Cover: It looks nice but it gives me an anime vibe and since your book is not under the fantasy genre, it might throw some readers off. 3 points.

Title: Short, short and sport on. 10 points.

Blurb: I love it, it's very accurate and it doesn't give much away. 10 points.

Plot: You seem to have an eye for description but try to let the description of what is going on in the surroundings flow with what is happening on the foregrounds. Take the opening parts, Morgan was being bullied by a bunch of popular girls, I get that most are side characters to Jessica but a little more description is needed. It would give the readers a feel of what is going on and a good picture in their head. Also the book seems kind of rushed so take the pace down a notch. 18 points.

Character development: I loved how Morgan was getting bolder and daring as the plot progressed but I couldn't keep track of the remaining characters. 18 points.

Style of writing: First person and informal, I love how you portrayed it and from where I'm standing you did a good job at it. 10 points.

Grammar: Sweetie get yourself an editor because you really need it. I spotted a lot of typos, errors in punctuations and paragraphs. Please this is a major turnoff for many people, myself included. 5 points.

Here's my advice:

Dearie, your book is interesting but you still need to work on the plot and work it down and take into more consideration into details and back stories.

Take for example what is Morgan's backstory and what happened between her and Lydia?

You see, even if you got around to writing it, I couldn't read it because of the grammar and I was getting turned off. You need to make your plot so captivating that readers won't put their device down from reading it till the battery dies.

A tip about character development is that you shouldn't make the side characters look less appealing when compared to the main character. I get that it's not their journey that the story is being told about but try and make them grow together because not everybody is completely good or bad.
