Cover: It looks great and it illustrates what the reader should expect from the story. 5 points.

Title: Simple and short but gives a hint about the book. 10 points.

Blurb: Accurate and on spot. 10 points.

Plot: I can honestly say that I have never seen anything like this but some details need to be added to the story. It was more of a character driven story, many things didn't really add up and well I found it very mundane. 10 points.

Character development: Well you made a good effort in showing and telling the whole development of your characters. 23 points.

Style of writing: Third person and informal, a bold choice but it could still use a few tweaks here and there. 5 points.

Grammar: Just the paragraphs could use a bit of work, while everything else looks good from where I'm standing. 5 points.

Now here's my advice: You obviously know what you want with this story but try and throw in a few more details into it to make it stand out a bit.

I advise that you get an editor, he or she will be able to put you through and help you out.

And finally I suggest you add a few more characters. I know the story is meant to revolve around Allie and Kyle but adding a few more characters might spice up the plot a bit.
