sorry, Lui," started Ukyo, "but Daigo won fair and square."

Lui was mad, no angry, "You disgrace!", he snatched up Ryota, trying to take him away, "come with me, you brat!"

"Ahhh! Daigo, help ME!", Ryota started crying in fear.

"RYOTA!", Daigo tried to save his little brother, but... "Ugh. *coughs up blood*" Lui kicked him in the stomach.

"Daigo, are you okay? Daigo, wake up!", Ken woke him up.

"Guys, go call the police. I-I-I got him.", poor Daigo was in pain, trying to save his only brother.

"You let him go, you MONSTER!", Daigo shown a golden aura, "*wipes blood from his mouth* Galicia Gun!" Lui dropped Ryota, and was caught in the blast. Daigo won, again.
