Here's your update!!

Kartik looked confused for a moment,
" I didn't know, you were alive or taken"

" You didn't even try" Jack scoffed and pushed Kartik away

" What was I supposed to do?, Huh?, I was in coma for more than 6 months and when I woke up, I saw guards shooting everyone and capturing people" Kartik shouted

" Still!!!" Jack shouted

" Someone get me popcorn please" Joe whispered

"I was scared ok?, And you also didn't tried to find me" Kartik accused him

" Guys, guys!! Stop please" Catherine shouted

" Real mature, we don't know whether we're going to survive or not, and you're fighting over petty issues" Tristan said in a stren tone

Kartik and Jack looked guilty, they both avoided any contact and went away.
We all were together but we're not.

" Where did you get these?" I asked Kartik as I picked up some fresh clothes

" Stole from the houses..." He replied and continued cleaning his knife

" What are we going to do?" I sighed as I settled on a chair

" Finding a way out of this mess is not easy" Kartik whispered

" It will be, if we work together" I said as I looked intently at him

" I'm not sure" Kartik replied

" We've all suffered so much, we have to find a way out" I said quietly as I took the clothes and went to freshen up.

We've gathered around the table on which a map was spread.

" This is the map of the Virtual world right?" Kartik asked

" Yes, and we're here" Jack said, pointing at one of the place near the border.

" And the BOFF is here, what about the rest of the place?" Catherine asked, as she pointed to the area which just looked like a big island behind the BOFF headquarters

" Nothing is there, it's fake" Tristan said

" When I was in training, I heard it among the officials" he clarified further.

" Does anyone know what is outside?, Like if we really get out of this virtual world" I asked

" The real world, the ones who are actually playing with us" came a voice from the stairway, we all looked behind in horror except Kartik.

" Sorry guys I forgot to told you about her, this is Leslie" Kartik said as a girl with curly brownish blond hair entered, she looked annoyed from our presence

" You finally got your group back, that's something, fate you know" she said as she looked around, as if she knows us

" You're Jack, we used to be good friends" she said as she forwarded her hand for a handshake, then she turned towards Tristan

" Tristan the boxing legend of our school, nice to meet you" she said

" Did we knew eachother?" He asked

" Yup we all were very good friends, a group, except these two" she said pointing at Angelina and Joe.

" Do you remember everything? But how?" Catherine asked

" Catherine, always a girl with positivity, you loved to hang out with me, we used to do all sorts of girly things" she said, her voice breaking a little bit.

" And Naira Wilson, the one who almost died from a car accident, you has us worried there, your attacking skills were insane" she said, like she was proud of me.

" Attacking skills?, I don't even know how to handle a gun properly" I scoffed

" It's fine, nobody remembers anyway" she said sadly, and took out a can from the fridge and walked out, Catherine tried to stop her, but Kartik stopped her.

" Don't do it, it's not easy for her to stand infront of the people who she knew so well, but they don't remember anything" he said

" Did she know you?" I asked

" Yes, she was my girlfriend" he replied
