The Bright Rope Method - My own method! :D

Sooo here we are
With the pookie who hasn't shifted once
But
I WILL NOT GIVE UP >:3

So I decided to make a method for myself to use and get comfortable with!,

Since I have found the methods that are getting me close to shifting AKA these:


Feel free to watch them btw!
But I figured out those all have a lot to do with visualisation, and I figured out more things they have in common that each helped me in almost shifting I believe?

And I decided to put them together but making it my own!

And I'd LOVE for people to try it because I am hoping it works.

Maybe it'll even become popular?

Who knows!

Anywho!

THE BRIGHT ROPE METHOD:

STEP 1:

Get into a comfortable position, anything that works for you is fine, and you can stay still, or move if you please. You can also lay in the position you will wake up in in your desired reality, if you would like, to get more in touch and connected with it. FEEL FREE TO PLAY MUSIC, NOISES, OR SUBLIMINALS TO MORE CONNECT OR THAT REMIND YOU OF/WITH YOUR DR <3

STEP 2:

make sure your comfortable, and can focus. Start by breathing in slowly, holding it while saying an affirmation, and breathing out. Do this as many times as you need, until you feel completely relaxed, or until you can move on to the next step.

STEP 3:

Visualize your DR. Why are you going? Who are you excited to meet? Let the feelings overwhelm you, and focus only on that until you begin to feel symptoms (It can be even the slightest amount aswell so don't worry <3), or until your ready for the next step.

STEP 4:

Count to 100, and in-between each 10, (so when you get to 10, 20, 30, 40, ETC.) say affirmations that APPLY to you. If you don't already know any, or have any in mind, you can write them down before doing the meditation and memorize them. so that they are your OWN personal problems, personal struggles, regarding reality shifting.

EXAMPLES:

I don't believe I can do it = I can shift realities and believe in myself.

Shifting is hard = shifting is easy/shifting is as easy as breathing.

If I don't shift this time, I'm giving up on shifting. = All my failed attempts at shifting have gotten me closer to this day and i WILL shift. (You can also add "if I don't, it's alright, I'll keep trying and succeed in the end, it will all be worth it.")

What if shifting is just made up? = Shifting is real, and an amazing thing that i WILL be experiencing.

There are to many distractions in my CR. I give up. = Those sounds do not bother me, I am pure consciousness.

or you can do any of the normal ones if you can't think of any that fit you! Such as, "i am shifting" or "I am in my desired reality" or "I will wake up in my desired reality." Etc.

STEP 4:

now that your relaxed, imagine yourself in a dark void. You can take a moment to look around, and connect with this place. Your subconscious knows this is the place that will take you to your desired reality, and accepts that.

Step 5:

When your ready, stand up. Visualize a rope, this rope can be long or short. But it's hanging from the ceiling, or above this endless void you are in. There is a white hole above it, emitting the most glorious light. And you know, you must climb to get to your desired reality.

STEP 6:

Begin to climb this rope, and feel the weight of yourself hanging on it. Knowing you are safe to climb. Feel the texture under your fingertips. What does the rope look like? Is it a pure white light? Is it a normal rope? Is it a plush rope? What is it?

STEP 7:

Begin affirming, or thinking of your reality while you still see yourself climbing the rope. As you climb, you can repeat one affirmation, or multiple different affirmations. And you can think of anything in your desired reality, your CC? Where you'll wake up? Anything.

STEP 8:

Once you finally reach the top, you are face to face with this blinding light. Yet it doesn't hurt your eyes. You reach in, and pull yourself up. You are layed down/sat up quickly, and realize you are where you are going to wake up. You are in your desired reality, you just need to become aware of it.

STEP 9:

Feel your weight against the mattress, the chair, etc. it is time to go to your desired reality. You can acknowledge it for a moment. Can you smell anything from your desired reality? What is under you? Can you feel it? Can you hear sounds from your desired reality?

STEP 10:

When your ready, close your eyes in your desired reality and count to thirty. Within each number, affirm "I will wake up in my desired reality", "I am going to wake up in my desired reality" or "my eyes will open in my desired reality." Once you make it to zero, take a deep breath and begin to visualize scenarios, your cc , or anything about your DR. If you would like to instead, you can affirm, or do both at the same time. Do this until you fall asleep, but KNOW you will wake up in your desired reality. And once you fall asleep, you should wake up in your desired reality <3

I am gonna try this soon! And I'd love to hear from anyone if they decide to try it! Hopefully it works for anyone that uses it including me! I'll update y'all tomorrow morning/right after I shift in my POTC script at the very bottom where it says updates, and I'll make a chapter talking about what happened if I DO end up shifting!
