after driving for a while, haechan and y/n arrive. he easily finds a place to park—because of the ominous weather, so there's no people in the parking area—and turns the car off.

"is this where mark lives?" y/n asks.

"yes, y/n. this is where mark has been for all these months."

y/n quickly opens the car door and circles around the car, opening up haechan's door, as well.

"then what are we waiting for? let's go!" she drags haechan out, and he chuckles.

"be patient." he grabs the gifts he bought for mark and had left on the back seats.

the moment the car is locked, haechan rushes towards mark. y/n quickly follows behind, filled to the maximum with adrenaline and anxiety.

finally, they stand before him.

"mark..." y/n whispers with pain. "mark!"

the sprinkling has now turned into a pouring, thunderous rain.

haechan standing on the side, silently watches y/n.
