Re-Sorting Chaos - Three

"There's really a point in friendships that go beyond every line set." Ginny commented as she spotted her brother with dripping wet hair. Ron rolled his eyes as Hermione and Harry followed him down to the common room. Hermione has her hair up in a sloppy bun, and Harry's hair was matted to the back of his neck and his forehead.

"We are all friends. Besides, you and Luna have undressed in front of each other to get into bathing suites." Ron shot back. Ginny groaned as her cheeks tinged pink.

"That's different," the girl said. "Luna and I are both the same sex and we agreed to not make it a habit!" Hermione laughed good natured and had a small smile.

"It's alright, Ginny. We aren't like most friends." Her eyes held a spark of mischief. Her reply caused Ginny to sigh. The younger girl was growing steadily irritated with the trio. Her cheeks had darkened to a painful blush. Her eyes flashed in anger.

"They're saying you're having a threesome with them! Up in the dorms... you're never there. The boys have told that you all sleep in the same bed! And I got Neville to tell me you shower together. It's weird!" She inisisted.

Hermione paled and frowned. Her good mood diminished. Harry cocked an eyebrow. He looked at the girls questioningly, then sighed to himself.

"I don't think I want to know what a threesome is..." he muttered. Ron nodded quickly and grabbed onto Hermione's sleeve. The bushy haired girl huffed at the female Weasley.

"You very well know that's not what's going on, Ginny. How could you even say such a thing?!" Hermione exclaimed. Ron began to tug more furiously at her sleeve. Hermione paid no notice.

Ginny gaped openly. Hermione's words further fueled the redhead's frustration. Her mouth thinned, lips pressed tightly together.

"It's not my fault you don't have boundaries with you friends! It's definitely not my fault people think you're a whore because you go to their beds every night. News flash, there's a point in which sleeping with other people is not appropriate; age 5!" Ginny's voice raised in volume steadily. Hermione looking about close to attacking the girl. Ron then cut in, Harry grabbing Hermione's free hand to keep her from slapping anyone.

"Listen, Ginny, Hermione is not a whore and we have no sexual intentions towards her. Yes, she sleeps in our beds. So did you when you had a nightmare. Leave your bias to yourself, or I'll tell Mom who destroyed Dad's muggle tie-dye kit." Ron threatened as his sister shrunk. She tried to make herself smaller at Ron's smoldering glare. His eyes seemed to burn into her mind.

Ginny, although still livid, nodded before stalking off. Hermione let out a deep breath. Her knuckles white as she gripped Harry's hand. Harry didn't make a sound, his eyes darting around at the crowd that had formed.

Whispers were heard from all around the group. Hushed voices and confused eyes were all Harry had seen before tugging at Hermione. She moved and Harry had started to walk. Ron pushes through the group that had formed, clearing a way for the two.

Hermione's shoulders were shaking, and Ron seemed pissed. Harry was quiet, remaining silent as he dragged Hermione (and in return, Ron) down a hallway.

"Sorry, had to get us out of there. We don't need to by gossiped about anymore today. At least not if we can help it." Harry remarked as he came to a stop. Hermione nodded slowly. The teen had managed to release her death grip on Harry's hand, not gently intertwining their fingers. Ron followed and held Hermione's hand as if it was glass.

"She... she called me a whore. I-is that what you guys think of me?" Her voice was fragile for a brief period, hurt coming across her face. Ron instantly gave out an answer.

"Never!" He exclaimed. Hermione grinned, Harry saying words of agreement to Ron's statement. She sniffled and giggles as Harry kisses her hand.

"Thanks guys. Honestly, I don't see a problem with the way we are. I don't get why others do..." Hermione spoke. Harry looked at Ron, who shrugged.

"Who cares? We're all... friends?" Harry ended questioningly. He bit his lip and he shrugged.

"I thought we were dating, kinda." Hermione commented. She received nervous, hesitant looks

"How do you kinda date?" Ron asks.

"I mean, I don't know? We just all kind of dated each other, in a way."

"I mean..." Harry trailed off, biting his lip again.

"We've showered together, kissed, we flirt. There's not a lot we haven't done that doesn't qualify as dating." Hermione elaborated as the boys listened intently.

"So, we're all dating?"

"Isn't there a word for that?"

"Does this mean Harry and I are gay?"

"I think technically we would be bisexual, cause we're dating Hermione."

"What the bloody hell is the word for it?!"

"Language Hermione!"

"There's a word! It's on the tip of my tongue!"

"Bi with a pair?"

"No... polyamorous!"

"Huh. Cool."

"So, we're all dating? Just to be clear."

"Yeah... I guess so."

"Honestly, really happy right now." Ron said after a few minutes.

"Yeah... me too." Hermione agreed.

"I third that." Harry chimed in.
