Planet Copper 9: Pilot

We are Worker Drones.

Autonomous robots helping humans mine exoplanets for our interstellar parent company. JCJenson. IN SPAAAAACCCEE!!!

Yeah, we were mistreated in the name of Windex. But it's not like we revolted and killed all humans or anything, mostly because they handled that just fine all by themselves.

It is shown as the humans don't do anything as the planet's core explodes, causing a majority of Copper-9 to be destroyed. In the aftermath, the only beings that were spared are all the Worker Drones that were sent to the planet, taking over as they were finally making their own decisions and live their own lives.

With biological life wiped from the planet, we found it pretty easy to pick up where they left off. We finally had a future, all to ourselves. ...Unfortunately, our parent company didn't exactly love the concept of runaway AI

That is when it shows the various pods landing on Copper-9, beginning the Murder Drones reign of terror to all existing Worker Drones on the planet.

It then cuts to the middle of a class presentation by none other than the rebellious daughter of the leader of Outpost 3: Uzi Doorman.

Uzi: But what have our parents done for the past forever while those things build a spire of corpses?! Hide under the ice behind three stupid doors?! It's like we're waiting for an inciting incident! Anyway, that's why my project is this sick-as-hell RAILGUN!

Showing her weapon in front of class made them scream in terror.

Riley: That is so not the vibe!

Uzi: Easy, morons. It doesn't work...YET! It doesn't work YET! Who said it doesn't work?! Maybe it does!

She flicks a button, making her gun charge up while she laughs in a crazy, evil matter. But the teacher just looks done with everything.

Teacher: *Rolls his eyes* Uzi, the homework was a word problem about buying watermelons.

Uzi: Oh, and this magnetically amplified photon converger doesn't count?

Teacher: ...No. Plus, repressed emotional baggage was only worth two points on the rubric. And is it supposed to be that color?

The railgun suddenly turns red, overcharging it to explode inside the classroom. The smoke inside causes everybody to cough.

After a number of days has passed, (Y/N) goes back to the Horticulture room to see the progress of the plants he was growing. Exiting the elevator, what he saw made him give out a small gasp. Small green stems start to sprout out. He goes to one pot and feels the stems as he touches them.

(Y/N): *smiles* Hi there.

*Video log starts*

(Y/N): As from the look of my face, the plants are growing really well at a steady level. It's my first time trying to grow plants and it seems I did a great job. Also, if you think I don't have any form of entertainment here, that's where you're wrong. When I restored power to the bunker, it also restarted the Wi-Fi that was installed. While I was able to play some games on my phone, I even found a small stash of CD's, movies, and a working radio inside a bedroom one of the employees formally occupied. And I got to tell you, he or she has a good taste in music.

He plays a CD of Donna Summer and dances while continuing to play a game on his phone.

*Video log ends*
