i wrote most of this at school in lunch and class getting told of nearly!

(Y/N) P.O.V

I was walking around the streets. I had left my red coat behind so no one knew I was with them, I didn't agree with anything they thought or did.

I was walking around for quite a while.

my legs started aching and I saw a bar so close. I went in and sat down near the door. I only had pounds not dollars so I couldn't get anything. I sighed, hearing a few men shouting and laughing, definitely drunk. I banged my head against the table bored, getting the attention of one of the men. I felt them stop me making me look at them, they were smiling. They have there curly brown hair in a ponytail, sees he is one of the tallest of the men.

(I'm not French so if its wrong, point it out but I tried doing it as best as I can) "mon amie, what are you doing? you'll get hurt." he said in a thick French accent. I didn't reply, knowing it would sound bad. Remembers they saying things about happy to help in the revaluation (spelling?). he pulled me to the others. 'if they find out I'm a redcoat they will kill me, maybe cause I'm a girl they will go easy on me?' I think to myself. I start panicking a bit

They were all looking at me making me more nervous, I was visibly shaking. they all were giving me a confused look, I pull away from the mans grasp. "are you okay?" one of them ask. I nodded a bit nervous, they could tell.

"what is all of your names?" I asked nervous "I'm Lafayette or laf for shorter. but my full name is Marie-Joseph Paul Yves Roch gilbert du Motier, marquis de Lafayette." he said smiling and laughing. "I'll stay with Lafayette or laf" I giggle. "i'm john Laurens!" I nod at the boy. "I am Hercules Mulligan!" I not at the darker skinned man. "My name is Alexander Hamilton, what's yours?" the last boy said. I smile " i'm (Y/N) (L/N)."

"Where are you staying?" Alex asked. I stay quiet knowing I don't have anywhere to stay. "Stay with us (Y/N)! join the revalution with us!" john shouts. I laugh, "I don't know...". "come on, it will be fun!" Hurc said smiling throwing an arm around me. I smile. "okay!" I say happily looking at everyone. Everyone was smiling "Lets get a round of drinks, buy for our self?" Alex smiles. My smile drops, "I cant..." "why cant you?" john looks at me. shows them all the money I had looking down. "I'll pay for you, mon amie." laf spoke up. I smile again.

we all had a few drinks. we start walking home. Alex and John walking in the front and me in between laf and Hurc. we were all talking but then I saw some redcoats like me but I know they are loyal, spy's? I hurried everyone not wanting them to see me. the boys were all confused. we got into the house and they were all looking at me. all I could say was 'redcoats'. "How did you know? they didn't have coats on, explain." Alex said sternly. I look down "Please don't hate me after I say..." they all agree that they wouldn't hate me. I sigh "Well I was a redcoat, I was starting to get too scared with them, being the only girl so I ran leaving the coat. I walked around the streets for a while then went into the bar meeting laf then the rest... I used to work with them." I started tearing up remembering about my family. I felt stares. "well I trust you." I heard three of them say, not Alex. "How do we know she isn't a spy or just lying? she could kill any of us!" he said. I look down starting to walk out.

I felt a grab on my arm, it being john. "Don't leave. ham, we could search her for weapons so she cant hurt us with them, give her a chance. you saw how she reacted to the other redcoats." Alex sighed nodding, letting some trust. "we will have to tell general that she was a redcoat but wanted to join." Alex said looking at me. I nodded knowing it wont go well. "lets get some sleep, one of us will have to share a bed, sleep on the floor or make her go on the floor." Hurc said. "I'll sleep on the floor, don't worry. I'm not wanting any of you to do that when I could easily get killed tomorrow." I smile sitting on the floor where I am. They all nodded going to a different room each. I watched them leave me alone in the living room. I laid down trying to sleep. I was so tired so fell asleep quickly.
