Ugh. This is like, HALF of what I have to remember for my ELA Exam DX :

•Verb - most important word in the sentence (action word)
-Imperative - commanding sentence

    -Mental - imagine(ing)
[Voice]
     -Active - Little boy is jumping. {John was kicking the ball.}
     -Passive - The cake was baked by the baker. {The ball was kicked by John.}

-Active Voice - the subject is doing the action {My cousin stole some ice cream}
-Passive Voice - the subject is not doing the action {The ice cream was stolen by my cousin}

•Types of Sentences - Simple, Compound, Complex
-Simple - A fearful Mary quickly ran down the street after her dog escaped her backyard.
