When annika was approaching towards her room ,she found pinky and shakthi arguing over something in the living room. Slightly eavesdropping on their conversation, she found out that pinky was reluctant in the plan of her husband who wants to fast along with her ,but she was denying him as he had to take his medicines.And they both continued their argument, elongated into a sweet fight .Annika who was watching this smiled ,admiring their bond.

Arranging her folded clothes inside the cupboard, she played her favourite songs sequenced in her playlist and continued humming along with it . Suddenly a thought grounded her mind ,is there a chance for him to have been fasting ? That's when she noticed his coffee mug which seemed to have emptied before few minutes ,shayad nahi she sighed .

He came inside to find the room empty , suddenly her heard the sloshing sound of the water which made him move towards the pool . Immediately a smile played on his lips witnessing her to be seated around the corner dipping her toes to roam in the cold water lost in the music coming out from her mobile,

S- tho aap yahan hai ?

She just turned towards him and stared ,without replying.

S- what happned? aise kyun dek rahi hai aap muje?

Still without replying anything she signalled him to sit beside her ,he obeyed .Letting out a huge sigh ,she asked .

A- ye aap aap kab bandh karoge?

S- why ? You don't like it when I (interrupted)

A- aisa nahi hai ,par ...what's the need for that haan ?

S- you don't have any problem with it right? So let's leave it as it is ,

She looked at him for a second before replying ,

A- teek hai phir , atleast let this be according to your wish. Vaise bhi,hamare beech hamesha mein hi dominating hoon .So one thing for you !

S- annika aap bhi na ?

He shook his head smiling ,

A- aur nahi tho kya , you always do things for me and I'm just nil .(she emphasized)Like ,tumhe kya pasand hai ? Tum kya prefer karoge? I know nothing. You know every little thing about me , from the food I like ...the colour which attracts me ...sab jaanthe ho tum ,par mein ? Atleast tum kiske fan ho ? tera favourite ghaana ? I don't know even that, even friends would know such details.

She admitted seriously and looked at him being baffled to find him using her phone ,and within no seconds her eyes drenched in amazement when he played "tujmein rab diktha hai " song and looked at her with his evergreen capturing smile after mouthing "favourite ghaana !".She looked at him keenly before turning the other side ,like what is he even ? She knows why he likes that song,

A - I'm serious shivaay ,why ? You don't want me to treasure you the same way as you do for me ? You don't want me to reciprocate your feelings ? Don't you want my answer for your love ? Don't you have any expectations from me ?

She asked ,still looking at the other side .

He bent down and smiled before answering,

S- annika ,what do you think ? Aap ke liye mera pyaar koi deal nahi hai ,jo aap half aur mein half...nahi (he shook his head ) Whatever I feel for you ...is ...is like once in a lifetime for me! That feeling can never be forced or it shouldn't be asked for even , and about your answer...I believe in my love annika

He explained in a smooth voice and already she, who wasn't looking at him before few seconds was totally lost in his eyes by now .Her ears told that the song being played was the male version of 'tujmein rab diktha hai ' but her heart couldn't believe it as she had her own female version of the same song playing around her own world which witnessed only the man infront who was nothing but her entire life and she knew it !

Rudy- bhabi when will the moon show up ?

He faked crying while tracing the sky with the binoculars,

A- kyun? As if you have kept fast ? (She smacked his head )

R- arey nahi bhabi, all my girlfriends would have fasted for me today na ...so sad of them (he acted )

Annika just rolled her eyes and signalled Om who was behind Rudy to give him a nice hit ,without wasting any seconds Om instantly knocked his head from behind and hid himself at once leaving Rudy turn all around and go confused on not finding anyone . And annika couldn't just control her laughter watching Rudy's hell baffled face .Her silent giggle was broken when she saw shivaay calling her from the other side ,

A- kya huwa?

S- uhh vo, chalenge mere saath?

A- where ? And now? What about my fast ? Chand aane waali hai ,

S- we'll return soon ,

He insisted hopefully and she didn't wanted to deny him ,

A- shivaay ,atleast tell me now ...where are we going?

He was about to reply when suddenly he coughed badly, she instantly took the bottle from the dashboard and gave it to him .

A- piyo ,

S- nahi ,I'm fine (and still coughed)

A- arey , piyo na ?

She ordered while rubbing his back ,

S- nahi annika I'm fine, it's ok.

She felt weird,

A- where are we going shivaay ?

She asked for the nth time and immediately the car halted ,she looked around to find nothing but darkness and so she stared him questioningly .He smiled and signalled her to look infront , and instantly a stream of lights gleamed leading to a shelter of pillars,

Kindly avoid our shivaay who's busy proposing his lady here ;)

Annika got down and moved near that shelter to get the clear view of that place which just glittered beauty! enhanced with moon light ,

A- ye ? ...ye sab?

She stammered being amazed ,

S- vo kya haina ,you can get a clear view of the entire moon here. It cannot hide anywhere if you witness it from this spot ,tho...(interrupted)

A- tho tumne ye sab kardiya mere liye ?

S- shh, bahut bathein hogayi .Ab rasm poori karlein?

She smiled with a nod ,

With the seive handling a lighted diya on it's circumference, she imaged the moon transparented through the sieve and gradually brought it towards him and centered it infront of his face. Witnessing him who was already looking at her with an admiring intensity, her smile shined. Completing the aarti,before she could bent down to touch his feet he held her shoulders at the very moment and looked into her eyes ,shaking his head in no .She could scan out what were his emotions at that instant ,she smiled obediently.

He forwarded the water towards her when she caught him to halt ,

A- pehle tum piyo ,tum bhi vrath rakha na mere liye?

S- we'll talk about it later, first aap

And before she could react ,he somehow made her drink it making her frown .

A- tum bhi na ,Yelo

She pulled him closer and fed the water,

S- hmmm, bas

A- ab bathaoge ?kyun rakha hai vrath ? Tumhare tablets ko kya ?(she glared)

S- tho ? aap mere lambi umar keliye vrath rakliya. Aur sirf lambi umar ke saath mein kya karunga ? Isliye meine aapke lambi umar keliye vrath rakha tha . So ,jithni bhi lambi hoga mera umar...aapke saath hi hoga !

He admitted casually not knowing what his words were actually doing to her ,just when she thinks that he couldn't love her more ...he exceeds it leading with a ton more this time .And the next moment ,to his utmost shock in surprise ,she gently cupped his face and moved close . He froze ice, feeling her lips stamping a deep kiss on his jawline. Soon her fingers, ran around and covered his neck . His eyes remained widened as this was totally unexpected,but as seconds passed his face settled in love feeling her touch on his skin .After what he would ask to continue still, she slowly pulled back .

With no courage to look at his eyes she moved to hide her reddening blush ,towards the table for two which her husband had arranged with all her favourite dishes prepared exclusively for her . Taking her seat , she turned to find him still standing in the same position where she left him .

A- kya huwa shivaay ? acha nahi laga ? It's ok then ,return kardho muje

She said with a pout and immediately blushed ,

S- arey, aise kaise acha nahi lagega...aap,

He instantly halted and read her words again!

S- kya kaha aapne? Ret...turn !!

He asked innocently ,with a joyous smile

A- I was telling that ,if food becomes cold...tho...acha nahi lagega na ,

She enacted and giggled ,

S- acha ,maybe mein hi galat ...

He confusedly came and sat with her , and she itself felt bad for fooling her cute innocent shivaay who looked no less than a baby now.But no ,this baby was a clever baby ,he knew his wife was playing all her tricks and he too decided to go with the play . But to gear up his turn ,when she looked at him he smirked and traced his fingers gently on the place where she kissed .At once she bent down ,concentrating on the food . Could she be more cute? ,he adored!

Soon both of them fed each other , savouring their empty grumbling tummy .
