This was all coincidental

nights like these

are safe and gentle

the sun rises and falls

the moon replacing it

when night calls

and right now its the middle of the night

and I'm with you yet

I'm feeling anything but alright

because my heart beats out of my chest

as I'm thinking of you

and when I can see you next

and I watch as your car drives down the road

and I want you to come back but

you left only three minutes ago

but the feeling I get when you're around

is enough for me to be happy

and feel safe and sound

so I count down the days until I can see you again

and I hope that this feeling I'm getting

never comes to an end.
