(Y/N) P.O.V

I was panicking a lot knowing ill get hurt. I got ready and went out . I was near no one that I knew, none of my friends.

gunpowder, ball repeat. general wanted us to move forward so we did. I was around the trees. seeing laf surrounded by redcoats, I had to help! I started loading my gun shooting, I went closer getting almost all of them away.

I felt a sharp pain in my back. I started screaming, I think I got the attention of Lafayette. I was starting to black out getting too dizzy. please don't help me...

I felt someone pick me up, who? Lafayette maybe. I felt tears on my face. not mine, his.

I blacked out.

I woke up in a bed, aching pain everywhere. I tried sitting up but it hurt like fuck. I looked around seeing a lot of people.  laf?? "l-l-laf?" my voice was so quiet. he looked at me like he had just been sleeping or awake for so long, he was happy though for some reason. I saw the others come in. I tried to go to them but fell, feeling someone catch me. I didn't get hurt again, that's good? they came closer

laf's P.O.V

I was so tired, I hadn't slept since the war began. I know I was gonna pass out soon, "laf, go to the tent and sleep, you need it." Hamilton said taking (Y/N). "I need to look after her, mon ami" I said yawning in the middle. she looked at me, looking tired herself. she smiled. 'so cute' I thought

laf was so in love! I'll tease him later, he needs sleep. I laughed to myself. I put her in her bed, "so, what happened"
