New York City, night 8 PM:

as Night falls down the city, the lights appear around the city as the sound of civilians and cars walking and driving in the streets everything seems quiet, we see the couples walking and families walking towards restaurants and some walking towards cinemas watching movies, suddenly we see a blur of red and blue passing by, we follow the figure that swings around the city, the figure lands on the rooftop building.

and it reveals a Young man with slightly above-average height, a lean but muscular build, and standing 5'10" in height wearing The Advanced Suit's design is based on athletic wear and compression clothing. The most prominent aspect of the suit that distinguishes it from other Spider-Man suits is the white spider symbol. While the suit retains the classic red and blue color scheme, it features a large white spider on the chest instead of the traditional black. The spider has long legs and ends at the thin blue piping of the suit. The shoes have also been modernized, now featuring a sneaker-style design instead of knee-high boots, The suit is equipped with several technological expansions to increment its overall efficiency, having its built-in camera, radio, and communication system. While wearing the costume, Spider-Man is also odor- and scent-free. Furthermore, the lenses of the suit's mask are expressive and can squint inwards as well as outwards. The lenses have a built-in AR heads-up display system, allowing Spider-Man to analyze his surroundings in great detail; he can also view his web fluid, his current health state, and global position, In addition to technological enhancements, The red part of the suit is made out of a reinforced and thicker material, providing Spider-Man some armor and protection, while the blue part adds flexibility. The white bits, which are positioned on his gauntlets, feet, and chest, are carbon fiber and designed to absorb as much impact as possible, thus offering the most protection.

this is a spider-man known as Peter Parker, Peter Benjamin Parker was born in Queens, New York City on. Since his childhood, the young Parker was raised by his loving aunt and uncle, Over the years into being a teenager, Parker grew to be a prodigy in multiple scholastic subjects and achieving high honors among his classmates. However, his reserved nature and enthusiasm for knowledge often made him a target for bullying, Throughout his school years, Peter remained being bullied by his classmates, In his teens, Parker attended Midtown School of Science and Technology, where he quickly became best friends with his classmate Ned Leeds, At the age of fifteen, Parker was bitten by a radiation-infused spider which altered his physiology and granted him several abilities, such as enhanced strength, agility, speed, as well as a "spider-sense" that alerted him to any danger, Peter fashioned a rudimentary costume for himself out of a shirt, pants and a mask, engineered his homemade Synthetic Webbing and Web-Shooters and began wrestling for money under the moniker "The Spider". At some point after this, Peter allowed a mugger to run past him without using his abilities to stop the mugger, deciding it was "not [his] problem". The criminal would go on to shoot and kill Uncle Ben, who died in his arms. Knowing that he could have prevented Ben's death had he stopped the mugger when presented with the opportunity, Peter blamed himself for the incident. Though this was traumatizing and heartbreaking, Peter carried on and began using his powers to help the people of New York, taking the lesson his Uncle Ben once taught him, that "With great power comes great responsibility", to heart.

Resolving to use his powers for good, Peter created a classic suit for himself, one with a red and blue pattern and web designs, and began calling himself "Spider-Man". As New York's newest hero, he helped to stop petty crimes across the city and gained a reputation for either being a menacing vigilante or a savior to the people. Peter also took up photography in his free time, eventually landing a job as a freelance photographer with the Daily Bugle assigned to take pictures of Spider-Man in action. While the job brought in money, his pictures were often used in J. Jonah Jameson's smear campaign against the web-head. Peter quit his job at the Bugle after Jameson used Peter's photos to blame Spider-Man for a killing spree perpetrated by Electro, unable to stomach working there after being branded as a murderer. He still remembers his time there fondly, though, and the feeling is mutual if the Bugle's farewell card is any indication. Over the following eight years, Peter protected New York under his costumed alias. During this time, he had several encounters with super-criminals Electro (his first genuinely super-powered foe), Vulture, Rhino, and Scorpion, all of which abused their powers for selfish purposes. He encountered Herman Schultz aka the Shocker early into his career, describing his first encounter with Shocker as when "[Spider-Man] was young and stupid" and Shocker "just stupid". He managed to defeat them all and lock them up in the secure superhuman prison, the Raft. Other villains that Peter encountered included the Sandman, the Lizard, Swarm, and Mysterio.

today we see eighteen years old Peter sits on the edge of a rooftop building, he takes his mask off and he looks at the city and start to wonder, after the fight with the supervillain Peter start to have internal conflict questioning if sending those supervillains to jail was the right thing do to and treating them with kid gloves, back then he would say because it's the right thing do to, saving people and bring those villains to justice and his responsibility to protect the innocents because his uncle ben said "With great power comes great responsibility", after 8 years of crime-fighting he started having self-reflection and internal conflict sending those supervillains to jail it wasn't good thing do to because they will get out from the jail and they will kill and harm innocent people, again and again, and again, Peter started to wonder if his powers are enough to stop the supervillains and protect everyone, are his abilities are enough to save everyone from dangers, Peter frowns as the thoughts entering inside of his head and he can clearly say no matter how much he tried and no matter how much hardwork he did, it's not enough to save everyone from danger or stoping the supervillains from attacking innocent people.

'then again I didn't even save uncle ben from getting killed if I had stopped that mugger If I had used my abilities uncle ben would be alive, but no I let that criminal go because of my fucking decision I decided it's not my problem, I let him go and now uncle ben is dead because of me I didn't prevent from getting uncle ben's death, I don't consider myself as a hero anymore no matter how many times I sent those villains to jails they will always get out of jail and goes to kill people and harm them, it's all my fucking fault' Peter thinking bitter, after the death of his uncle ben Peter has been traumatized and heartbroken and he has been grieving over uncle ben's death after 4 years, since then Peter start wearing a mask to hide his pain from the others no one knows his true self, not even his ex-girlfriend MJ except his aunt may, the thing is Peter was always mature, serious, Cynical, cold and insanely smart but because the death of his parents and death of his uncle Peter start to act Goofy and immature and making bad jokes to hide his pain, but now after 8 years the mask that Peter he created it's start to breaking apart, He realized that he has been holding himself back alot and there is more abilities he has yet to be discovered and he can clearly see that the justice system is corrupted and now Peter had enough of this, corruption of justice system and the supervillains that kills and harms innocents, Peter for the first time his eyes has opened and he start to see things clearly, the world is not all black and white there are shades of gray. A blend of fear and anger, Peter realized that if he is going to save people and stop the supervillains then it's time to drop the mask he created, there will be no more Mr nice guy and no more treating the supervillains with kids gloves, from this day Peter will now take the matter to his own hands he will become the judge and jury, Peter gets up from the edge and looks at the city.

"New York I hope you are ready because today spider-man will be no more, and it's time for black Arachnid to raise, and this time will Black Arachnid show those supervillains a true fear and pain because from that day I will protect the innocents and I will defeat the supervillains even I will have to kill them so that no one will experience losing someone loved, this is my promise and my vow," Peter made a promise for the first time as he is finally let his true self out shows cold and Mature and serious look on his eyes unknowing him a glowing red line appears around his body and fades away, Peter grabs his mask and puts his mask on, he jumps and swings around the city going towards the home.

At Forest Hills, The Parker house.

"may I'm home!"

Peter opens the door and walks inside while taking his Jacket off and takes his shoes off he heard a sound and he looks behind to see an Italian-American young woman in her late '20s

This is Maybelle "May" Parker is the aunt of Peter Parker and the widow of the late Ben Parker, May Parker met and married Ben Parker and the two would come to look after their young and orphaned nephew, Peter Parker. The three lived in Queens as Peter grew up. Eventually, her husband died, resulting in May having to take care of Peter on her own, may has notice something wrong with her nephew for long years, may confronted Peter and she told him to tell her what's wrong with him she told him he has been acting strange for years and she told him she can feel he really is in pain even if he hide it she can definitely see peter's eyes that he is greving and in pain may told peter to tell her what's wrong because she really worried about him, Peter was hesitated at first but seeing his aunt the concerning and worrying in her eyes Peter didn't want his aunt to get worry so Peter decided to tell his aunt the truth how did start and why he did and feeling pain and grief over ben's death, after May heard everything she was in tears and feeling sad seeing her Nephew in pain and grief, she grabbed Peter and hugged him and crying because she didn't know her Nephew was in pain and Grieving over ben's death after both of done crying aunt may cubs Peter cheeks and told him it wasn't his fault and that no way he could've known that would happened so he shouldn't blame himself and may was understandable after why he did this and she will support him all way she told Peter to be careful and not getting hurt and Peter promised that he will be careful, as she now wearing white shirt and black pants May goes to her beloved Nephew to give a hug.         
"Welcome back, so how's the patrol"

"everything good just Fought with the supervillain today but don't worry I'm fine I just managed to defeat him so everything is alright"

May at first was worried when she heard her nephew was in a fight with a supervillain, but now she was finally relieved hearing her Nephew defeated the supervillain and is okay, May chuckled, her hand ruffling Peter's hair.
"I'm glad you finally defeated him, it's just I know you are strong but I just can't help worrying about you, Just know this Peter no matter what I will always love you and I will support you all way, whatever decision you do I will always stand behind you, just know this is that I'm proud of you and your Uncle Ben would be so proud of you right now"

Peter felt his own eyes starting to feel wet but he did his best to hold his tears back "......do you think he would be?"

"oh Peter, it's alright honey" May already knew her Nephew what he is thinking "it wasn't your fault, no one of this your fault, there's no way you could've known this would happen dear, so please don't blame on yourself"

"I know I know, I just.........*sniffs* I just missed him so much I still feel guilty after what happened" as Tears fall Peter hugs his aunt tightly while crying.

"Oh honey it's okay, I miss him too, I'm here it's okay everything is going to be alright I'm here for you" May kisses Peter on his head while hugging him, May know her Nephew still feels guilty for her husband death, She knows it wasn't his fault she wishes if there anything else to help her Nephew so he doesn't feel guilty.

after minutes of crying Peter breaks the hugs and shows his eyes are red after so much crying and has tears straining on his cheeks, May was so heartbroken seeing her Nephew in this state she cubs Peter's cheeks and cleans the tears with her thumbs while looking at his eyes.

"Honey, I want to let you know that it wasn't your fault and you shouldn't feel guilty after everything that happened, I need you to let go of the past it isn't Good for you, you should know that I and your uncle ben will always be proud of you no matter what I will always believe in you, I love you so much honey you are the best loving Nephew, why don't you go and take shower and go to sleep you must be exhausted" May kisses peter on the forehead.

Peter smiles slightly and nods. "of course aunt may and thank you for everything goodnight" Peter gives a kiss on may's cheeks and goes upstairs to his room.

"goodnight honey" May smiles as she watches Peter going upstairs and she smiles sadly as Peter left and prays 'Please god just help my poor Nephew to be happy, Just please let him be okay' as may close her eyes while a single tear falls on her cheek, she felt something wet she opened her eyes to find out she crying she cleaned her eyes and goes to her room.

Peter's Room.

as the sound of the shower turned off bathroom door opened revealing Peter in his white shirt and black short pants he walks towards the bed and sits down on the bed as he looks around his room he sees framed photographs sitting on the desk, there is one picture that stood out as he picked up, in the photograph, he sees himself with his aunt happily smiling as the kind-looking middle-aged man held them close by the shoulders

"I missed you, Uncle Ben, I wished you were here I'm sorry for everything I missed you so much" his eyes turned sad for a moment as he looks the picture, he traced his fingers around the image of his uncle.

"good night uncle ben and I promise you I will take care of aunt may and I will make sure to use my power to protect everyone, after all, you taught me that With great power comes great responsibility, I will make sure everyone is safe and happy, I will make sure that they won't feel the fear, you will always be my hero uncle ben, that I promise," Peter said, as he puts the picture on desk and lays down on beds and goes to sleep, unknown to Peter the glowing dark red lines appear around his body, as the dark red lines go towards the right hand the lines start reforming creating glowing dark red arachnid spider tattoo that shows legs appears around right hand.

AN: damn that took me so long to make that story and I'm actually enjoying making the first Godlike Marvel story, until next week I will go make chapter 2 for now
