spaghetti in a blender ? 

 You simply can"t make spaghetti in a blender 

At least not right at the start 

The sticks kinda spin around real fast 

And blow completely apart 

 Even adding lots of spaghetti sauce 

 Doesn't help much in the end 

You kinda end up with a tomatoe like soup 

And sharp little shards that don't blend 

 Even with the addition of cheese 

Mozzarella, with cheddar, preferably old 

It still kinda ends up the same 

Red, shardy, thick and cold 

 But pour it all in a non stick pot 

Bring to a boil, simmer too 

Pour over garlic bread, bake in the oven 

Not quite pizza, but in a pinch, it'll do 

 So, another lesson learned, the hard way again 

Blenders and spaghetti, not the way to go

 It's time i bought myself a cookbook 

And follow their recipes, I suppose
